Great property just a block from the beach. Big backyard perfect for relaxing. Property included beach chair, beach towels and bikes which was really convenient since we flew up. Close to historic downtown and Shining Sea bike path. Master bedroom was away from other bedrooms so convenient for families with teenagers. Would definitely rent again!

This place is a must! A few steps from the beach, short walk to town, and a quick drive to the Ferry. Isabel is a wonderful and so accommodating. Hope to be back in the future!

This was the perfect get away for our family! Great location ( walkability to necessary ice cream/ dinners out in town), a stones throw from the beach. The home was very clean, and so comfortable. The space feels bigger than the images portray. Nice backyard space! Isabel was very responsive and wonderfully flexible with our out of season stay! Lots of room, cozy and clean, and in a great neighborhood!

Rented this house for a second time for our group of 6 ladies. We come in December to enjoy the holiday activities in Falmouth and the surrounding area. There is plenty of space in the house for groups to gather in multiple locations. The listing is as described and the owner is very responsive when you have questions. The beach is steps away from the front yard and even in the winter so nice to be able to walk down for the sunrise and sunset. We also walk right up to Main Street vs. driving and its very convenient. Highly recommend this house!

We had a lovely stay! The house was clean, well-equipped and roomy. The location is great. Everything was easy, peaceful and restful for our tired college kids during their Thanksgiving break. Grateful for the opportunity to stay. =)

Nestled between the ocean and the historical Falmouth Village, this VRBO was ideal for returning to the Cape for our mother's celebration of life. Having spent summers on the Cape as children, we LOVED the beach walks, bikes rides, stories around the big table, open floor plan with plenty of space, the well equipped accomodations, easy access to restaurants and groceries, and the gorgeous fall weather. Isabel was great and we definitely want to come back and create more memories!

We absolutely loved our stay. Owner made everything so easy and we really didn’t much any issues. The house is a 5 minute walk to down and even shorter to the water/beach. Wedding venue was a 2 minute drive from the house so we couldn’t have asked for a better location. House is very spacious, all 5 of us had more than enough room to get ready and do what we needed to do. Owner was very friendly and responsive as well. Highly recommend this house!

Our family (two adults and one 2 year old child) had a wonderful stay! The house is exactly as described and pictured. It was very clean and the location is extremely convenient. Isabel was very responsive as well. We are already talking about planning our next vacation there!

The house is very spacious and had everything we needed. It is literally a two minute walk to the beach-I had my coffee on the beach every morning! Downtown Falmouth is walkable too. And the Shining Sea Bike Path is a short bike ride away-highly recommended! The backyard is wonderful with Adirondack chairs, a hammock and picnic tables. The property was everything we hoped for, and Isabelle was very responsive and so nice! We highly recommend this owner and property!

This house has a great location! It's only a 3 minute walk to the beach and a quick 3 minute drive to restaurants and shopping in Falmouth. The house is spacious and well decorated, even if it's a bit older. As with any old house, the bathrooms are beginning to show that age, but the online pics are accurate. I would definitely recommend this place due to its location, spacious interior, as well as friendly communication with the owner.

Great home in a wonderful location! Very comfortable and had all of the amenities that we needed for our stay. The beach is only about a half a block away, which the entire family loved! Isabel was easy to contact and was a great host. Highly recommended!

The house is only a few houses down from the beach and .7 miles to town. The house is nicely decorated with new appliances. We loved having the bikes which we rode down to Woods Hole. The house is a bit older but they’ve done a great job making it feel cozy. The bathrooms are a little old but are accurately portrayed in the pics. I would definitely recommend this place. Our family came down to Falmouth for Mother's Day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the property. The house was super cute and perfectly located between the beach and town. We would definitely stay here again!

Great house with awesome location to beach and downtown Falmouth!

Great location for a stay in Falmouth. Just a few houses from the entrance to the beach. Less than a mile from downtown Falmouth and all of its shops, restaurants, and running/bike paths. Owner-provided bikes, kites, and everything you need for a successful trip.

Isabel’s place is adorable and in a great location! Beach is a 2 minute walk, and it only takes about 10-15 minutes to walk to town. Lots of good common space for hanging out - backyard was great too: Isabel checked in with me to make sure our stay was going well. Highly reccomend!

The property was light, spacious, clean, very comfortably furnished and very well equipped - and in a wonderful setting two minutes’ walk from the beach. Great neighbourhood and an easy walk to the main street with shops and several restaurants. There are many other Cape Cod places to see and this location makes a convenient starting point too. The owner is very helpful and quick to respond on any questions. We had a fabulous time and having this property as our home for a week made it rven better. We hope to be back again.

Spacious, clean and well equipped. Very close to the ocean but quiet. We would fully recommend this property. The kitchen and dining area are especially conducive to eating in ,so for family get togethers it would be ideal.

This is a wonderful home in a great location! It is clean, spacious, and well located. It is close to the ocean & close to town. The bike ride from the house to Woods Hole is picturesque. It was a wonderful place to stay.

We had a fabulous stay at this lovely house. Perfectly located, it is an easy walk to the beach and to the shops and restaurants in Falmouth. The house had everything we needed, it is bright, airy and spacious, has a great open kitchen/dining area and very comfortable bedrooms. Great communication with the owner all through the process. The shining sea bike path is minutes away, a beautiful ride to Woods Hole in one direction and North Falmouth in the other. A great base to explore this part of the Cape!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. We were two families gathering for Thanksgiving and it was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and dining layout were perfect for gathering, socializing, cooking and eating together. A great big table for everyone was so nice. The kids snuggled on the big couch for movies in the TV room and the sunroom was perfect for games and non-TV playing and hanging out. Even though it was really cold while we were there we walked to the beach everyday - it's SO close to the water and we can only imagine how perfect this location would be for a summer visit. Super easy to get to the little downtown of Falmouth. Really a beautiful and perfect Cape getaway!
