The pictures of this villa looked amazing and the reality did not disappoint. The children loved the pool and the bbq area was great. There were also lots of separate spaces for groups to divide off. It was walkable to the beachfront for all but the littlest legs!

We stayed as a family celebrating two birthdays during our trip. Etouri’s communications before and throughout our stay were fantastic, they responded to all questions immediately. They arranged all our transfers to and from the airport and also gave great recommendations for restaurants and handled all the reservations. The villa was beautiful, had everything we needed and more. All rooms were spacious and the communal areas great for a family. The pool and the outdoor area was great, beautiful views and a great spot for watching the sunrise and sunset each day. There’s a supermarket at the bottom of the hill from the villa and we would spend the day around the pool and then walk down the hill to the many restaurants and bars in the evenings. The walk back to the villa was up a steep hill but fine for us and a good way to walk off dinner, however those less mobile would probably struggle, but there were plenty of taxis should you need them. We would not hesitate in returning, or booking another property which was managed through etouri in the future.

Lovely property with great facilities, nothing was too much trouble. The walk into town/beachfront isn't too far about 10 minutes where there are lots of bars, shops and restaurants, coming back uphill afterwards isn't fabulous :) but the off set is you have fantastic views by the pool and bedrooms. We would highly recommend

Excellent in every sense.The Villa was exceptional in every aspect.Fantastic setting overlooking the town below and the ocean.The photographs of the property do not do it justice.Our family numbered nine people who ages ranged from 4 to 70 and everybody had a great time.The concierge service with Etouri was first class with nothing being too much trouble.Would definitely recommend.

Very good house and good communication. We loved it all. Walking to the shops and beach was a good work out.

We all had a great time in this lovely villa. It was all very clean, bedrooms were of a good size and beds very comfortable. Kitchen was very well equipped and we cooked quite easily for our family group of nine. Outdoor area also very clean and tidy, pool and hot tub all beautifully maintained and we loved this area. We enjoyed cooking on the bbq and used the pizza oven, plenty of seating for us all. We all had a wonderful holiday

We stayed at the villa for 10 nights and it was fantastic! Location was great for walking to beach (10-15 min walk) or to old town (20min walk) and back as long as still light out and you have good shoes, (road is hill and has lots of loose gravel) . Walking home is uphill and would not recommend after dark only because it is a narrow road with curves and cars coming or going that may not see you. Beds comfy, whole house spotless, all hard surface flooring. The only downfall were the speakers in the media room were bad for those who wanted to watch movies but the tv speakers sufficed. The villa has 1 bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom on pool level. (Laundry, wet bar, workout and media room are all also on that level) Pool area is huge with comfy lounge chairs and views for miles! On entry level is kitchen, dining, powder room, family room with doors leading to huge patio, level 2 has 3 BRs (one king with ensuite) other 2 both with 2 twins and full bath to share. All have views/doors to outside patio or small balcony. Then on third floor is one more BR with king and ensuite (shower is separate from sink and toilet and all still connected to BR and a door to a large balcony. I say this just to give lay of house which was hard to figure out with listing. For heavy suitcases, there is an elevator that serves pool level, entry level and 2nd level but not top floor. Stairs worked great for us. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit!

We needed a home in Rethymno with (5) five bedrooms for our immediate 3-generational family. The reviews for this location were helpful and helped us to choose Villa Naya for our (1) one week stay. First of all, the views are fantastic! We enjoyed eating outside a couple of times and watching the sunset. Also, the management company of the property were very responsive. We had help in getting anything that we needed. We were in Rethymno for our daughter's wedding at AgrecoFarms and had a couple of unique requests. Etouri associates were always quick to respond, friendly, and very helpful. We appreciate being able to stay in such a wonderful home. This was our first time in Crete, and we enjoyed Rethymno very much! We had about 80 wedding guests staying in different places in Rethymno from age 12 to 78, and all had fun - much to do for all different ages.

Friendly owner, helpful, midweek cleaning of everything including outdoor kitchen, daily cleaning of the pool, all perfect!

Great villa, close to the town, good facilities

We had a fantastic time here with extended family over Christmas. The house was perfect for us - comfortable, beautiful views, easy walk into town and over to Old Town and the Fort and wonderful bakeries! Natassa is a lovely, warm host who was very helpful and bought us a big box of Christmas pastries. We were very pleased with everything :)

Couldn’t have had a warmer welcome to the villa, the owner did everything they could to make our stay as good as it could have been; from giving us restaurant recommendations to a welcome hamper and even delivering an item we needed in person. The villa is incredible, 3 generations of my family shared a wonderful week together enjoying all the amenities the place offered. We would return in a heartbeat.

We wanted a luxury villa for a family holiday and this villa did not disappoint on any level. The villa was very modern and clean in a beautiful location with stunning views of the sea and the town yet only a 10 minute walk to the sea front and all amenities. Spoilt for choice with restaurants and supermarkets close by. The villa was extremely well equipped for 10 people across all ages. The host was fantastic, providing cleaning and some delicious pies part way through the stay as well as a welcome pack at the start of the stay. Would thoroughly recommend this villa.

From start to finish everything about renting this property was easy . The villa was even nicer in real life than it looked in the pictures- even though the pics were amazing . Etori who managed the holiday we’re just fabulous. Helped with every detail , from transfers , beach clubs and ordering food to be delivered to us . I would highly recommend. You won’t be disappointed!!!!

