The location is excellent. Loved watching the sunrise in the morning from the patio! We loved having everything we needed/wanted within walking distance. The condo was very clean. The only issue we had was the mattress, it was the hardest, firmest mattress we have ever encountered, we did not sleep well.

We spent a couple of weeks at LLV. A little oasis in the desert. The condo is small, but does have a door to the bedroom. Probably not recommended for longer stays. Good facilities for washing and fitness. We golfed in Boulder City as it was close by and easy to get to.

Numerous activities in which to engage in the surrounding area. Unit was clean and fit our needs nicely. Could use a little updating. Indoor parking was convenient. Hosts were very helpful answering our few questions. Would stay there again.

It was a great find and we will be going back in the future. Very Nice Stay! There is a bridge right next to the Luna di Lusso that allows you to walk over into the Village. The Village has a little grocery/deli and several restaurants, as well as a place to rent water toys. The Casino was shut down but I am sure that was due to CoVid having tourism down. On Thursday night's there is a fun little Farmer's Market in the Village. The night we arrived was the Farmer's Market and they had a band playing Christmas music on the stage by the lake and the Village was all lit up for the holidays.

While this property did have all the amenities listed, it was very basic and in need of a refresh. Baseboards and furniture are peeling; bathroom towels should be replaced as they are wearing thin; sliding glass door lock broken off. Also there was no binder with detailed instructions for TV and info on amenities and area restaurants and activities. Another family member rented the same size unit in the West tower for less money, and it had been painted & outfitted with beautiful bedding & fluffy towels, updated furniture and decorated to make it look like an inviting space, with a small basket of snacks & a beach bag with sunscreen. Had a great 5 day stay at this property in Lake Las Vegas. Took advantage of the Pool, Jacuzzi, Laundry and beautiful views of the lake and golf course from the private balcony. The quiet, serene and safe neighborhood feels oh so distant from Las Vegas. One small concern was handled quickly by the property owner. First class property and owner. Would stay again anytime!

It’s so peaceful here. It’s far enough away from the strip to enjoy a peaceful cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning, and close enough to enjoy all that Vegas has to offer.

My husband and I wanted a getaway to some sun for Spring Break. We were overjoyed at Lake Las Vegas. It felt like a secret place where we were in nature and yet in an European village. 25 minutes outside of Las Vegas located in Henderson, so if we had wanted to go catch a show, we could. We chose to lounge by the beautiful pool and hot tub, play golf, hike in the Valley of Fire, visit Lake Mead. We did not get to explore as much as we wanted in 5 days, so we will be back. The condo was clean and comfortable, the grounds were well tended. A wonderful vacation getaway!

Property was perfect for our Lake Mead/ Red Rocks hiking trip. The unit itself is very clean and the Lake Las Vegas community has fantastic amenities. It was too cool to enjoy water recreation options, but the unit is definitely worth a return trip to experience them. If you do go please make sure to visit the chocolate and patisserie shops as well as the gelato place for the af fogato coffee. Delicious! Thank you Cris for sharing your unit with us!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this Lake Las Vegas property! We were visiting the area to check out to see if we had any interest in spending time here during the winter months of Wisconsin. Well, I have to say that this community was a definite plus! Still under development in much of the community the future looks very promising for this area. As far as our stay at Luna 350,it was perfect and couldn't ask for a better view of the lake and one of the holes of the golf course. My wife and I highly recommend this property for any couple looking for a beautiful relaxing stay in the Las Vegas area! Steve C.

We stayed here for our Tough Mudder Race. Couldn't ask for a better location! Very nice and comfortable condo. It had a nice view of the lake and golf course. Walk to restraunts. Very quiet and away from the busy Vegas strip. Property amenities are nice too! Pool, spa, weight room, and underground parking. We will definitely stay here again! Management team was great to work with, very efficient with response time! Thank you!

Everything was great! Cris was very responsive. We had a beautiful view of the lake. It was quiet. It was “under construction” which was the only bummer, but Cris was kind enough to give us a heads up. There was no noise as far as construction, but the entire building was wrapped in construction. We would stay there again if we were in the area!

Even if this building is under remodelling construction, it faces the lake and a golf course. During stay we didn't experience noisiness. Nice facilities, hot tub, pool, exercise room, etc..

We very much enjoyed this condo and it's location. Having the lake right below the balcony was a big bonus. Beautiful sunrises and lots of bird life and nature to enjoy. We enjoyed watching the quiet dragon boats racing on the lake. Close to Lake Mead Recreational Area and other attractions suited us perfectly. The Montelago village close by was convenient and offered other activities such as dining, entertainment, boat rentals and a grocery store. An easy half hour drive to the strip. The condo was clean, comfortable and quiet. Pool was great. Highly recommended! Thank you.

The condo was quiet, clean, and in a great location. Everything we needed was within walking distance. Cris was helpful and responsive. We felt very comfortable staying at Luna 350. The outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice. The marina has kayaks, paddle boats, paddle boards, small boats, and other activities at reasonable prices. The small grocery store was well supplied and friendly. There are plenty of walking paths and beautiful views. Lake Las Vegas is an easy 30 min drive from the airport, 45 mins from The Strip, and 30 mins from the Hoover Dam. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again at Luna 350.

I couldn't have asked for a better gateway from the city. The room is about a 5 minute walk across the bridge to the village which has restaurants and a general store. And the store has almost anything you need! The You can do breakfast, lunch, and dinner at the village restaurants. The room has a beautiful view, stocked with kitchen, bathroom, and cooking needs. It was hard to figure out the DVD player, but we got it. There is no blu-ray capability, although you don't really need it as the TV has multiple movie streaming options like Netflix. The owner was very responsive for any of my needs. The overall stay was amazing. We have a 1 year old and all the activities available at the village are family friendly. Would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a 3 day conference that we attended at the Hilton. We liked that it was walking distance to the conference. We loved the view from the balcony. Overall the condo was nice. We liked that it was cheaper price than the Hilton and we could cook all our meals there, which saved us even more money. The fridge had enough space for our food. Owners were always helpful when we contacted them. Now for some of the cons, which as a disclaimer, we didn't have time during the business hours to contact the office about our concerns. The bathtub does not have a way to stop up the water. I tried several different ways. The room wasn't stocked with washcloths, hand towels, can opener and could use a few more basic utensils. I know it is located on the 3rd floor, but the patio door doesn't lock, which made me feel uneasy. The last, the bed wasn't very comfortable. It has a plastic/vinyl protector on the mattress that made it really hot and made noise everytime you moved around on it. It was really hard to sleep on it. We came home a night early, a big part of the reason was not being able to sleep well on the bed. As far as recommending it, I would tell people to keep it as an option if they were going to Henderson.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were looking for a relaxing vacation with some activities on the lake and it fit the bill. We also enjoyed the pool, whirlpool, and other amenities at the complex. The views from the balcony were simply fabulous. There were a few items that the owner was not aware of, but he responded quickly when notified. We would stay at this condo again.

The furnishings were modest, however comfortable. The condo was stocked with all the needed items to provide a "stay-in" retreat. There were enough pots and pans, and even a secondary fridge for our supply of cold drinks. The condo was exceptionally clean, it even smelled clean when we opened the door. The environment (view of the lake) from both of the windows was wonderful to wake up to! The owner was also kind and responsive to my many inquiries, the process was fairly simple, considering I was a first time VRBO user.
