In the words of my friend ‘I couldn’t ask for a better hotel’. The hotel grounds and rooms are really quaint. The photos don’t do it justice! The pool area is beautiful and peaceful and the breakfast was just amazing. Full spread with even a dessert (really loved the chocolate fudge brownie cake!). Would 100% stay here again if in Spetses.

There were some stains on our towels and bed sheets.

Beautiful boutique hotel in old seaside mansion is an oasis on the edge of town. Close enough to the action but quieter. Lovely, helpful friendly staff and delicious home cooked breakfasts by the pool. We had stunning views from our rooms. We loved it.

Nothing- the rooms were simple but very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is in a beautiful building and the pool area is really nice and private. It's also nice you are so close to the sea and can see this through the bedroom window. The staff was friendly.

The bed was not so comfortable and the road that goes by the hotel was louder than expected at night due to the many amounts of scooters that pass by.

The breakfast was excellent with personal service. The location was perfect for us. We liked the pool area which although small was never too busy. Good service from the attentive staff.

Very pleased with our choice of accommodation but local beaches a little limited.

Really nice breakfast and coffee. It was served by the pool which made it very relaxing and nice.

the rooms were very old. There wasn't any room cancellation, we could hear what was happening outside and everyone could hear the inside.

The location is fantastic, right on the sea and with a beautiful, secluded garden and pool tucked away in a courtyard around the back. Our room was great, with a gorgeous sea view and it felt very homely and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing - huge portions and all delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Really enjoyed my weekend stay in this traditional Spetses mansion! Staff was very friendly and service was excellent! Breakfast was an experience, overall highly recommended!

The mansion is magical. It's as if you've been invited to your rich, eccentric aunt's place, hidden away from the crowds. The staff is what you'd expect from a private manor; they appear just when you want them and then quietly vanish. They learned the first day precisely how I like things, and carried on doing so. The mini bar has full bottles of champagne and wine and actual stemware. Breakfast is served on china. You are an easy walk to the center and yet you feel totally private and secluded. It's ideal for quiet relaxation. I'd come back again and again. Next time I'm bringing my pearls!

The building, beautiful stone insets in outer paths. Pool. Tranquility as soon as we entered. Trees. Night lighting. Service and gentility of Anna, staff member.

More variety at breakfast. Having to ask for bed linen change after 3 nights.
