Lovely apartment on the Marina. Close to the bars and restaurants there and only a 5 to 10 minute walk to a large supermarket. The old town is only a 10 minute walk away also and the beach about a 15 minute walk. Thanks Peter and Carlos.

We loved the apartment. Everything from the location, to the management (Carlos and Peter) were excellent. Loved the balcony overlooking the marina where we had our breakfast and Happy Hour every morning and afternoon. Close to supermarket and center of old town. Perfect location—can walk almost anywhere; beautiful view! Weekly cleaning was a plus!

We were met by Carlos on our arrival, he explained everything to us that we needed to know, also that there were passess for a local hotel swiming pool. Whilst at the apartment we were in contact with Carlos via Whattsapp. We spent 10 days at this apartment with our daughter and her husband. The apartment has a fab view over the Marina. The apartment is very well equiped, iron/board, beech towels and parasols, dish washer, washing machine, excellent hairdryer according to my wife. Music centre, TV and video. Its is a comfortable walking into town and the beech. Also restaurants and bars line the Marina which are a minute or so away. Very short drive to the fully stocked supermarket, could walk there, but carrying heavy bags back didnt appeal to the wife. The beech is an absolute Gem, fine sand, gentle slop into the sea, a life guard on duty every time we visited. We used sunloungers and parasol infront of a beech bar/restaurant, 15 euros a day. We had use of a designated parking space in the basement of the apartment, which meant our car was out of the sun and secure, very convenient, especially when returning from a day out visiting the many places of interest. This is an absolute great apartment to stay, we can't think of a negative, apart from having to leave to return home. Thank you John, Jane, Hannah and James

What a view! Beautiful shaded balcony. Wonderful and clean apartment. Comfortable bed, clean sheets and towels. Beautiful and updated bathroom. Emails and questions were answered in a very timely manner and friendly to deal with. Property Manager was a pleasure. Would definitely recommend. We wish we had booked a longer stay. Thankyou so much for a wonderful ending to our holidays.

2nd time at this apartment. It is in a great position right on the Marina, lots of Buzz about the place. Has all you need for the holiday. Outside furniture could do with updating, not the most comfortable. The only problem we had was with the neighbours. She was so rude and was constantly poking her head around the wall and telling us to be quiet. This was at 3-4pm in the afternoon, unbelievable. We did just ignore her, but she would just stay and listen to our conversations.

This was our second stay at Peter's condo and we enjoyed it just as much. Everything was as expected. Peter and Carlos were always available and and very helpful. The marina view is breathtaking and I highly recommend this condo.

Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants and the apartment had a beautiful view over the marina.

It was great to be able to chill after six- weeks of travel. I had been to Lagos 50 years ago so it was like waking back in time. Many changes but the cliffs and the old town still exist. Thanks, Judy

The condo is in a great location, easy walking to most everything! It is spacious, very clean and the balcony is wonderful! Carlos was helpful, friendly and easy to get ahold of. We would definitely stay here again!

Carlos, the property manager met us at the door to the apartment building. This particular Is a short two floor up steps and there IS a lift just one flight of stairs up. It also goes to the garage but doesn’t go all the way to the entrance. The apt was VERY clean and first impression was WHAT A VIEW!! After a brief tour of the property and instructions from Carlos on all the amenities, he gave us his personal number and left us alone to move in for a month. We asked him about a clothes dryer and he pointed out a drying rack for hanging our clothes right out of the washer. As most probably know, it’s very unusual to own a clothes dryer anywhere in Europe and even more unusual to find one in a VRBO rental. The view from the terrace was breathtaking and although it was too chilly to be outside, we thoroughly enjoyed waking up to it every morning. Since we were there for a month, we went on Spanish Amazon.es and preordered a water filter tank and a grocery cart. We left both of those there so hopefully, you can enjoy their use during your stay. The apartment was a bit dated…tired even, but we spent so little time inside, it wasn’t an issue. There is a smallish flat screen TV in one corner of the living room and I highly recommend getting something like a ROKU fire stick so that you can stream all your favorite shows if you’re staying long. Unfortunately, it’s the ONLY TV. No TV in either bedroom If you sleep in the master, be prepared to be awakened by very bright sunlight in the morning as there are no black out curtains to prevent early morning sun from streaming in. After the first night, we pushed the two twin beds together in the guest because the glass doors facing the marina have metal shades on the outside and they dramatically decrease the sunlight in the morning. In the kitchen you’ll find a four burner glass cooktop, a vented hood (you have to pull the hood toward you to get the fan and light to work), a refrigerator/freezer (the freezer did not have ice trays and it isn’t frost free). There’s a toaster, coffee maker and just about anything you need for cooking meals. And if you’re lucky, there’s the Zero Water Filter Tank that holds about 23 cups/5.4 liters. We never could figure out how to use the dishwasher so we washed everything by hand. The single bathroom was very comfortable and the shower enjoyable. There is a fireplace in the living room but we never used it.

This apartment is centrally located in Lagos da Marina. Nice views to all the boats. And the Marina is a living community - a lot of people live in their boats. From the terrasse you can follow the boating life. Restaurants and bars are "on your doorstep" - but make sure to walk into Lagos town (10 minutes walk) often. The old town is a gem. And make sure to walk both the cliffs and the long beautiful beaches that Algarve is famous for. If you are a golfer - make sure to visit Palmares golf course. 27 wonderful holes with magnificent views. Grocery store - large - is a 10 minutes walk. And in Lagos there is a wonderful fish marked - open all days except Sunday. The apartment it self is very functional - it has a very new kitchen and bathroom. The shower is great! And large. We stayed in winter (mainly November) so make sure you have indoor shoes for cold tiled floors. In summer cold tiles are a blessing, but not in winter. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need - also for cleaning as we decided to clean ourself during our 6 week stay. We locked ourself out once - thank you to Carlos for speedy help!

Marina view spectacular -- we enjoyed all meals on the balcony. Condo was super clean and spacious.

Everything was spot-on: The location is excellent (close to downtown but not in it), the building and apartment is fairly new and well appointed. We really enjoyed our stay!

One of the nicest apartments we have stayed in. The view was amazing and the apartment had everything we could possibly wish for and more. It was a delight in the evening too stroll into the town and eat at one of the many Cafes and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

For ease of getting into the Town etc, this apartment is ideally situated. You don’t have the noisy road like the ones on the Meia Prai road which is why we chose this property. Only downside was late arrival on sun on balcony. Came around about 4-5pm. You can use pool but that was quite busy even though October.

WE stayed for two weeks in this apartment, it is in such a great location. It has everything you need for self catering and so close to all the restaurants and bars. We will be staying here again for sure.

We have just recently returned from a weeks stay at this great apartment (Family of Four). It was exactly as described in the listing and had everything we needed for our stay. The location on the marina is perfect and just a short 10mins stroll to the beach and town centre. We were able to avail of an early check-in and late check-out which was perfect and I know mentioned in a number of reviews but Carlos couldn't have been more helpful. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with Goncale’s unit. Great location, parking, clean unit, and he was always helpful with anything we needed. We enjoyed the check in process with some Portuguese traditions.

Lovely apartment, very comfortable, with a good standard of white goods in the kitchen. Close to a good supermarket with excellent bakery if walking a dolly trolley would be useful. Good variety of restaurants close by. Excellent views of the marina from the balcony.
