Ana was very helpful and friendly. We stayed over Christmas and we had issues using the hob on Christmas eve and despite the fact that this would have been a busy time and Ana was with family she did a WhatsApp video call with us to talk us through the issue and we managed to operate the hob. A couple of days later when the toaster stopped working she brought a replacement one over even though we said it wasn't necessary. The flat was clean and has good parking. It is quite well equipped and in the same street as a lot of amazing fish restaurants.

The only negative comment I would have is that two of the windows in the living room don't close very well, i.e. don't achieve a good seal. It was very windy and rainy when we stayed and as a family of three, one of us was sleeping in the living room sofa bed and it was very noisy and draughty with the wind howling through the windows. Had it not been windy it would have been ok though as it was still warm with the heating on.

Anna's place is at a perfect location, very easy to get around with public transportation and walking distance to awesome bars and restaurants. Her place is great, very clean and has everything you need. Anna was also very helpful since the beginning, available at all times whenever I had any questions. Totally recommend it.

the proximity to the beach, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets is quite convenient. the flat itself is also ok, and it will possibly be an ok option for 2people, for most of the stays / short stays.

The flat was really loud. All the exterior sounds were indoors too. The kitchen window does not really close, which also made the kitchen very cold at night. In the living room, it was possible to feel which single car and bus that driving in the streets. It was also possible to hear the neighbours, just as if they were inside the flat. All that loudness was not pleasant and made it impossible to have a calm stay. As the days were luckily very sunny, the flat would get really warm inside which was at moments unbearable. We had to close the window shutters, as opening the windows was not an option (due to noise), which made the space consequently dark. The bedroom, which, to be honest, is more quiet than the living room and the kitchen (because it has double windows), has 2 single beds. That is overall ok, and we knew that before hand, but the matrasses slided in the slats at any tiny movement, which made sleeping sometimes uncomfortable. Despite that, and that the flat is not the most nicely equipped one -- we were a bit suprised that there were no toillet paper on arrival -- the flat has what you need for a short stay, especially if you are going to be outdoors most of the time.
