It is our third time in this place and it is probably the best recommendation. We really like the place; very near to the city center and to the beach. Very nice owners. Hope we can come again the next year.

The hosts were really nice and welcoming! I totally loved that the apartment was super clean and had everything you could need. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach (5 min with the car), city centre (10-15 min on foot) and, also to the supermarket (~4 min on foot). The view was also really beautiful and we enjoyed staying on the terrace. Overall it was a very nice experience and we really liked out stay!

Our stay was perfect. A beautiful, clean and well-lit apartment. The big bedroom with a big bed and a good mattress to sleep on. A kitchen equipped with everything you need and a fridge big enough for food, drink and something sweet. Very nice and spacious terrace with a nice dining table. We recommend this unit because it offers everything you need for a nice stay, parking space and is located close to the historical center of Nin. The apartment is located 5 minutes from the hypermarket and bakery, 5-10 minutes from restaurants. The host is very kind, generous and hospitable.

We visited this place the second time and we really like it. We plan to visit again. Very nice location in Nin, not far from our favourite Queen Beach. The place is clean, there is a parking place. The communication with the owner was perfect. Plus we have got small gift. Thank you.

The room is sparkling clean, the bed is big and super comfortable, what else do you need:) The place is well located in a small nice town Nin. It's a 5-10 minute walking distance to city center and to the Queen beach. To travel around you will need a car. The room has everything you might need. there are a lot of small things showing that the hosts have put thoughts in making your stay comfortable. The owners don't speak much english but all my queries and questions were answered. Thank you!

There was our first visit in Nin and we fell in love with this place. We really like the beach, city center of Nin and the whole area. The apartment Niva is only 10 minutes from both beach and city center. Markets and other shops are just few minutes from apartment. Apartment itself was clean and cozy. Parking was in the apartment just under our big balcony. There was fully equipped kitchen with big fridge, Beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed the stay and hope to come back the next year. The owners are very nice and the whole communication before and during our stay was perfect. And we would like to thank you for a small gift we have got after arrival.
