Swimming pool was hot Food was awful Long queue for checkin No animation

Not even close to Radisson Blu standards. However the beach was great and the location close to Hammamet attractions compensate a bit the poor hotel conditions.

Room was not clean, the bed sheets were not properly washed, the staff was overwhelmed by clients, food was not really diverse and not offering a lot of options.

Beach access, location, AC was ok,

It needs maintenance , small swimming pool . Rooms location was not planned well regarding lift ,we have to walk along at least 5 separate wings to reach a lift ,it was inconvenient every time u need to reach our room. No easy access to facilities because the lifts not easily accessible

L’emplacement et le personnel très accueillant

C’est un bel hôtel

Ingresso, hall, spazi in comune, piscina, stabilimento balneare, sala pasti SUPER. Staff gentilissimo e parlante inglese e italiano oltre che arabo e francese.

La camera era molto al dì sotto delle nostre aspettative. Pulita, ma per niente degna di un 5 stelle, eravamo in tre (2 + 1 bambino non pagante), però il letto erano due letti singoli. Mobili scardinati, finestrone semi danneggiato, corridoi sporchi e spesso con vettovaglie da pulire lasciate in giro. Presente anche una rete con materasso danneggiato. Pochi ascensori e dalle condizioni incommentabili, tenendo presente le stelle e gli standard della catena a cui appartiene.
