I had a wonderful time during my recent stay at Hotel Acons Palm Beach. The staff's extraordinary kindness and attentiveness from check-in to check-out made me feel extremely welcome.Our minds are refreshed by the indoor games, which include fuss ball and pool table. I was impressed by the hotel's efforts to make sure guests have a comfortable stay.

The game section was quite awesome.
I really enjoyed the stay.
Please update the property's exact location on Google maps.
And Extend the morning check out time to 11 AM.
And believe in your customers a little. We reached there late cause of travelling time and bad weather. We rented a bike and filled up tank but couldn't roam around much because it got pretty late and we were new at the place so we head back, thought we would go in the morning but we couldn't we got up a little late around 9 AM we requested the manager we could keep bike for and hour and come back but she humbly denied. Otherwise hotel was quite good.

Nothing was there to like.bedsheets didn't change.No toilet rolls.Didnt remove garbage.old bottles and dusts were lying underneath of coat.no cleaning (room/toilet) service.Even I kept key with them
Didn't feel that we stayed in a paid hotel .no guidance for traveling.it is far from city .no cleaning service we didn't get in 16hrs.no hygienic. No facilities in bathroom

Ms. Shubhangi, the receptionist was amiable. She behaved professionally as well as nicely.
I would prefer phone in my bedroom.

No food for lunch and dinner, no soaps provided, , no hot water flask provided, property is in the interior area so alteast food facility should have been provided

Everything in the hotel was exceptional and I don't give praise lightly, it was a clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. The Room itself was comfortable and well equipped .Close to Alibag and Varsoli Beaches with beautiful views and lovely apartments. plan to visit again .

Rooms are big and clean , ambiance is very peaceful. location is not that away from the main road so it's very convenient easy to reach there all local restaurants .I absolutely loved the place! The property is well maintained with nice, spacious and clean rooms. The terrace has an amazing view of the mountains.recommend this property to visit .

The hotel was neat and clean, the concept of apartment hotel is wonderful.
However, only thing was too disappointing that it is 3 to 4 kms from the city centre.
Located in a village kind of location where there were very narrow lanes to go and the road was built.
Hotel was very good but, they don't have in house restaurant so you need to order from outside also breakfast for two coats 400 a day is costly.

The interiors are very modern and the whole place is very clean. I really liked our balcony. Breakfast at the hotel was really nice. There were board games as well for people who want in-hotel entertainment. Parking available too..Food has to be ordered from a restaurant situated nearby. However the quality and taste of food is good. Overall a very comfortable and satisfying stay.

The staff was good. Breakfast and location were ok. Not so good.
- You must mention on Booking.com clearly that above 4 yrs of age you guys are charging.
- There should be per-member water bottles complimentary per day.
- At this cost, I was expecting a spring mattress not this cotton or Coir Form Bed.

Stayed for one night with family including kids. Breakfast was ok but could have been better with more varieties (idly sambar and chutney with two bonda (vada) and tea were offered).
Location of the hotel is a bit interior however they have arranged few autorickshaw driver's contact number who can be of help for any travel from hotel if you don't have your personal vehicle.
With the total money we paid, and the existing room facilities; seems management could have arranged a little more facilities. There was no glass or small cutlery, microwave, iron or readymade tea/coffee sachet, room did not have night lamp, mosquito repellent, bedsheets or towels qualities could have been improved, dustbins didn't have any plastics bags.

The Place is Amazing as seen in Photo they also Have game Zone And Room was very Clean and Fresh as we Entered.Stay was amazing, with Spacious rooms and good parking area, safe place for families or couples.This is the best place to stay and enjoy your livings.

Centre for almost all the attractions of alibaug
Playing area aka gaming zone is beautiful and probably the showstopper of that building. It was good spending time there. Beautifully maintained.
In house food is costly n house seems overrated as compared to the locality, roads to reach are not good in rainy season. Tied up restaurant food is terrible.
They do not extend the check out time even after request, in our case, we requested to them multiple times due to our business meeting then they allowed us in lobby, but the room has to be checked out anyhow at check out time. My recommendation is to allow atleast 1 hour in case of customer's emergency.