We rented the Villa to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary. Our group of 9 people included 3 generations - with 3 kids (8, 10 and 12) and 6 adults. The Villa is very spacious, modern and the views of the ocean, the coast line and the old town are breathtaking. Natassa was extremely responsive with everything we needed and the whole Etouri team were great and always available. They were particularly helpful in arranging all of our taxis for us. It was a nice surprise to have a full concierge service supporting the Villa. One night we hired the Private chef service that they recommended - Naked Chefs - and it was incredible! I would absolutely recommend them if you get a chance to have a wonderful dinner cooked for your party at the Villa. The one downside is the 30 minute walk to the old town. It was a challenge for my parents (in their mid 70’s) but the trade-off was the privacy and views from the Villa, situated up above the coastline and the beaches. A taxi to or from the old town was only 6 or 7 euros. Overall, I’d give it 5/5. A great vacation and I would absolutely recommend it to others. Thanks for an unforgettable time.

The villa was as spacious as it looked on the photos - clean through out and room for everyone The pool area was very nice as was the shade on the balcony. The location of the villa was only a 5 min walk to main supermarket and 10 to the beach front -however i would strongly recommend a taxi back from the beach front. Overall I would have liked to have given a 4 and a 1/2 out of 5 stars - the only slight negative i can comment on is that only 2 baths (which considering 5 double rooms) in the villa and there isnt really a feature bedroom although yes they are all double sized. All correspondence/arriving/departing was dealt with ifirst class - many thanks etouri

We've just returned from a week staying at this beautiful villa. We were a party of 7 adults and 2 infants. The villa was clean and well maintained and we were well looked after by the owners and team. The pool area is excellent. There is a small shallow area sectioned off in the pool which was perfect for our 2 year old daughter to play in. From the pool area there are also gorgeous views looking straight out to the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful villa plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 children, spotless, fab pool hot tub, great having evening BBQ watching lights going down on the town which is short walk away and a hostess you couldn’t fault from supplies left on arrival to being on hand if we needed her and an Easter delivery- we’d all go again without hesitation - Thank you Natassa for a special time x

What a property. Amazing location. Close to everything that you’ll need. The home was clean, bright and had everything that a family would need. The owner is outstanding and helps with anything we needed. I can’t wait to come back next year!

We stayed in this villa as a family of four with 2 children age 9 and 7 and we could of comfortably invited another 6 people to stay! The space is wonderful, peaceful and comfortable, and the view blew us away every time we looked outside, it really is amazing. Natasha and Kostas were so friendly and helpful and the regular cleaning service is fantastic. The villa sits on its own yet it’s just a 10 minute drive to the Old Town, and we loved sitting watching the sunset from the beautiful eating area on the pool deck. We booked to return again next year and we already can’t wait!

The house is amazing and perfect for us with four children age 7, 9, 15 and 17. The pool was great and very well heated. Natasha could not have been more friendly, bringing pies over when she came to clean the place.

This house is fantastic! As the photos in the the listing indicate, it is large and well-furnished. Our group of 10 was very comfortable. The view is beautiful and the pool is great. The property management people were friendly and easy to work with. The house has an olive grove on one side and pasture for sheep and goats on the other sides. We loved that (it felt very authentically Greek), but the price of having that rural feel was that the house is a long walk from the historic center of town (it is walkable--I walked it, but it takes some time and part of the return is uphill). It is a short drive to town and a short walk downhill to the beach and the nearest grocery story. Overall, this property deserves very high marks.

Stunning Villa. Fulfills just about every requirement needed for a holiday. Superbly equipped. Well appointed. Beautifully positioned with amazing outlook. Outstanding property which is exactly as the photo's portray. It has not aged and nothing is worn out, all perfect. Owners and Etouri travel company were all brilliant, and nothing was too much trouble.

We booked the amazing Villa Naya for our family of 9 to celebrate my Husbands 60th birthday, what a beautiful place it is. From the day i clicked the button to book, the service from Kostas at Etouri was brilliant answering any questions we had very promptly. As we were going to arrive late on the Saturday night and the next day was a National Day of Holiday where supermarkets would be closed he offered to arrange for some shopping to be done for when we got there, i sent him a list and sure enough everything was in the Villa when we arrived (what a service). A very nice man named George was there to greet us and show us how things worked etc and explained that the phone was there to phone directly to Etouri if we had any problems or needed anything. We ordered Pizza's when we arrived from the menu in the villa for The Italian Corner Restaurant and they delivered them, they were huge and delicious, we used them again whilst we were there and my daughter said her pasta dish was the best she has had. The villa had absolutely everything you could think of, it was spotlessly clean, the pool was cleaned every morning, the BBQ area was great, the bedrooms were spacious with lots of storage space, there was a tap with filtered water so we didn't have to buy bottles and bottles of mineral water, the views over Rethymnon day and night were lovely. The owner Natasha came to see us one day with a box of warm spinach and cheese pasties,such a lovely lady. There wasn't anyone coming into the villa the day we left so she said we could stay there as long as we liked which was great because our flight wasn't until 18:30 and unlike most places i have stayed didn't ask for an extra payment. I usually struggle for words to write a review but i could easily run out of characters on the review of Villa Naya and the service of Etouri. Thank you to all concerned for an amazing holiday, i would love to do it all again.

Alle, mit denen wir im Rahmen der Buchung zu tun hatten - die Eigentümerin, die Agentur und die Servicemitarbeiter - waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuverlässig.
