Appartement très propre, en très bonne état, très fonctionnel. Bien situé dans la station.

L’appartement est vraiment spacieux et bien équipé. Nous étions 6 adultes plus une jeune fille de 16 ans et nous avons suffisamment d’espace. Matelas confortables et le linge fourni est bien appréciable. Kate a répondu à toutes mes questions rapidement et sur place Dominique a été vraiment à l’écoute. Je recommande cette location vivement.

Het is een heel net appartement en alles is in goede staat. 150 m. van de liften dus ook voor de lunch kun je makkelijk even terug. Heel geschikt voor families met kinderen.

Perfect ski apartment - had the feel of a chalet. Great location. Very well equipped. Would return. Perhaps some hooks on doors would be helpful along with some extra lamps as quite dark. Wifi and TV (channels) advertised but not available

We had a wonderful summer week holidays in the appartment. It's fully equiped and the view is gorgeous. We enjoyed spending time on the balcony. As well we went hiking in the surroundings. It's plenty of great walks! Kate is very kind, quick answering and has been very supportive to fix an issue we had at the beginning. We would love to come back again

This is a wonderful apartment in a great location! The view is unbelievably fabulous. There are three comfortable bedroom upstairs and one on the main floor. It was perfect for our group of seven. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything including a dishwasher. The dining area has a wonderful large table which was great for our large group and nice for playing games. The teens enjoyed the X Box in the living area. The apartment is nice and close to the ski lift as well as stores and restaurants. It's the perfect location for skiing both La Plagne and Les Arcs. Kate, the owner answered all my questions immediately. The parking garage was great to have for our car also. This is a lovely apartment that exceeded our expectations and we hope to return someday...

Comfortable central apartment with great views!

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end, dans ce grand appartement, très agréable quand on est nombreux, avec neige (splendides paysages d'hiver) , soleil (mais pas sur le balcon à cette période de Noël). La résidence est bien agencée, l'accueil sympathique et la piscine bien agréable après une journée de ski. La station de Montchavin-les Coches est authentique, familiale et permet de rejoindre facilement le vaste domaine de La Plagne. Cela donne envie d'y retourner!

Easy access to the slopes and several bars. There was a well stocked Spar and other small shops handy. The pool was used daily by some of our party. Overal a nice place to stay if you don't party but like a relaxed drink after the slopes. We recommend L'Origan bar/restaurant with its friendly staff.

Les coches is a great place. Chalet was great. Would love to stay again.

We have just spent a week in this lovely apartment in Les Coches, we were a group of 2 families with 4 children between us aged between 1-8 years old. The children loved the x box, DVD's and games available. The apartment was much bigger than I was expecting and well equipped if you want to prepare your own meals. The best part is the access to the pool and spa area which we visited every night after a day on the slopes. Our children had lessons with Evolution 2 which I would definitely recommend, they really enjoyed their lessons and improved so much in the week we were there. We ate out a few times at the small pizza restaurant next to the ski hire place and had some lovely meals at a very reasonable price. We travelled all the way from Cumbria to Landry by train which was a great experience with only a 10 minute transfer to the apartment and very reasonably priced if you book in advance. Les Coches is a lovely little resort, having previously stayed in La Plagne I much preferred Les Coches and it still has all the great access to the pistes. I would definitely recommend!

The apartment was just as described and warm, spotlessly clean with lovely views. The bedrooms are a little on the small side but perfectly adequate .... everyone slept well after all that excercise and fresh air! The "extra" bedroom under the eaves is perfect for small children. The bathrooms are pleasantly fitted out and although there are no proper showers we were happy to soak in the bath. We were lucky enough to have lovely warm weather and enjoyed breakfast on the balcony. There are lots of DVDs and games to keep all ages happy. The position of the apartment was perfect and only a 5 min walk to the lift. (Not sure where the other reviewer was walking to!) The ski locker is accessed by lift but it was quite a stuggle to get 5 sets of skis and boots in. The spa was a lovely extra to enjoy at the end of the day and the pool was enjoyed by the 7 year old in our party. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful but note the opening hours, as not always there when you want to pick up the keys on arrival. Les Coches is a small village with small supermarket but suggest a "big shop" on the way as much cheaper down the mountain. We only managed to find 4 restaurants in Les Coches itself and it is essential to book as they fill up quickly. The La Plagne ski area is massive and this was our 4th visit to the area and still we haven't managed to get time to go over to Les Arcs. The area caters for all levels from easy blue runs to very testing blacks. A trip up to the Glacier is well worth the time it takes to get there, just for the amazing views and quirky brightly painted bubble lifts.There are lots of lovely mountain restaurants but be prepared to pay at least 10 Euros for a typical basic lunch, as is the case all over The Alps. I recommend Evolution 2 ski school. They were brilliant with the 7 year old in our party and after just 2 private lessons he was skiing with us. Our flights came into Grenoble and Chambery and although Chambery Airport is the closest, it took us over 3 hours to get back there on the Saturday morning rather than the hour expected. Queues down the mountain and at the tolls were the worst I have ever seen in all my years skiing so make sure you allow plenty of time. Chambery Airport itself was bursting at the seams and urgently needs extending to cope with the ski season. I would highly recommend the apartment and the ski area and we certainly will be back. Great apartment, fantastic views, well equipped lots of room and very comfortable. I'd say it was one of the best apartments I've stayed in. The sauna and steam room were a welcome feature in the evening, id recommend staying here to any one.

Stayed in this wonderful apartment for one week with 6 friends, and I have to say that after around 100 days in the alps, last ten years, this one is top 3 in my book. Even better then in the pictures. Very well planed apartment with all facilities that you could ask for. Les Coches itself was a perfect place to stay in, situated between the Les Arc and La Plagne system. Easy acces to both these larger systems. Sun for 5 days, then a big dump(60cm) of snow that suddenly made Les Coches to: "one of the best resorts in the world". Tomas / Sweden

An extremely well-equipped apartment, spacious, furnished to an extremely high standard with astounding views of mountains and valleys in both directions. Very well appointed bedrooms, comfortable beds and adjacent en suite facilities. The apartment was maintained to a very high standard. Excellent sauna, steam and spa in the complex. Very good customer service provided by the owner. Would recommend this apartment for that winter holiday of a lifetime, whether as a family or with a group of friends. You'd find it hard to match the high standard and facilities in this part of France. The village of Les Coche is only 500yards away, and Mont Chavin is a short bus ride down the mountain. Les Coches access to La Plagne and Les Arcs is by chair/gondola from the centre of the village. Excellent ski school, which our two young grandchildren aged 9 and 5 used to gain their first experience of skiing in Mont Chavin. First class eateries in Les Coches village, as well as take-aways and supermarkets in both villages.

We stayed in this apartment at the beginning of January and must say having stayed in a number of ski apartments in Europe this is by far the best. The apartment itself was very roomy and finished to a very high standard, We had 4 adults and a baby and still had plenty of room. The views from the apartment first thing in the morning were breathtaking down into the valley. The complex was great with the spa facilities and pool an added bonus and we had no problem with overcrowding. In terms of skiing or boarding the area is vast and varying with the lift about 5 minutes walk if that from the apartment and if the weather permits you can ski back to les coches at the end of the day and enjoy a beer before strolling home. Would definately return and recommend to friends. David
