We spent 6 nights at this property and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The condo is located very close to Folly Beach, but just far enough away to provide a quiet and relaxing environment. Travel to downtown Charlston takes about 25 to 30 minutes. The hosts provided an extremely well furnished home. The kitchen was very complete. The beds were comfortable and the property was very quiet. Highly recommend.

This two bedroom/2 bath unit is on the lower level and perfect for going onto Folly Beach (or getting around anywhere in Charleston/Mount Pleasant areas). Everything you would ever need with a bottle of wine to start your vacation!! The enclosed porch looks over Folly River which has plenty of views of dolphin, birds and boats.

If you need a two bedroom condo, this one is perfect in every way possible...the view is absolutely stunning with the best porch to enjoy it from. Condo is very spacious to be only 2 bedrooms. We will definitely be staying here again!

The home was a beautiful place, located right on the river. It was very close to Folly Beach, and not too far from Charleston, the perfect location. We especially enjoyed the wall-to-wall, sliding glass doors in the living room in the primary bedroom, which led to a screened in back porch. The shower was amazing, with plenty of heat and water pressure. The hosts were very sweet, leaving us a bottle of wine and some delicious lemon cookies. It was our 34th anniversary and we enjoyed our stay so much! We would highly recommend this home.

This property is beautiful! Views excellent. Very clean. Texting assistance is available daily from property management, was beyond helpful. I would 100 % recommend this property to anyone looking for a very nice place to stay. The owners really went a step above.

We have stayed at this property several times and it never disappoints! The unit is clean, spacious and kitchen is well stocked for cooking. It has been updated since the last time we stayed and it looks great. Easy to check in/check out. Looking forward to our next stay.

Our stay at Serenity was amazing! This home went beyond our expectations! It was easy to find and easy to get into. We were greeted with a kind welcome note and w on r and cookies. Location was perfect for visiting downtown Charleston, heading to the activities at The Citadel, and enjoying time on Folly Beach. Online pictures did not do this unit justice! It was so much more spacious than we thought it would be. It was immaculately clean too! Our favorite part was sitting out in the screened in porch taking in the fresh air and beauty of the Folly River. There was a glorious spot on a pier just a few units down where we took in the sunsets and had the opportunity to meet other residents. The unit had everything we needed and was the perfect choice for a relaxing weekend. I was sad to leave and will most definitely be back!

Serenity is a lovely condo that had everything we needed for a week of exploring Charleston. The decor is bright and welcoming, and has plenty of space and seating. There are two large bedrooms and two nicely appointed bathrooms. The screened patio overlooks the Folly River and is the perfect place for morning coffee or a leisurely lunch. Serenity is a 30 minute drive to Historic Charleston, the USS Yorktown, and Ft. Moultrie, making it a great base for all your adventures. A short 5 minute drive and you can spend the day on beautiful Folly beach.

We enjoyed our stay and the unit itself was very nice. We would have liked to be able to use the built-in electric fireplace but was told it was not accessible. The hot water heater is too small for a unit that accommodates four to six people but we made do. The list of rules was overwhelming and IMHO a bit ridiculous. You may not have more people in the unit than it is designed to sleep. We had family in the area and couldn't even invite them over if we wanted to comply with this rule. But, all of that only takes the overall rating down one notch from 5 stars to 4. The owners were very responsive during the stay.

This is a bottom unit, so not so many stairs to climb. The unit is fully furnished with anything you may need (even iron and board!) The decor was adorable and easy to clean and leave! Contact with managers was great! Short walk to Folly businesses!

This property has stunning views of the Folly River. We watched dolphins swim every morning while drinking our coffee on the screened in porch. This property was extremely clean. I highly recommend!! Thanks for an awesome stay.

Perfect location! Right outside your door is the river with the most perfect view and the dolphins! Amazing! The space was beautiful and the place had everything we needed. Was close to the beach, stores, and also close to Charleston! Had the best trip!!

We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay while at Serenity. From the complimentary bottle of wine to the electric fireplace. It made the whole stay a pleasure.

I brought my adult daughters to Serenity for a long weekend and it was PERFECT! We could walk to Folly Beach-about 1 mile, and enjoy the water, sand and great restaurants! Another day we drove into Charleston, about 20minutes, for sight seeing and shopping. We felt completely safe and cozy, comfortable at Serenity. We loved hanging out on the screened in porch watching the dolphins, boats, sunrises and sunsets! This place is completely stocked with all you need and the hosts even left us a bottle of wine and snacks to help enjoy our stay-very classy!

This is a relaxing condo in a great location. The beds are comfortable. Having only one card to open the gate is very inconvenient when there are two vehicles going different directions during the day. Fortunately the condo is not too far from the gate. The stairway is very dark making it hard to enter the code after sun goes down. Other than that, this is a great spot to use for home base when visiting the Folly Beach/Charleston area.

Serenity was a wonderful place to stay and we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The condo is so open and full of light! The two bedrooms are nice in size which made our stay comfortable. The porch was amazing and we spend most of our time there enjoying the weather and watching the dolphins at night. Check-in and check-out were so easy and communication with the owners was timely. The condo was just as described online. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Great time, clean place, close to Charleston!

The location and condo were terrific! Very well appointed, super clean, comfortable and perfect location. The door was alittle tricky to open but overall I would highly recommend staying here! The condo was beautiful and we really felt at home, the only issue is that we should have booked another week! Thank you so much for a lovely stay in your home, it was truly pleasant and I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a great getaway!

We are very pleased with our stay in this place. It is a very clean, organized and beautiful condo. Nice view from the balcony, in the morning we were able to see dolphins swimming by the shore. Good localization.

Great place!

This is a great stay and the location is wonderful. The apartments is in a secure complex that is very pretty and well maintained. We didn't use the extra facilities like the pool and tennis courts but they were accessible for our stay. The back of the apartment looks over the creek and there is bird life and even dolphins swimming around. The view is wonderful and allowed us the perfect beachside vibe without being in the busier part of Folly Beach. The apartment was just as the pictures showed. Clean, nicely decorated with everything you needed for a comfortable stay including beach towels and bathroom additions like toiletries. Overall, we loved it, the location offers easy access into central Charleston (20mins drive) but also the feeling of being on a beach vacation. If were were in this part of the world again is would book this place again in a heartbeat.
