Excellent time of year to be at the beach. Will certainly stay here again!

The view was absolutely incredible! we enjoyed our long days at the beach and also the pool. it was very nice being on the corner and unit for a full view

Good view! Clean beaches and quiet! Close to all needed resources. Elevator went out and wasn’t fixed before we left but otherwise great stay!

This was a very relaxing and beautiful stay! I didn’t have to wear shoes for three days, and went back and forth to beach and condo with direct path! The condo is clean and well stocked. I loved the Christian verses on the walls. We will definitely be back!

Pros:>The condo has great views, and is one of the best stocked eating / cooking rentals we've ever stayed at. The owners obviously care about their renters' experience.>The balcony area is small but great. Our only issue was that the highs were low 80's, so it wasn't as comfortable sitting there for prolonged periods as we would have liked. In cooler weather, it would be a fantastic place to sit on the comfortable chairs, sip coffee (or adult beverages) and watch the ocean.>It was a short walk on a private boardwalk to the beach, and then we could walk for miles on packed sand without having to leave the beach. >All of the appliances have been upgraded; the full size washer/dryer is a plus.>The Evolve team was great for the one question we had, immediately answered the phone and stayed on until the issue was resolved. Cons: (none of these are dealbreakers, just setting expectations)>This is an older complex, and the stairs, etc, show its age.>The bathrooms also show their age a little; nothing wrong, just not up to the standards of the upgraded appliances.>The main living area is smaller than shown in the photos, and a lot of furniture is packed into the small space. It was totally fine for the 2 of us, but might be too tight for 2 couples for more than one night, even tho there are 2 full size bedrooms and 2 full baths.>As mentioned in other reviews, the couch is not very comfortable. There is a comfortable recliner, and a fairly comfortable armchair.Overall, we are glad we stayed there, loved being able to see the ocean and beach from all parts of the main room, master bedroom and the balcony, and very much appreciated the owner's and Evolve's attention to make the stay a success.

The condo is located in a great area along the ocean that is close to the cute Old Town Fernandina Beach. It was also convenient to a grocery store for us to get supplies. It’s a corner unit located on the top floor with a spectacular 180 degree view of the beach and ocean. We spent every morning enjoying coffee on the outside porch watching the sun come up and dolphins swim by. The place is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and a cozy little living room. It was a comfortable place to come home to at night after a fun day of activities. The only suggestion I would make, and I say it with love, is the couch needs to be replaced with a comfy pull out couch. The one there was not comfortable to sit on and it would only be acceptable for children to sleep on. That change would make that condo a fabulous place to stay. I read that the owner responded to a former visitor’s comment about the couch that it provided needed storage. I would suggest to put plastic bends under the beds and get a couch that was comfortable and could provide additional sleeping spaces for adults. We enjoyed our stay and would go back to this condo if we return to this area.

Very nice condo and location. However coded door lock mechanism did not operate properly.

There were several items that could have made our stay more enjoyable such as:A working elevator that was intermittent and down for the last two days of our stay. Hauling luggage and groceries up and down 3 flights of stairs is not my idea of a relaxing vacation. The living room area was not conducive to socializing as the Sofa was like concrete and the only other chairs in the room would not swivel to the TV. The tile floors throughout the unit were filthy, and you would have thought that after several years, the homeowner would have replaced the tile if for nothing else respect for their guests. The whole unit needs to be detailed and purged of clutter.That said the view was wonderful.

The condo was great. The only complaint I have is the sofa. It felt like we were sitting on a wooden block. That's my only complaint.. The view and location were perfect. I had a quick question on the door the rep answered right away.

This condo was a great place to stay. Easy check in and out. Clean with everything we needed. The view from the balcony is amazing.

Couch was very uncomfortable. Condo was not clean. Lots of dirt on floors and dust on edges of most everything. With a deep, thorough cleaning and a comfortable couch all would have been good.

Enjoyed our ocean front view. Dining on the deck over looking beach. The covered parking is a plus. Convenient to shopping and dining. Pool was well kept and clean. Kitchen has nice countertops and great pots and pans (pampered chef) Comfortable bedding.

We would definitely stay here again. The views from almost every area of the condo were spectacular. Location was perfect. Beaches weren’t overcrowded. Owner provided absolutely anything we could need. HOWEVER, Evolve did not provide correct information about how to enter the condo. The lock system has been changed to digital. We were not given the correct access code. Thankfully Kim answered the phone and gave us the correct info, because we had just walked up 4 flights of stairs with groceries that needed to go in the fridge. We were texted 2 days prior to our stay that the elevator was broken and would be for our entire stay. We weren’t offered any reimbursement. Condo is on 3rd floor, but parking is underneath, so 4 flights of stairs. We are physically fit, so it was doable, but it would’ve been a major issue for other people. Suitcases and groceries up and down 4 flights of stairs was a workout.

Booked this property because the view looked so awesome and we were not disappointed. It is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator but it is on the opposite side of the building. Didn't matter to us but might be something someone else would like to know. It was clean and had everything needed for cooking meals. We had a wonderful time.

The condo was small but very nice. The views were spectacular and access to the beach was great too. We spied a turtle from the condo window and flocks of birds flying over too. We would definitely stay again.

The views in this condo are priceless! Super cute condo with an amazing balcony. We even got our nights mixed up and they let us stay an extra night (we paid of course) The views and the proximity to the beach made This a vacation to remember

Weather was bad but good place to stay. Would consider going there in the future

The view of the beach was priceless. Access to the beach was a breeze. Easy parking. The condo had everything you need, it's just missing a comfy couch and better cleaning.

This corner condo has amazing views of the water. I will definitely come back when we can spend more time!

This condo was perfect for 3 adults. Beautiful views from the 3rd floor overlooking the dunes and beach. We were able to see the spectacular sunrises each morning. Very nicely appointed. Very efficient washer/dryer! There were some extras, e.g, foil and plastic wrap. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. We were happy to chill out on the beautiful beach.

The condo was great. Both bathrooms were spacious. The bedrooms were great sizes. The view was incredible. It is a corner unit. The walk down to the beach was easy. FYI - there are 7-8 steps going down to the beach at the end of the boardwalk. The pool was great. It was the middle of May so the beach was almost deserted. The island wasn't very crowded yet so it was great. Communicating with the property management was easy. They answered questions promptly. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and such. Thank you!

This condo was wonderful. The views were incredible from every room. It was decorated beautifully with little little touches everywhere-even in the Master bedroom bureau drawers. It was fully stocked with extra supplies. Everything you could think of was there. This condo far surpassed any other place we have stayed on the island.

Great time and no issues that significantly detracted from the stay. Excellent views, quiet area, wonderful beds, everything one could ask in a kitchen, great patio furniture and a great washer/dryer. Only negative was the couch/sofa was arguably the hardest, most uncomfortable piece of furniture we ever tried to use… But that was openly an issue when we wanted to watch tv in the living area.

Would definitely rent this property again!

This property has great views and is well stocked/maintained. Appreciated the ability to watch Netflix and Hulu without needing a separate login. Lots of board games/cards for the rainy days. Only tiny complaint is the couch is very stiff/uncomfortable (no padding) and the shower heads are low. Otherwise, everything was lovely-favorite part was having the ability to listen to the waves crashing while falling asleep.

The apartment is in a great complex and is a corner unit. The views of the ocean are spectacular. The decor, baths and furnishings are a little tired, mismatched, outdated. This was evident from the photos but the price was right and we love Amelia Island/Fernandina Beach. So, overall it was a pleasant stay.
