Amazing location and amenities

The house was ideally equipped for 2 adults and 3 teenagers and it's located in a quiet area. Proximity to the beautiful Sao Rafael beach. Swimming pool and garden we're both very clean.

Nothing not to like

Wonderful experience, nice and tidy property and fully equipped.

we moved from central Albufeira after a month and enjoyed the peace and quiet here, but in low season we needed to go back to central Albufeira a lot anyway. So while peaceful and tranquil, it was also quite a bit away from anything without using a car. The accommodation was very comfortable in every way which made up for the quieter location and small beach.

Dishwasher didn't really work properly but as there was only two of us it was ok. Petrol Lawnmowers , leaf blowers and hedge trimmers etc., early in the morning seemed a bit excessive and a little unnecessary but probably part of the maintenance contract so probably not much could have been done regarding that and probably not an issue if your only staying a week or two. We found it quite difficult to get hold of the management which was a little frustrating as we had a longer let. We didn't have any major issues but there was a leak in one of the upstairs bathrooms which seemed to be damaging the walls, so much so that paint was peeling off on a wall outside it. We brought it to management attention but they didn't seem too concerned (didn't reply). I would have been pro-active if this was happening in a rental property I owned but maybe that's just me.

Lovely property, well maintained, spotless, very spacious, fully equipped kitchen, huge LG tv, baby friendly( high chair+ crib supplied), loads of extra towels

My only tiny gripe is that the internet could be a bit better.

Beautiful property and ground, quite place, very comfortable and spacious bed, very spacious rooms and balcony, beautiful view of the ocean from our room balcony, proximity to beautiful beach just 350 m, walking distance to a wonderful restaurant and bar, less than 10 min driving to old town center.
