The apartment was in a beautiful part of the city, near Via dei Priori, and provides a beautiful view. Besides that it’s very clean and well equipped.

Charming apartment, centrally located in historical district, freshly updated, close to restaurants and sites in Perugia, relatively easy to get to parking given the city's constraints.
Lack of air conditioning but that was my mistake for not noticing. It was very hot and fans did little to cool things off. I would not recommend during hot summer days.

Perfect location in Perugia. The flat exceeded our expectations in comfort and amenities. Very picturesque. Views from the windows of the Umbrian countryside. And the rooftops and towers of Perugia. The kitchen was very well equipped and had basic pantry items for cooking too. The proprietor was extremely helpful in getting us settled, suggestions for where to shop and dine, and how to park. And there is a washing machine!
The flat is on the top floor of a very old building. Three flights of old stone steps will not work for everyone.

Fantastic location, comfortable accommodations and well equipped. great space for two.
The shower is very small - the tiniest of the 17 accommodations we stayed at during this trip. That is really my only “less than optimal” comment.
I was fine with the stairs to the apartment but some ppl may find them challenging - especially with heavy luggage.

A beautiful, charming apartment in the heart of old Perugia.

appartement in the old centre of Perugia. Very clean and has everything you need for a citytrip to Perugia. owner is very friendly and even helped us carrying our bags from the car to the apartment. parking nearby for only 1,60 euro. Bars and shops are just around the corner.

the property is located in a lovely side street in the centre of Perugia. charming, historical ...out of a movie...exactly want you want when traveling to Italy

The steep staircase in the old building is probably not suitable for individuals with walking difficulties.

We were so sad to leave this wonderful little gem in the centre of Perugia. The apartment has everything you might need and is cosy and comfortable. Emanuele is a lovely host and is ready to answer and help you out with any questions. We wish we could have stayed longer and will make sure to stay here next time we are in Perugia. It's just a short walk to the centre on a very quiet street. The place has lovely views of the countryside and is clean and decorated well. Thanks for making our short stay great!

The extra room was a bonus. The view was nice. The location was excellent. Monica met us at the Mini-Metro and that was really helpful -- she's lovely.
A sofa would have been nice to sit on, instead of dining table chairs. Also, a fan was very much needed when the temperature became rather hot.

The apartment was centuries old and beautifully renovated
We are in our 60’s and you had to park at the bottom of the walls.If you can unload near the apartment it would be perfect
