Staff very nice and welcoming

My beddrom was full of mosquitoes. We leave on the door to clean the room and at the end of the day, the room was exactly the same. Also, we needed to do our own bed when we arrive, that's not normal.

Shame no food or drink available Sunday or Monday, had to drive a few miles to get a meal and buy a drink.

The view is to die for! Great location. Restaurant / breakfast view is over the lake.

Speaking of activities, the hotel's location in the heart of the forest was an absolute delight. I love jogging, and the opportunity to do so amidst such natural beauty was an exceptional experience. The scenic trails and fresh air provided the perfect backdrop for my morning runs, and it was a great way to connect with nature. The breakfast served at the hotel was a true highlight of my stay. The wide variety of options catered to all tastes and dietary preferences. From fresh fruits and pastries to hearty cooked dishes, everything was delicious and of excellent quality. I left the breakfast table each day with a satisfied smile and ready to embark on new adventures. The hotel's overall ambiance and attention to detail were impressive. It was evident that the management cared about the guests' experience and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Beautiful large room with balcony overlooking a quiet garden and fabulous lakeview. Situated on a quiet cove on a large lake surrounded by huge trees filled with chirping birds.

Complimentary morning coffee instead of being charged high prices for cappuccinos from the automatic machine would have been very nice.

the location is amazing the breakfast is top notch and the staff are super kind.

The room had a lake view. The nature around the hotel is magnificent. Waking up to the birds singing and a nice walk is what recharges me. If you are lucky, you can rent a bike directly at the hotel.

The (only) bus 218 doesn't run between 19:15 and 9 and the way from the S station to the hotel is really dark. I counted about 10 lamps (during the 35-minute walk). I also was't lucky and out of 3 available bikes, two were booked and 1 had a flat tire.

very bad very slow wifi you can almost only watch Youtube videoes anything else is difficult and slow, no tea/coffee making tool, no kettle, no refregirator in the room, restaurant is closed 2 days Sunday and Monday all other days until 10 pm only , while the location is nice in landmark and view (river and green hills) but being so far from city (in west end Berlin) most shops don't make delivery to there , I found only one turkish shop delivers there, no room service, no tour guide or any pamphlet to tell you the intersting places / areas to visit and how to get there, room terrace has no light.

In a super position overlooking River Havel. Good walks from the door. Ample parking. Balcony had view of river and forestry. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Well stocked breakfast bar

Terrible check in. The young man at the reception could not care less, could hardly speak or look at the guests. It was not personal though, we noticed it too by the couple before us.

Nice location in woods on a lake shore. Good breakfasts and dinners in the hotel restaurant. There is a public transport to the city (didn't use). Free parking. Easy connection to the shopping areas and city centre.

Excellent location. Good coffee. Nice and helpful staff; even if some of them don't speak English, they tried their best.

All signs and notes are in German. Is understandable as over 90% of the clients are German but, as long as the hotel is on Booking.com and open to foreigners, some English signs will be really helpful. To know to hang the sign on the door if you need fresh towels, for example... Also the menu on the restaurant is only in German.
