The property was great but the online synopsis is misleading. We thought we had a 2 bedroom unit - not just connecting hotel rooms. At check in our party was only able to get 1 room and when the remainder of our party arrived the connecting room was given away. We were not able to be together.

Not too high up, close to the casino, quiet.

Property was good however its a long way from the MGM and it was a pain to get an uber or taxi. We stayed in Tower 1 and many times transportation was not allowed to come in and we had to walk to the entrance. Pretty pricey not to have room service, clean towels. etc.

Place is good to stay at with kids. Some stuff within hotel closes early (Starbucks closes by 2pm on Weekends and not open at all Wed and Thursday), gym in tower was out of order. Hotel service can be slow to respond (called for extra toilet paper since only 1 was in the room for a 5 day stay and couldn’t get in touch with anyone for almost an hour of calling). Rooms are large.

Perfect place for a large group. Spacious bedrooms with enough bathrooms. We stay here again.

This worked out great to have both sides with a group of friends. I will definitely stay here again.

If you want to be in Vegas but not be in Vegas this is a great place to stay. A short walk to the actual hotel and tram. We were in the 3ed tower so super far from all the noise and whatnot. Whatever issues we had, like the kitchen not having any kitchen supplies and the number provided telling us that they didn't provide utensils would have been awesome to know before arriving. They said they would refund the resort fee, so I'm waiting for that. Our TV's didn't work it took a few days of our 4 day stay for them to sort that out. All in all remember Covid is a real things, and everyone is understaffed and doing their best to take care of so many. Being kind went a long way as did understanding the situation. Over all ~ great staff and clean rooms.

The set up was great, we had a very nice visit!

Valet situation was unacceptable as valet was closed to dropping your car off every afternoon and evening, forcing us to have to deal with the crowds and mess of MGM Grand, something I had not planned for or cared to do. If someone does not enjoy the aroma of marijuana, they will be very unhappy as the property reeks. I entered my room one day after being gone all day and it was so strong in my room I actually think my eyes were watering. Seriously strong.

The property was nice

We love staying here, it is my second time. The rooms are great for sharing with a big group. I think the upkeep or maintenance needs some improvement. The refrigerator in our room had a very strong fish odor and the curtain rod kept falling off so we were not able to move the curtains around that much in the living room. I am hoping this is just due to reduced staff from COVID because this place is really great to stay at.

The units were wonderful. Just what we were looking for. I was, however, disappointed that although we had a full kitchen, there were no dishes, silverware, glasses, etc. We really could have used these during our stay.

Such an amazing experience for our entire group! We were in Vegas for my cousin’s bachelorette party so it was really nice staying in a condo that accommodated our entire group of 7. We would have fit 8 very comfortably but one girl in our party had to cancel last minute due to medical reasons. We really enjoyed having a hotel-style lobby for coming and going that didn’t involve walking through a smoke-filled casino like other strip-hotels. Loved that it was private but had the services hotel-style so we could have daily housekeeping and fresh dishes to use to cook our own meals. Also LOVED the layout of the condo and having the living room in between both bedrooms for a common area for us all to hang out in. The host was always quick to respond when we had questions and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Love that we had access to all the MGM pools and lazy river and it was just a short walk through the towers to get to. We will absolutely be booking another stay here in the future!

This place is great if you have a big group. We had six of us and it was perfect. It was great to have a kitchen for breakfast and snacks. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend. Just know that you have to pay resort fees and a $300 deposit per room upon arrival.

We were in Vegas mostly to hike so we especially enjoyed the complimentary valet parking. The view of the mountains from the balcony was a great way to start each morning & it was an easy walk to the strip. My only complaint, which might be a whole building complaint, is with the spotty WiFi & poor cell phone service. It wasn’t a huge issue because we didn’t spend much time in the room but it’s 2019 the building should take care of that.

When we came to checkin, they tossed us around from hotel tower to hotel tower. Usually when we rent a place, it’s a specific condo unit. Nope. It was like a hotel. Ending up having to wait longer than the normal checkin because we were in a double unit. BS if you ask me. We ordered food for the room and all was fine until we tried to cook it. Had 5 people staying in the 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo but didn’t provide simple things like cutting boards, a bowl or a knife. And it came with 3 sets of utensils. 3 SETS!! It fits 6 people. Never again

We had a couple families in the pair of adjoining suites and we had tons of room, a beautiful view and the kitchen was nice for breakfasts and lunches. Highly recommended.

Great rooms, very clean, luxurious and easy communication. We were aware we had to pay resort fees but because this listing is advertised as a 2 bedroom, we assumed only one lot of fees. The hotel charged us as two separate apartments meaning 2 times fees. Due to a huge mistakes being charged to our credit card at checkout they credited these fees but wanted to let other knows. USD $80 a day in fees is a lot of money.

Lots of room for everyone to be comfortable. Great kitchen, living room, balcony, nice decor, centrally located to restaurants, activities etc.

Loved the suite! Very clean and easy to get around. I didn't realize they did not have pots and pans so bring your own.

This was the best experience we have had in Las Vegas in a long time. There was 5 of us for a work conference and we needed 2 rooms. Instead of a regular hotel that charges for the extra people in a room we booked the MGM Signature condo instead. It was perfect, very upscale. Just 1/4 mile from the strip, easy walk. The 2 rooms are separate, one area has big kitchen/bedroom and living rm with dining table and the other room is a separate entrance next to main space with kitchenette. So not one large space but it still worked just fine for us. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I would suggest getting Lyft or Uber in the morning to get to the airport because the Valet could not get a large Taxi to pick up 5 people. After waiting 20 minutes we called Lyft ourselves and they were there in 5 minutes. I would highly recommend booking this condo to everyone.

Accommodation was great, spacious and fully accessible for our wheelchair. 5 stars here. We had a large beautiful kitchen but no cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils. I called guest services and these are not supplied due to hygiene reasons but after 2 hours received 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 cups and cutlery ONLY. Washing machine is for guests over 7 days. If you hover over the washing machine in the listing, this will come up. The valet is a pathetic joke. We waited for half an hour for the car to come up. There were so many cars absolutely everywhere, it was an accident waiting to happen. Self park was not an option. The resort is not near to the strip. In the fine print, $70 / day for resort fee which should come up in the calculation when you request to book not the confirmation email. NOTE: read all the print in the listing and hover over all the words.
