The house is really old and humid, which is not good for allergic people. Besides, the propriety’s owner agreed with me to charge me for 6 diaries and charged for 8. Although as combined before I only stayed there for 6 days, he refused to to refund the 2 extra days.

Spacious and well designed. Would definitely choose it again.

Getting in and out was a bit of a hassle due to the narrow doors and old locks.

In such a historic place, this feeling was welcomed by all! The smell, the furniture, the setup, the architecture, the summer sounds....made us felt like time travellers! Everything was clean, well preserved, spacious and comfortable. Even our little dog felt like home from the 1st minute and really enjoyed the spacious yard. Only a few meters from the port, the museums, next to shops and amenities.....but at the same time quiet and cosy, allow you to rest and sleep undisturbed. The house is quite spacious and allow you to have privacy, even if many people coexist. We rent houses very often - around the world - and this house really exceeded our expectations!

Two Olive Trees is a quaint and traditional home located in the Dapia area of Spetses. A three minute walk from the port with all the amenities located near the home. The house is a traditional old island house decorated with antiques and restored furniture. It is well equipped; every room has air conditioning and a Tv. The internet works smoothly. We rented the house out in its entirety - 6 adults and a baby. We loved spending time in it as there is a huge garden for our son to play in (with a live tortoise!) and we even had a bbq one evening. The fishmonger round the corner was exceptional. Pete is a great host and incredibly receptive. He will attempt to fix anything immediately, or if you need any recommendations he knows the best restaurants and beaches to go to. I highly recommend this villa, especially for those who’d like to immerse themselves into local living and stay away from tourist traps
