Beautiful roof nice ground floor with pool and sofas to relax

Room was lovely if I had to pick a fault there was no window facing outside of the Riad, just one which faced towards the centre. I believe this is the traditional design.

Der Hotelmanager Isham war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben das Abendessen vor dem Einkunft bestellt und könnten spät Abend gegen 22 Uhr das Essen genießen. Ich würde auch Hamam und die Massage in SPA des Hotels empfehlen-der angemessene Preis und sehr gute Qualität! Das Bett war auch sehr bequem und wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt! Wie werden sicherlich wiederkommen.

Ottimo riad, accogliente, pulito, silenzioso, nonostante si trovi nel bel mezzo della Medina; letto e cuscini morbidi e comodi, bagno spazioso, pulizia quotidiana della camera; personale gentilissimo e disponibile, anche per organizzare trasporti da e per aeroporto ed eventuali escursioni; buona colazione, te e caffè a qualunque ora.

Accueil exceptionnel, propreté et emplacement. Nous ne pouvons demander mieux. 😁

L'accès est facile et les ruelles qui mènent au riad sont propres. Les chambres sont belles, rénovées récemment, spacieuses, bien insonorisées, la climatisation est très silencieuse. Le petit déjeuner servi au rez de chaussée est copieux et servi avec le sourire. La jolie piscine du patio permet de se rafraichir lorsque l'après-midi se fait trop chaude. Une belle terrasse avec solarium permet de se détendre sur de confortables transats.

Imagine the perfect noise-cancelling headphones in a middle of Marrakech. This is the feeling you get here :) Located in a heart of Marrakech yet providing maximum peace for relaxing and enjoyment after a long walks in Marrakech's endless streets. Newly renovated riad brings calm and piece with its every detail. The staff working there speaks multiple languages and they were engaged and helpful from the first to the last minute of our stay. It really makes a difference. Rooms and facilities are magical! Comfy beds, spacious rooms, decorated with traditional details directly from the local shops in Medina. Such a great touch! The terrace is also magical, with lots of plants, comfy sunbathing beds, sofas and tables. We enjoyed a great breakfasts and a dinner here. They have a cook who can prepare any meal you imagine. I had beef tajine with prunes, apricots and roasted almonds. Oh dear! The location is just great! You can visit modern Marrakech on one side, and Medina and main square on the other, walking distance. I wish we could stay few days more but hey, there is always a next time.

Cozy Riad with hiper friendly staff, very good breakfast and big rooms with air conditioning. Being there teleworking, wifi was very important, and in every part of the riad the signal was full and working perfectly. We once had a dinner in the hotel and both quantity and quality of the food were superb; Will go back surely

Nothing, but if we have to give a suggestion, changing a bit more the variety of breakfast would make a perfect experience even more perfect.

We love how everybody was so friendly and it felt like a family. The service was exceptional and they made us feel like they genuinely care. Julien, Hisham, Samira, and Fatiha… we’re going to miss you!

I liked the rooftop and how the rooms were designed. I also like how all the staff were very accommodating and nice.

Great staff and great location. Everything about my stay was wonderful!

Friendly, courteous, looking to my well being and comfort. General atmosphere was relaxing. Nights were quiet. Room basic, but well appointed. Good decor. Beds very comfortable, sheets and under mattress were cotton. Cleaning was high standard.

Breakfasts could do with a little more variety.

The option to pay by credit card would have been more than welcome - it is a difficult to pay everything in cash.

Amazing staff. Super helpful and friendly, specially Julien. Everybody made us feel at home and exceed all our expectations on the service. Transfer was easy and safe. Great location just a couple minutes from the souk and main square. Area is nice with a few restaurants near by. Place was clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious with big bathroom. Nice swimming pool and terrace to chill at the end of the day. We had diner there once and food was delicious.

The riad is beautiful, the property was clean and bright with great facilities (pool, great breakfast in the morning, great rooms etc). The staff go above and beyond, especially Julien and Isham. Julien was quick to respond online if I had any questions and personally took us around to the local areas on our first day. Isham was always friendly, polite and around if we ever needed anything. The Riad can also book you experiences and taxis, the location was excellent for all the tourist spots!

Our shower was leaking and the towel rails were broken, which we made them aware and they were very apologetic, apart from that, everything was great.

The staff made us feel really at home and could not have been more helpful. They felt like friends I loved the quietness and the building itself. The Riad was spotlessly clean Breakfast was delicious
