We were there for the Isle of Wight festival. it was a 5 minute walk from the hovercraft to the house and 5 minutes from restaurants and shops and buses to the festival. fantastic location. Plus the house is so comfortable, with great facilities . The garden has the morning/lunchtime sun. Wish we could book again for next year

Great location near to shops and sea front - Surprisingly quiet for a semi detached.

The house was very clean, well equipped which included tea/coffee,sugar and salt. Close to the bus station

The sofa in the front room was incredibly uncomfortable. Toaster was a bit tempermental

Settee completely broken and therefore very uncomfortable. No other comfortable chairs available.

The House was much bigger than we had expected - The layout was great for 2 people with a double bedroom and a spare single room - upstairs bathroom with wc and downstairs shower with wc perfect! Location is close to Ryde Sea Front and all the main shops are accessible through the back streets. We were apprehensive as the house is semi detached and overlooks other properties but we really did not hear a peep out of anyone all 5 nights and the road is very peaceful hardly a car went passed. For eating out it is very close to Ryde Castle 2 minute walk - We found it to be a perfect not so little house for two!
