We loved this Place. Beautifull and very spesial house and garden. Lots of room and space for everyone. No shops close enought for walking . Very good resturantes nearby. The coffemachine Were Too slow for a big group. We would love to comeback back some time spon.

Could not have been more perfect. We were a family of 15 - parents, kids and 7 grandkids ranging in age from 21 to 7. There were so many private spaces as well as group spaces including ping pong foosball puzzles games and a wonderful perfect temp pool. Everything needed for cooking and eating was supplied. A nearby grocer. A small walled village next door and more small villages to explore. This house is amazing. The owners welcome us graciously, were available, but left us to enjoy ourselves. All 15 of us loved this space. All would return in a heartbeat. Thank you Outi and Mark.

Superb medieval property sympathetically modernised. Clean and comfortable and ideal for family dining and activities - well stocked kitchen equipment. The pond with koi carp - securely fenced - and decked seating area was a hit for both breakfast and afternoon tea - also other options for outdoor eating as well as large family BBQ . Enclosed child friendly garden and enclosed swimming pool were very appreciated too. One point in review for other customers- there are a number of steps at the property, both inside and outside to bear in mind for suitability of occupants. Mark and Outi were exceptionally good hosts and very helpful in every way. Well done - we shall return.

This property was perfect as a place for us to stay with family and friends it has something for everyone with snooker, table tennis, quiet areas to sit and if you have a small toddler steps can be a worry but there is a very nice seating area that can be secured and safe for them to play. All bedrooms are a good size , kitchen was well equipped and clean. We hired the villa for ourselves and guest to stay for our sons wedding that was being held in the area, Outi and Mark could not have been more accommodating helping to organise a paella night so that further guest could join us for the evening., Fantastic time had by all.

Magnifique mas, très bien entretenue à l'extérieur comme à l'intérieur et conforme à nos attentes. Merci aux propriétaires, Mark et Outi pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse, nous avons passé une semaine formidable en fin d'année, le soleil était au rendez-vous et la maison est très fonctionnelle et très bien équipée, idéale pour famille nombreuse avec plein d'enfants....... Elle doit être également très agréable à vivre l'été avec sa piscine et ses petits coins ombragés par-ci par-là...........

Vraiment des vacances très réussies: la maison est tout simplement incroyable, belles pierres, feu de cheminée et canapés douillets. Mille recoins pour que tout le monde trouve sa place. Une grande cuisine chaleureuse et parfaitement équipée. L’accueil est irréprochable: feu ronflant dans les cheminées, boissons fraîches au frigo et même un énorme gâteau pour nous souhaiter la bienvenue. Et pour ne rien gâcher, la région regorge de belles choses à voir et à faire. À recommander!

Outi and Mark were fantastic hosts. They helped us to organise our wedding in their fabulous house. Our guests and ourselves had the most incredible time and the house was everything we wanted for our special day. Also, they were very helpful with regards to recomending restaurants, places to visit, etc. We’d really recomend the Ullastret for anyone that is looking for an unforgettable place for their special ocasion or a family get together

The property was absolutely fantastic. Mark and Outi were very helpful and friendly and the house easily housed our very large group. Kids loved the pool and the adults loved the couple of bars and restaurants that were within walking distance. The ruins nearby were very interesting and the village itself was lovely. Particularly recommend Lola's restaurant on the terrace under the trees. Beach was a short drive away but to be honest we just loved lounging by the pool. Would not hesitate to recommend it to any family looking for a relaxing getaway.

11 adults all fitted in with plenty of room. The kitchen had more than ample implements to cook lunches & dinners. All the bedrooms were delightful. The closeness of 2 very good restaurants was a bonus. Only 20 minutes in the car to Lafranc, a great beach town. Visited the Dali exhibits and had plenty of time for a lunch before returning. All in all, a terrific week away.

Nous étions un groupe de 16 adultes /ados La maison est superbe, grande, très bien équipée. Nous avons apprécié la situation géographique, la région est magnifique, entres villages, plages, randonnées. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

The house was scrupulously clean, luxurious hand soaps and large, fluffy towels were provided. The bed linen was good quality and pool towels available too. The kitchen had plenty of fridge space for our large family group of 8 adults and 6 children (aged from 10 to 17) and every need was catered for in terms of kitchen equipment. BBQ coals and wood were provided and we enjoyed a wonderful BBQ on the upper terrace, which has masses of comfortable seating. Mark and Outi are just perfect hosts, giving helpful advice, sorting any queries really quickly and suggesting great places to visit - and the region is full of great places to visit - though we would not have tired of staying at the house for the full week. The pool was ideal and there are various games tables, a snooker table as well as board games ... or just sit on the terrace over the pond and listen to the fish bobbing for their food. We can not recommend this place highly enough!

The hosts arranged for a chef to cook a bbq and serve the food for us one night and another we had a chef who cooked a paella in the garden and had a waiter to boot. Great value and perfect setting. The host took some of us on his local runs through lovely local villages Palau Sator and Peratallada.

We had a wonderful stay in this grand old farmhouse. All our needs were catered for, including games equipment and mod cons in the kitchen. The location is perfect being on the edge of a beautiful village and within easy reach by car of lovely beaches and coastal resorts. The local restaurants provide great food and plenty of it! The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and although 17 of us stayed there, the spacious nature of the accommodation made our stay comfortable and relaxing in every way. Thankyou Mark and Outi!

Old stone farmhouse attractively restored with modern facilities and many original features. We were a multi-generational family group and found plenty of spaces inside and outside for everyone to be together or have some private time. The helpful owners were nearby to deal with any problems and to suggest things to do and places to eat if we asked them to. Ullastret is a pretty village with good local restaurants and there are other villages worth visiting nearby. The nearest beaches are 30 mins' drive away but sometimes it was nice to stay by the swimming pool or laze in the garden. Altogether a relaxing and comfortable stay.

La maison est parfaite pour plusieurs familles avec ses 8 chambres complètes (sdb + WC) et toutes refaites. La maison et son jardin sont très agréables car très grand, chacun peut s'approprier son espace... Mark et Outi sont attentionnés et à l'écoute de nos demandes. La mer n'est qu'à 15mn. Maison parfaite !
