The lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly. She left us waiting for 25 minutes in the dark without even turning on the light in the reception hall, not the lights on the way to the rooms. She booked us twice to the wrong room, we had to go to the room every time and find out by ourselves that it was not what we booked, even though we arrived late and tired. This was unacceptable, especially that finally she still booked us to a three-bed room while our confirmed reservation stated a four-bed room for a family! That was a clear down-grade and we still payed the same price with one of us sleeping on the sofa and the other on a last-minute solution bed that was brought to the room!!! To be fair the restaurant personnel was very friendly and the hotel was fine. But such a hostile welcoming leaves you with a big disappointment!

I didn’t like buying water whenever I go to the restaurant at the meal time

Everything was almost excellent, but the last lunch. It was delayed by 1 hour. Therefore, I had to leave without meal in order to be on time at the airport. I wasted 1,5hour loitering in the lobby with excuses from the reception desk.

I was not alone. There were a lot of locals who were surprised as well with such delay.
