Fay is the perfect host. She is very friendly and we felt super welcome! Location is great, Rick's cafe (and many other restaurants) are within walking distance. Very reasonable price.

The room and bathroom are quite small. The shower had no hot water during our entire stay, which unfortunately couldn't be fixed. However, Fay tried her best and gave a small compensation for it. FYI: There are many cats walking around the property and could enter the room should you leave it open.

I love the host, Ms Fay. She is kind thoughtful and a wonderful genuine person. She makes you feel at home from the moment you enter the property. This is my second stay at her place and I will return every time I come to Negril. The facility is safe and clean. The host is present and available at all times. The neighborhood is centrally located. It is very close to Rick's Cafe and various restaurants with a wide range of options within walking distance. The neighbors are kind and respectful. I love it here.

I loved the room. The bed was so comfy. I was in heaven. The facility is gorgeous. There is a lot of care given to the decor and comfortability of the guests. I appreciate the host for everything she did for me. She is hands on with her guests and facilitates a wonderful traveling experience.

Fay is as charming as her guesthouse. The neighborhood was easy to get to and from the beach using a low-cost route taxi. My kids loved the yard and felt very welcome. The little touches helped to keep us organized, including a laundry basket, paper towels, and sanitizer. There is Ricks Cafe nearby, two stores with basics, little shops in the lane, and Sharks (great food). Tensing Pen is just across the street if you want to use your savings at Fays Guesthouse to buy a nice dinner overlooking the water. I highly recommend it!

Fay is the best host that you will ever have when in Jamaica. Her place is clean, cozy and really well located in Negril. Don't forget to take a look at her art store (5 minutes from the house).

Fay is the best host, I've met so far and I travel a lot. She's amazing person, handling everything by her own and taking so much care about her guests. For me it felt like a 2nd home for a few days. Even pick me up late in the evening when I had issues to find a taxi to return from a bar. Neighbourhood is save and very friendly people. Only 5 Min. walk to Rick's Cafe. Restaurants, Super Market, Bycicle or Motorbike rental also close by. This is not a Resort or 5 Star Hotel, but because of Fay an awesome private stay with the locals.

You'll need a taxi to go to the beach or city centre, but one-way with the drive by taxis (red licence plate, but the standard cars not the vans) only ~ 1,5 $. Westend Road is also too small for Airport bus you've to switch to taxi at city centre

Faye the owner was sooo nice and friendly. I’ll always remember her bright cheerful smile. The accommodation was in an awesome location near food, cute local bars and Ricks Cafe.

I loved every single aspect of the Guest house, I adored the host "Faye", her friends, her humble clean abode, the home from home feel it exuded as soon as I stepped foot in the place, the warmth of the house, the positive energies bouncing from walls to walls, the facilities, the large cool jamaican style rooms that added to the rustic mystic, cultured vibe of the place!. The house was spacious , it was clean and Faye cleaned regularly! and boy can that little woman clean :) , the location was tucked away off the main Rd and it had a very safe secure vibe about it. Faye has a lovely store well 2 actually where she sells her handmade crafts and keepsakes to the locals and to fellow tourists, I actually had the honour of sitting with her one night on the veranda whilst she crocheted bags in red/gold/green . Faye is a warm hearted, god fearing, hard working , kind and loving woman, she is helpful and she works hard to ensure that your needs as a guest are well and truly met. Fayes guest house gives you a home from home feel , I've travelled Jamaica and stayed in some huge mainstream hotels and always all inclusive this time I wanted my son who recently turned 17 to experience real Jamaica and we wanted an organic and natural experience and fayes was the right place :) , located on the cliffs , tucked away, just a 5 minute stroll to the famous Ricks Café where you can watch the sunset and next to LTU a beautiful cliff side restaurant , fayes guest house is surrounded by beautiful bars and restaurants and the scenery is absolutely Devine! and very picturesque. 10 minute commute from fayes you can get to the famous 7 mile beach which is where I spent most days , its absolutely stunning there. near is quality sea food the best food spot in Negril check his reviews 5 star and he lived up to it :)

Room was clean and cosy and location felt very safe. There is a nice outside shared patio with seating. Internet was upgraded when I stayed and is now really fast. Location is great for those wishing to stay in the west end cliff area. One can catch a route taxi within a 2 min walk. Several very tasty cheap restaurants and bars within a few mins waking. Fay is a super host and very nice and good to chat to. She made sure everything was perfect and my stay comfortable. She can even arrange a pick up/drop off at the bus station for a very cheap price. I would totally recommend this place to others.

Fay is an outstanding host! She takes an interest in delivering a wonderful travel experience. I was traveling alone and felt completely safe, cared for, and valued.

WIFI - basically, I could not get any work done as the WIFI was mostly not working. I was traveling while a full-time law student and CEO for an early stage venture, I had two computers which means that I needed to be online most of my time and was only able to get limited work done during my stay. The WIFI is not sufficient for anyone that needs to actually do work on deadlines.

Every little thing you need is right around the corner or Fay will provide it. The rooms and patios are well kept tidied up a couple of times per day. Hand sanitizers are placed all around the property and in the rooms. The rooms are cool and there are two fans in each room but not really needed.

The Guesthouse is well secured with Locks but is a bit tricky to lock and unlock and could be made a little easier to get in and out with a little bit more ease. Not a real issue though. The room doors are safe and the windows are well covered for privacy.

Fay, the host, is extremely friendly and helpful. She will do whatever she can to make you enjoy your stay as much as possible!

Outdoor seating in the garden would still be a good thing to have - the garden is there!

I spent a wonderful time at Fay’s guesthouse. My room was lovely,clean and comfortable. The guest house is within walking distance to Rick’s Café and all the other beautiful cliff side properties Miss Fay was very welcoming and hospitable. She went the extra mile by showing me around the neighborhood and even drove me to a local restaurant sips and bites for breakfast. I can highly recommend Miss Fay’s guest house and look forward to my next visit.

Fay is a wonderful host and always available to give advise. She made me feel very comfortable and the location is very safe and quiet. Me come back soon!
