Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Seahorse! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fenced yard was a definite plus for our dogs! Short walk to beach was a definite plus!

Unit was clean, easy to find and well stocked with cooking utensils. Short easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and shade umbrella help keep us cool and out of the sun. Plan to stay again.

It couldn't have been better. Very good location and very clean. Nicely decorated, plenty of room. Beautiful yard to sit in and fenced yard bonus for our dog.

Great place to stay with plenty of space for our 2 kids, us and our therapy dog! The unit was very clean and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. It is convenient to a grocery store and not far from the entertainment district and great restaurants! The beach access nearest to the unit was well maintained and we enjoyed taking our dog for a walk every day on the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in the evenings. The backyard was beautifully decorated and comfortable to spend evenings and daytime relaxing in.

Loved our stay, great for teen, elder grandparents and dog. 1 block from beach access, plenty of fishing opportunities, close to store and restaurants as well as bus route. We loved our accomodations and did full Thanksgiving dinner. Only drawback was that we couldn't watch Cowboy's game but I brought my kindle and streamed on my TV service. Great fenched yard and balcony. Very nicely decorated and honey. We appreciate the host for excellent communication. Thanks for everything and helping make great family memories.

House was clean and decorated nice. Had kitchen if you want to cook. House has cute back yard with a hose to wash dogs or your feet. 2 blocks walking to beach. Nice places to eat all around. Laid back and just easy!

Highly recommended. The house was impeccably clean and was a SHORT walk to the beach. With three bedrooms it would ideal for a family. There is full kitchen and laundry machines. There’s a small deck for evening relaxation and a back yard for the same. The beach itself was gorgeous. We will probably be back. The owner Rose was great to work with. 100% satisfaction!

Our family really enjoyed this spot. We each had our own bathroom, beds were comfy, and the space was clean and homey. Communicating with the owner was very easy with any questions and she was absolutely lovely to interact with. Overall, great family spot with all the amenities you may have overlooked!

Owners were INCREDIBLY welcoming and very quick to respond when we had ac problems! Wonderful people, landscaping, location and place!

We visited this nice property for a 6 day stay. It was an easy check in and the air conditioner was on when we arrived. It was a comfortable environment to walk into. The rooms were nice and set up perfect for our family. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. After time on the beach, all six were able to take a shower without running out of hot water. There were plenty of towels on property as well. The thermostat is set at 73 and locked in a box so you can not change the temperature. While that is fine with me, it did cause a little discomfort for other family members at times. Other than that, this was absolutely a place we would love to return to.

Just like the title says, this was a fantastic getaway. A short walk from the beach, restaurants and stores. The property was perfect, clean and everything we needs. Highly recommended.

The home was exactly what we were looking for, for our holiday getaway. It had a great yard for our dogs and was very convenient to the beach. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and stocked with the essentials. I would definitely stay here again!

We (2 of us) came to SP for a wedding and were fortunate enough to stay with here. This dwelling had everything we needed and was within walking distance of EVERYTHING!! Getting to the beach was easy, getting to a restaurant was easy, getting to a grocery store was easy, EVERYTHING was easy!! The location was amazing and the accommodations suited our needs. We each got our own bedroom and bathroom and there was a washer and dryer that we utilized. What more could we ask for? The only time we used our car was to get to/from the airport and to drive to the wedding. Best on site communication with the owner who was absolutely awesome!!

This house was perfect for our dog and family of 4. It was close to everything. We walked to dinner one evening and walked to the beach with all of our beach gear everyday. The house itself had 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, towels, and beach towels, plus beach items you could use (we did not use any, but it was a nice to have). They also have two small bbq pits downstairs. We grilled one night, which was nice. The yard is BEAUTIFUL!!! It was nice to sit downstairs with our dog and just let her be free:) Communication with Rose was extremely simple. She responded very quickly to our messages. Rose sent a detailed email with check-in procedures and popular places to visit/ dine, which we appreciated. We didn't meet her face-to-face, but we did have the pleasure of meeting her husband, Ezzat:) If we visit SPI again, we would absolutely look to see if this house was available. Thanks for making out first SPI visit so lovely.

We had another great experience at this rental in the spring. Very clean, beautiful yard and plants, short walk to the beach. We bring our dogs so it’s great to have a place to let them potty and stretch their legs. Our toddler loves to play outside too. This is our go to spot when we visit SPI. I have had other relatives book their own trip at this condo and they loved it as well.

Rose was a great host! We had some extenuating circumstances and she was so accommodating and gracious. Our plans were to enjoy the beach and some family time and her place didn't disappoint. It was clean, well-supplied and just a short walk to the beach. We would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

Pet friendly with fenced/gated private back yard meant we could bring fur babies along to the beach. Very close walking distance to beach access so didn't have to lug beach accessories too far. This was our first use of VRBO and we sure picked an awesome host. Rose and her rental were so wonderful. The place had enough room for all 6 of us to enjoy and feel comfortable. The decor was sweet and beachy. We enjoyed eating at the Painted Marlin at sunset as well as a quick walk to the beach. All around an awesome and relaxing experience. Thank you again Rose!
