The condo was great. Beautifully decorated and renovated. It is conveniently located on the 1st floor, which was awesome with littles. The view was excellent overlooking the beach. The bedrooms were all large with connecting bathrooms. The amenities were plentiful!

It was very convenient with steps to the parking lot, pool and hot tub as well as the beach and oceans bar and grill access. We had our own palm tree right off the balcony with a great view of the beach and gulf.

Property has been nicely updated. The location is fantastic, right on the beach with beautiful sunset views. Easy access to all amenities and the parking lot.

This vacation was so much fun! Condo was great! Pictures don’t do justice! So roomy! Perfect view! If we visit Panama City Beach again, we will definitely be looking for this condo!

I was a bit apprehensive about renting from Emerald Coast because of past reviews but we did & have no regrets doing so. We did need to contact them (nothing to do with the condo). We followed their instructions on how to contact them & I could see why some people (past reviews) were annoyed with having to deal with a different person each time. I’m assuming I messaged with 3 different people because I had to explain again when I’d get a response. It was resolved fairly quickly, under 24 hours, (over the Thanksgiving Holiday’s too) & had no other issues. I saw a past review about being charged extra & being upset. It’s included in all the information sent to you when you pay your deposit. You’ll avoid any extra processing fees if you mail them a check instead of paying by card. Also, once you pay in full, you’ll get another email & it covers everything and is very easy to comprehend. We had no issues like past complaints in other reviews. We would rent from them again in the future. The condo itself is WONDERFUL! I LOVE you don’t have to check in. You go straight to the condo & everything is waiting for you inside. Whoever owns it has obviously thought it out. I have stayed in numerous condos & I’ve never had one this well stocked! We were impressed. I overpacked because they were so stocked & that’s not the norm in my experience. It was clean on arrival. The pictures on VRBO represent the condo accurately. All rooms had a box fan in the closet. There was a shower chair in the master suite closet. Plenty of dishes, mixing bowls, silverware, pots & pans, & sharp knives. A large dining room table with 6 chairs & we were able to pull 2 extra chairs up & enjoy all our meals together. I could go on about finding little details but you get the gist. It’s stocked! It's clean & updated. Tower two, where this condo is located, has lots of carts to unload your luggage. It has an area to pull under to unload/load if it’s raining. I really appreciated they made the carts too tall to go into the condo because people tend to hide them overnight so they’ll have one when they need it. So, there's plenty of carts whenever we needed them. We had people arriving & departing at different times because of the holiday so it was nice. We didn’t have issues waiting on the elevator, it was fast & worked properly. There is also a set of stairs that come out right at the condo. I have lots more I could say but running out of space. We would rent this condo again.

The location is very good - close to whatever you need and easy access to the beach. However, the balcony is directly over the hot tub - and the smell of propane gas was at times so pervasive we couldn't go out on the terrace or leave the door open. The unit was clean except for the 2 sofas, which were dirty, stained and badly in need of cleaning I also, personally find a 9am check out a little inconsiderate, considering they want all the beds stripped etc etc

Over the years we have rented several units up and down Front Beach Drive... this one by far one of the nicest. a First Floor unit, no waiting on evelvators and it is short 2 minute walk down the stairs to the beach.. Unit is modern and updated and has everything you could possibly need. Next time you are looking for a place to stay in Panama City Beach, strongly consider this unti. The bathrooms had a mold & mildew on them along with a musty/sewer smell. There was hair left in one bathroom sink and all over the bathroom floor. Even an old bar of soap left in the shower. The counters & side tables hadn't been cleaned as there were water rings from glasses and stickiness from old food. There was even some old blood on bath of a door and door knob. It appeared as if the unit was only vacuumed for some of the sand then the linens changed. We had to purchase cleaning supplies then spend over an hour cleaning the unit on the first day.In addition to poor cleaning, the quality of the towels & linens were as cheap as you can get. At the same time, they didn't even provide enough towels & wash clothes for all the guests. Only one kitchen towel. We had to purchase more towels from Target.One of the toilets wasn't secured to the floor so it wobbled and was turned to an angle. The recliner was also broken.We called the property management company a number of times. In most cases, they didn't answer. When they did, we told them we had issues and they informed us that a supervisor would call back. We were told this twice and we have yet to receive a call.

The only issue we had when we got to our unit at 4pm, the place was still untouched by housekeeping from the previous renters. There was trash everywhere, laundry and dirty sheets still on the bed, hair all over the bathroom(even after the housekeepers showed up at 6pm) we had to clean the place ourselves after they left. We had to purchase cleaning supplies to do so. Not exactly what I had expected to do on vacation. Aside from that, it was a great vacation.

We love this condo and the convenience of getting to the beach and pool without having to use the elevator. It was close to everything. There was also a good view of the ocean from the balcony. It was clean and ready to go when we got there and the booking process was easy to do. We definately recommend this property!

Amazing views! First floor was awesome! Perfect rooms for our family! Pictures were as advertised! Great Resort for all ages of family members! Loved that there was an on site restaurant if you didn’t feel like leaving! Drink specials for adults and for kids! Gated parking lot! Just steps away from the beach as shown! We had a great stay and would recommend to others! Thank you for a great vacation! And yes, I used a lot of exclamations on purpose!😃

Last minute rental and they were very accommodating. After arriving and getting settled started to admire the view from the room.. I know it sounds odd but my favorite part was the showers… The pressure was amazing!!! Along with its built for taller people as a tall guy I don’t have to hunch over to wash my head… this made the experience that much better when enjoying the pool, Hottub, and of course the Beach… while there they are updating the rooms to fiber optic cable - it didn’t bother me at all someone came by pulled a quick cable to the room (20 min done) .. I think I would love to stay at that same place and condo when I return. My grown kids liked the fact it had 3 bedroom and had plenty of room where we could all have our own space. Much better than a hotel.

Rental process was simple. The property was very clean and was just as represented. The property overlooked the beach. The gulf was beautiful! Absolutely no problems arose during our one month stay.

Experience was good except we did not get a confirmation with all the instructions and code to get it like we were supposed to. They said they emailed it but we did not receive the email until after several attempts to email them

Me and my guests had a wonderful stay at this condo. Very updated, clean and convenient to everything. Would highly recommend!!

Parking permits not in our condo. But after a few calls everything was ok. We love this resort and we had a great vacation there.
