The property is present at the prime location near the Alibag beach which makes the roaming around the place comfortable. Shopping places are nearby, local restaurants are good, Alibag beach is 10 minutes distance from the hotel when travel by car or local Auto rickshaw.

Kindly note that the experience of the hotel is compared with the 5 Star or 4 Star hotels. People who generally stay in the 3 star or below rated properties would find this hotel good. In my experience the hotel was 3 star hotel. The management team is filled with young people age between 20 to 35. Due to their limited exposure to the service, you will find they handle the situation casually. However, they are friendly, but do not expect the professionalism that you experience in the top hotels in India. About the property, the biggest drawback of the hotel is they do not have lift in the building. When I ask about it, they gave reason the local authority do not allow the hotels to have lift which was unbearable for me. Our room was at 2nd floor of the building which cause us inconvenience. Everyday we have to take the stairs to go up. Non frequent maintenance of the rooms are one of the reasons why it got the 3 star rating. I found several areas in the room which was broken and fixed using the tape. Wall had a crack in one or two places.. Essential equipment such as tea maker which was part of our package was not given. We got the service after two days. There is no buffet system that you generally find in the 5 star hotels. However, the food is good, You have to give the order to the reception and they will arrange food for you. Limited menu is available in the breakfast, so do not expect much from it.
