spacious room, fireplace, quiet, 10min drive to center, cheap and great value for money

it is not a hotel to relax or enjoy the facilities itself. rather a great place to sleep

the hotel is very cold. there is no hotel facilities in the room. no mimibar, no coffee, no kettle even no instructions for the phone extensions or the hotel breakfast time. Notjing at else

The location is pristine and the room was spacious and comfortable.

First of all the value, it is totally overpriced for what it offers. The building is very old and you can feel it, seems like the hotel from The Shining. It needs a total renovation.

Definitely not the place to stay during cold weather. Bad insulation and barely any heater

The location, very nice and view was amazing. The hotel is very weel located, the rooms has a very nice view.

Old rooms, the first room was with a porch infiltration, so they change our room to another one, still very old. The breakfast is a very basic one, for the price you pay its not at the same level. The restaurant for lunch or dinner has no options, very few ones, taking into consideration the price of stay and location (far from the city) it would be good to have a restaurant with a nice menu. So was frustrating, because if we want lunch or dinner its was required to leave the hotel.

Too old, smells like old and look like old.

rooms are not sound proof, you can hear the nextdoor room and hall. bed not much comfortable to sleep, missed good pillows and duvet.

the views were fantastic and the room was 2 floors large and comfortable with 2 balconies to sit and view the mountains. the staff was pleasant and helpful. the hotel is clean and well maintained. the indoor pool and hot tub were both working and heated. ample parking in the garage under the hotel. not far from the center of town while being up on the mountain. Overall great value here. I would be excited to return. Would be a higher rating overall if not for the hotel food.

The hotel FOOD!!!!! Ordered food at the lobby bar and it took over an hour to arrive and was not good after all the wait. The burger was just meat and cheese no extras and served not even on a bun just 2 slices of bread. The side order of french fries were way under cooked almost raw. Hard to believe after all that wait combined with the fact i was the only occupied table in the bar restaurant. The server was nice and professional but the kitchen is either understaffed or not working. Afterwards i took note that most guests order in and get delivery from local restaurants with the pandemic. The included breakfast was also very underwhelming. There were 3 chafing dishes that included scrambled eggs, pao do queijo and sliced hotdogs in a sweet sauce with onions. other than that i the breakfast consisted of fruit, cold cuts, cereals and breads.
