Appartement avec une superbe terrasse qui doit être très agréable en été. très bon couchage de bonne taille, parking privé pour la voiture La cuisine est minuscule, il n'y a pas de lave vaisselle, et l'équipement est plus que succint, attention à la douche glissante (pas de tapis) et pas de chauffage dans les salles de bain, ce qui est un handicap en hiver. Les pizzeria en face sont bien, ainsi que les restaurants, facilité d'accès en prime

Not a great start to our holiday as Antonio’s sister was not at the airport to meet us. I rang her and thankfully she came to pick us up within 30 minutes. She thought we were arriving the following day. We arranged for her to take us back to the airport the following week but received a text around 2am that morning to say that someone else was picking us up. Again thankful he did but slightly disconcerting about the arrangements. Great apartment. Comfortable bed. Fantastic views from balcony over the Adriatic. Sun lovers beware that the balcony faces East and the sun doesn’t reach you anytime of day. Still only 1 wine glass in the cupboard. Would recommend the owner make up a pack to include: Guide to TV channels, instructions on using the washing machine. Details of buses to Bari and where to catch them. Explain about buying bus tickets from the Tabachi beforehand. Suggested day trips to Matera, Monolopi and Polinario and how to get there by public transport. Eating out: Santa Lucia restaurant excellent also their coffee and pastries in the morning. Open at 7am. Restaurants in Eatily also very good with fresh fish and meat counter if you fancy cooking. Great choice of wines too. The local beach is beautiful with sunloungers and a restaurant is good. Beautiful sand and shallow waters. 5 minute walk past Eatily. All in all very relaxing, the weather in mid October was (and generally is) at that time of year in the southern Adriatic warm and dry around 22c - 25c.

Comfortable bed and lots of peaceful quiet. My only complaint is the tiny kitchen. One person in it at a time. And the old fridge desperately needs to be defrosted as well as deep cleaned as it smelled like sour milk. Not nice. Otherwise, a really special place.

This property was beautiful and very clean, with air conditioning and a HUGE patio, just as described. It is located just across the street from the sea and several restaurants...perfect location and the grocery store is just down the road. The hosts were excellent up deal with. Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice apartment but needs to resolve parking if offered since we had quite a challenge. the apt needs a good cleaning inside and on the terrace, and could use more Kitchen utensils...one wine glass isn't enough. No bathroom tissue or even liquid soap for the kitchen as no dishwasher too... The view was perfect if very noisy with the beach goers triple parked from 4-2 am basically...we left early but again it was fine but not quite as I had hoped. Tiny kitchen btw...

The view and the outdoor space are both great. The restaurant complex across the street can be noisy on a week-end night, but provides interesting people watching! Don't plan on cooking a big meal in the kitchen, but you can get a small load of laundry done in the washing machine in the second bathroom!

The property was very clean with plenty of hot water. The large patio overlooking the Adriatic is to die for. Great views of the cruise ships and ferries arriving and leaving daily. Gated car parking on site. This is a great location to use as a base for car day trips to the surrounding area. There is a bus stop very near for trips into old Bari. The owners were very friendly and helpful in getting us settled in and expediting our departure.

