Apart from the approach, the hotel was quite good.
The non lake facing which was initially allotted to us.

The position was great.
It’s a beautiful hotel but is so dirty. The bedroom was so dusty and neglected it’s sad. Breakfast was very basic.

The location and the view that the hotel offer is fantastic
Behaviour of some staffs was rude. The food was nkt that great. The rooms were not comfortable. Having said that the location amd view steals the show.

Location and restaurant
The noise! Guards outside our door were so noisy and watching videos, laughing etc - till at least 10pm then started again 5am. Even with earplugs it felt like they were in our room. Breakfast v average.

The location is good.
Reception and staff were not responsive enough. They did not provide a pleasant experience. Hotel management is only looking to make money and do not care about guests.

The common areas at the hotel were very well maintained and good.
Complimentary buffet breakfast had a wide selection of delicious dishes .

Location, the architectural design, the terrace next to the lake
The bathroom/shower were quite old, the room next to the street were noisy while the one next to the lake was optimal and the room was a little bit cold

The ambience inside the Hotel, its roof top restaurant and cleanliness and heritage look of the room.
Taking a taxi till the Hotel difficult though they arrange transport of everything, but I feel this needs mention to guest when they book and given the details.

Best best to stay at lake pichola. Roof top dining is the best. Awesome food. We enjoyed a lot. Staff are courteous. Approach road should be improved and be made broad for easy commuting.

Loved the location and ambience of the hotel. It is a wonderful property. Good food. However the bathroom.was not maintained. The bathtub had scratches and cracks. It was not clean. The commode had yellow stains and felt like it was not cleaned for weeks. This really disappointed me.

Terrible staff, dirty pillow covers , spiders in the room, rude staff and waiters , waiting time is a little too much for any food order. They seem to not care about guest and focus more on their restaurant walkins

Excellent location on the lake .
Close proximity to JAGDISH TEMPLE and Bagora ki haveli.
Price is too high for the non lake facing rooms . Rooms are too ordinary and are now worn out coz construction is too old.
Reaching the hotel is a big fight as no one wants to take there ..very crowded and small alleyway.
