Property was clean, well supplied, and felt very welcoming. We've stayed in Vista Cay annually for the last 15+ years, and this was one of the best!

Sisters and daughters trip for a 21st and a 17th birthday celebration.We had a blast property was very clean, neat and we had tons of room. We were in the middle of everything as far as shopping, attractions and restaurant. Would definitely recommend.

The codo was lovely and we were very comfortable there. Our granddaughters played in the basketball tournaments and it was so convenient going back and forth to the convention center. Enjoyed our hectic but fun stay!!

This townhouse was great, no complaints at all. The unit itself is great for families as all 3 bedrooms have their own full bath. It was very clean and consistent with the listing. Communication with the owner was great, and she was very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 couples and the separate suites were perfect! Property is managed by Casiola and they were super responsive during our stay! Location is walking distance from the Convention Center. Weather was perfect for pool and relaxing too.

Second time staying at Vista Cay while attending a conference at the Convention center. VERY convenient. Works great that we each have our own room and bathroom but have the communal areas to gather. The only thing missing was a cork screw..or at least we couldn't find it and a hand towel in the half bath. Otherwise had all we needed.

For a quick and busy getaway this property is perfect! We had fun at the parks all day so this property was used mostly for sleeping and eating. If we were going to stay longer and would be using the full resort amenities and property I think we would have been disappointed and not as comfortable as I would like for a longer stay but for the price this property delivers on expectations. PROS: Communication, location, ease of use, accommodations (such as starter toilet paper, dish soap, coffee, etc), good size bathrooms, bedrooms and closets. CONS: A/C is requested to stay at 75 but no lower than 70 (gets really warm in there), DISABLED GUESTS the 1st floor bedroom is the only thing on that floor so you will have to use stairs to access the 2nd floor kitchen and living room (this was difficult for my Dad who has COPD), beds are somewhat uncomfortable, resort amenities (pool, playgrounds, etc) were very full and busy, property could use a deep clean.

Great place in a great location for working a tradeshow at the convention center. The unit was clean and stocked as advertised; no problems, no surprises.

We enjoyed our stay- the space and quiet and location- while attending a conference at the OCC. Easy access to restaurants, entertainment and shopping.

My husband, daughter, son-in-law and three grandchildren enjoyed out stay in this beautiful condo. Kids were super impressed with the three floors. Very clean and so convenient to Universal. The pool was wonderful, just wish we had had more time to use it. I would highly recommend this property if you will be staying in the Orlando and specifically the Universal area.

Very nice. Insect problem was our only problem. WE did not report it. We just kept using bug spray. They we like ants but very very small. Not sure what they were but they were everywhere.

This house was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group of six, but there is room for eight. There is also an attached garage. The check in process was smooth and well communicated. They even left a welcome note and Oreos to greet us. It was in a great location for visiting Universal Studios and not far from restaurants. I would be happy to rent this unit again anytime!

We stayed at the Vista K for our daughters dance nationals in July. The townhome was perfect for our group of friends and family

The place was nice and it was simple to get in with gate codes. Just wish the tv in the room was a little bigger.

We loved our stay at this condo. There was privacy for everyone and it was very spacious. The parking areas were very nice as you did not have to have a pass. We had two cars so this worked out great. Would stay again!

We rented the 3 bedroom 31/2 bath. It was a perfect set up for 6 adults and 2 children. Will for sure stay again.

Nice resort and convenient parking

We stayed for two nights, and went to Universal Studios. It was a very convenient location! The unit had plenty of towels, a little kitchen starter set (dishwasher pods, trash bags, etc), and was nice and clean. The only reason I rated cleanliness at a 4 is because I would say it’s time for a deep clean of corners, baseboards, corners of the shower, etc. But that’s to be expected when you have people in and out. Overall, it met my high standards for cleanliness and we had a nice stay!

We made a last minute decision to take family to Universal. We needed 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was perfect for our needs. The boys enjoyed the workout facility and pool when not at the park. The girls enjoyed the shopping. Top Golf was very close too. Owner was very helpful. Gated, ease of entry, will stay there again.

My family and I wanted a safe and sanitary place to visit for the Christmas holiday. Pam's place was a lovely, clean, spacious, townhouse with it's own entrance. It had all the amenities we needed plus the option of resort amenities (although we steered pretty clear of any possible crowded areas due to Covid) There was a nice 2 mile loop around a lake nearby on the property that was nice as well. We did not really have any issues so we didn't contact Pam during our stay, but check in and check out was super easy. Just a key code. =) Thoroughly enjoyed this Vrbo experience and would definitely recommend it.

This was a nice place in a great location with plenty of room. The pool was large and the baby pool was a plus.

This property was nice and clean had all the things we needed in house. we went shopping for food but everything else was there for our needs

Beautiful condo for my family of 6. Great property with nice amenities and close to Universal. Super easy check in (went straight to property ) and no checkout necessary. We will definitely come back!!

Property location was ideal for us, property itself clean and comfortable. Amenities great. We had an issue with the thermostat and it took only one email, and within 2 hours it was resolved. Outstanding service.