Wir waren von der Lage, der Größe und der Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Es hat an nichts gefehlt und wir haben den Traumblick auf das Meer und die ein den Hafen ein- und auslaufenden Kreuzfahrtschiffe und Fähren genossen. Die Restaurants auf der anderen Straßenseite bieten leckere Speisen, wir waren mehrfach dort Essen oder haben uns Pizzen geholt. Jeden Tag waren wir im schönen Apulien unterwegs, entweder mit in Bari geliehenen E-Bikes (Veloservice Bari, sehr freundlich und auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen) oder mit dem Auto bis zum jeweiligen Startpunkt von tollen Wanderungen. Was ich zu dieser Wohnung sagen kann: - SUPER Balkon mit herrlichem Panorama-Blick aus dem dritten Stock. Man kann auch super den Sonnenuntergang von hier genießen - Die Wohnung selbst war recht "privat" eingerichtet. Was aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Außer dass es zwei abgeschlossene Türen in der Wohnung gab, war die Wohnung aber recht groß - 1 großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett. - 2 Bäder. Ein kleines mit kleiner Dusche (nichts für etwas beleibtere Menschen) und ein großes mit Badewanne. - Ein großes Wohnzimmer mit einer bequemen (zum Sitzen) ausklappbaren Doppel-Schlaf-Couch (Schlafen nicht getestet) und einem alten Flachbild-TV (ohne DVD-Player oder sonstiges (z.B. USB-Anschluss) und nur mit Italienischen Programmen) - eine SEHR kleine Küche in der nur eine Person stehen/arbeiten kann. - Die Heizung hat funktioniert (im März braucht man diese schon noch) - privater Parkplatz auf dem Innenhof - Es wird, speziell am Wochenende, auch Abends/Nachts gern mal etwas lauter draußen vor der Tür - aber das ist halt Italien... (schlecht gedämmte Wohnungen und italienisches Temperament treffen aufeinander) Wenn das Warmwasser auch wirklich warm/heiß und nicht nur lauwarm gewesen wäre, wären wir mit der Wohnung auch zufrieden gewesen. So aber mussten wir in eine Nachbarwohnung umziehen - in der es auch wirklich warmes Wasser gab. In der (lauf)Nähe gibt es allerdings nicht viel. Die Restaurants vor der Tür sind schon fast alles. Ein großen "seltsamen" Supermarkt Eataly ca. 5min entfernt und ca. 10min zu Fuß nach Westen (nicht Richtung Stadtmitte) gibt es auch noch einen schönen Sandstrand. Weitere 5min dahinter gibt es noch zwei nette größere Parks mit Spielplätzen für Kinder - leider ist der Eingang einmal komplett auf der anderen Seite des ersten Parks - in der Mitte der beiden Parks. Alles weitere muss dann fast schon mit dem ggf. vorhandenen Auto gemacht werden. Bis in die Stadt sind es schon mehrere Kilometer... Da wir eines hatten, war das kein Problem - obwohl die italienische Fahrweise schon SEHR gewöhnungswürdig ist. Parkplätze sind in blauen Zonen meistens freie zu finden - da sie kostenpflichtig sind (Im Zentrum/Touristen-Hafen 1€/h)

We have spent the last four days in Bari at this beautiful flat by the sea. The home is spacious, comfortable and very clean. Food options are right across the street and there was even a space for our rental car. We would like to thank Antonio for his hospitality and prompt response to our questions. We hope to come back and stay by you again.

A beautiful apartment with large open balcony and sea view! Apartment is beautiful; has a bit of a closed in floor plan which makes it kind of dark inside. Easy access to several restaurants, a parking spot was provided for our rental car, and there were peaceful views of both sunrise and sunset. An upscale grocery store is also within a close walk. Updated washing machine provided--easy to use. --Tami and Jacob (United States)

The apartment of Antonio is fantastic!!! Great view to the sea, situated near to the seafront with very good restaurants and to the beach Lido San Francesco. The apartment is very comfortable, it has everything you need from the dishes in the kitchen to the electric shutters. The balcony is very big! We had a pleasant holiday there. We would come back here at any time again! Thanks for all!

Spacious, modern and well furnished apartment in a great location overlooking the harbour entrance where you can watch the sunrise and sunset from the enormous balconies. A perfect base for exploring the area. Safe, secure onsite parking and plenty of restaurants within yards of the property. Friendly helpful owners always available. An excellent choice and great value for money.

Apartment is very spacious with huuuuge terrace and 2 bathrooms, clean and tidy. Host (Antonio) has a fast response via mobile phone or email.

I would highly recommend this apt. It's well appointed and our hosts, Rita and Antonio have been attentive and gracious. Bari is a beautiful City and this apt is centrally located yet far enough away from the City Center. There are restaurants and coffee bars across the street which make it lively. The owners offered us the use of their car at a small fee which we really appreciated and the fact that parking at the property was gated was extremely convinient. Thank you to Antonio for meeting us and welcoming us to the house!!!

Short pleasant walk to a lovely beach. A short taxi ride to the old town. Close to the airport. Good restaurants and pizzerias across the road. Apartment is a strange layout with 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. Kitchen very small but has everything you need. Balcony is massive !!! With great view of the sunset. All in all pretty good!
