We encountered a couple of issues during our stay. The staff was able to resolve most of them quickly. The lift was noisy and it bothered me a little as I was an early sleeper.

really dated furniture, the single bed I had was shaky and felt on the verge of collapse. very thin walls/ you can practically hear everything from the other rooms. felt like there was no privacy / no breakfast, no communal hanging area, fire além set off in the middle of the afternoon and went in for more than half hour without staff being able to do anything about it but also without the fire brigade showing up.

The property had it all we needed to be comfortable. It also was well located, we where able to walk mostly everywhere and also bus stop was accessible.

Staff was so friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

I loved the location of it, obviously! everything is very close. also it’s nice to have your towels changed daily. staff is very friendly and helpful. also complementary water and coffee in lobby. nice big room, looks good.

This hotel is absolutely worth to stay if you want to go to Madrid! The staff is very nice , they were so kind with us. Everyday a clean room and the hotel is situated in a street next to Gran Via so everything is close! No loud noises from outside , we slept very good during the night. We had no breakfast but there are a lot of bars where you can get a cheap Spanish breakfast. I would recommend this hotel!

Perfect location! We did everything within a short walking distance. Rooms had USB chargers, which are great for travelers from other countries.

Better shower it’s was leaking . Room was cold at night had to ask for more blankets and pillows . Asked twice for fresh towels didn’t get them. Was booked in from the 18th-22 but checked out one day early . Staff have no English was no point asking telling them . Receptionist blanked us . Ill mannered was on her phone . Lift was tiny ,stairs is a death trap. . View was of the lift and peoples laundry . Was so noisy . There Was a steel mesh over the window . Really noisy could hear people talking all night through the walls . Horrible horrible place . Do not stay here .

The location was central and close to everything.

The room was basic and the stairs to get up to our floor were too narrow.

The location is amazing, very central, close to everything. We did everything just walking. The room is a good deal for the price.

They should have storage luggage room. Madrid is a full city of tourists and we didn’t find available places to leave our bags.
