Great property so stay there is everything you need easy to find beautiful sunny balcony beds are good nice quiet area will definitely be back host easy to contact to answer any queries supermarket bars and restaurants 5 min. walk centre of the resort a bit further and on return taxi cabs are very reasonably priced

This was a fantastic property for our holiday, plenty of room for us (2 adults & 2 kids 17 + 13) , great views from the master bedroom and nice high ceiling meant it didnt get too hot in there. Added bonus of cracking wifi and full TV , hot tub, dishwasher etc. Its a pleasant walk downhill into town 15/20 mins however there is a supermarket and a selection of bars & restaurants halfway down the hill, the excellent Nestors is around the corner and also the little pizza place at the end of the road is one of the best in town. We wouldnt hesitate returning to this property, spotless clean, plenty of space & packed with amenities.

We have stayed in this area a lot over the past few years and it is in a great location . 15 minutes walk down hill to the beach and a good 20 minute hike back up . 3 good size bedrooms one with en-suite .Sky tv and internet were all fantastic . Communication from owners was excellent and Sue the agent in Fuerteventura. Overall great value if you use all the beds.

Brilliant location, 20 min walk down to harbour. Walk back up not too taxing but you can jump in a taxi for £3+ euros. Lovely house, everything you'd need and more. Very spacious and the garden room at the back which had large glass doors which opened right up to increase outdoor space was amazing. Lovely outside spaces, sun all day. Sue was available if needed very friendly and full of local knowledge. Yes will definately return. Thank you.

Our second stay at the villa, this time we brought our two grandsons aged 11 months, the owner was very accommodating in ensuring cots and high chairs were available , as the previous visit it met our expectations for a perfect family break.

The property is as described on the site, extremely clean and comfortable. The hot tub was set up by the management company prior to arrival and the location for us was very good. Close enough to town, but quiet enough to relax in. The sun chases around the house to the various balconies/patios so you're never short. The property was small enough for the 2 of us, but would be big enough for a family - there was plenty of space. Local facilities are very good with a well sticked supermarket and some good restaurants and pubs. Iain was very approachable and all questions answered promptly. Overall a very good place for a break.

A fabulous 3 bed villa on a private estate affording spectacular panoramic views of the sea from its first floor terrace. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and everything one could need is supplied. Even in temperatures of 30 degrees plus, the house remained cool and comfortable. I have been to Fuerteventura quite a few times and this villa is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in and represents good value and has given me and my family good memories to cherish! I will almost certainly be looking to stay here again.

The house was fabulous! It really felt like home and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. It is situated in a lovely quiet residential area a short distance from the town but within walking distance. We loved the luxury of the hot tub which was maintained on a weekly basis ensuring it was clean. The master bedroom has a large comfy bed, ensuite bathroom and a large terrace with sun loungers and table and chairs. All communication with the owner Iain was answered promptly and courteously. Sue the property manager was really helpful and when we encountered a problem she sorted it straight out for us. We have been coming to caleta for over 10 years now and this has been our favourite accommodation by far. We will definitely be trying to book again! Despite having to cancel three times due to Covid, Iain was very helpful and patient. We have been coming to Fue for 24 years and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed. The value for money and cleanliness cannot be faulted. The agent Sue was extremely helpful and again patient whilst showing us how to use the TV/Hot Tub etc. Excellent instructions of how to find the property and gain access. The location of the property was perfect for us, whilst it is out of the main town it is near enough to walk to. We will hopefully be back next year maybe with a two centre in Iain's other property in Costa Calma. Than you for allowing us to share your beautiful home.

Had a fabulous time here. Very quiet peaceful area within reasonable walking distance of town and other amenities. Ian and Sue couldn't have been more helpful dealing with any small issues that arise. As others have said its a little tired ut having met Ian I am sure he will progress this quickly. We really enjoyed our stay at Iain’s property. It was a great location and a good price. I understand that we were the first guests staying after lockdown so I’m sure this is the reason the property was a little tired in places. There were a couple of things I would improve to make it fantastic, the downstairs beds were very squeaky which meant sleeping was a bit hard and the sofas were torn under the throws. The Inclusion of IPTV was a bonus but the internet was too slow to watch anything. I’d also suggest putting some non slip matting by the hot tub to prevent slips as I had quite a fall on the tiles. Whilst this sounds negative it did not affect our stay, the space was fantastic and the views from the main bedroom were beautiful. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful house. Nice and quiet at night. Recommended for families. Car needed as it's located on a hill.

We had a little hiccup on arrival but contacted Ian in UK and sorted in less than 10minutes.House itself perfect TV great kitchen has everything you need to cook a full meali cooked everyday even a full Christmas lunch with no problems.Shower downstairs water lovely and hot,jaccuzi was great used it every night, but the best place for us was the lovely back way secluded patio area sun from morning till night with very little noise perfect. Shops about 10 minute walk away most of it down hill so be prepare for a little walk back up hill, Super market stocked well but opposite is an all English shop selling just about everthing you need. We used the local pub just around the corner from the house nice and friendly with a good pizza restaurant next door more bars and night life not to far away if you need more entertainment. Would we book the house again you bet we have just tried to book it for Christmas 2020 for a month but some one has beaten us to it so looking to book it some other time.

Very good location, admittedly away from the centre of Caleta, but with bars and shops within walking distance. And what a view from the upper terrace. Neat little secure courtyard to enter through, with the bonus of a hot-tub, which was great for me after a run - I had the pool guy turn down the heat - and a fantastic sunny terrace, very private and a real sun trap. Loved the rear extension off the kitchen area which was great to sit in at night, but also the sliding doors opening up the living area completely. Kitchen fitted with everything you could need. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Plus Iain made the booking process easy without any snags or complications, and Sue booked an airport transfer at great value.

Wonderfully spacious villa within easy reach of numerous restaurants & bars located in a quiet residential area. Very comfortable & clean, exactly as described. 3 very private sun terraces with plenty of sun beds & chairs. Lots of supplied towels! We spent a wonderfully relaxing fortnight here & would definitely return. Highly recommend this villa & this owner. Thank you.

The house was great, we really enjoyed it, it had everything we could have possibly wanted and in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing! The views from upstairs were amazing and the kids loved the hot tub and my husband the BBQ! British TV and reliable wi-fi. We had use of 2 pools, which were around a 10/15min walk away, near to a lovely bakery that had delicious bread and cakes.

We enjoyed this house. It gave us the private spaces we sought and caught the sun all day on the various terraces of the house. We liked both the indoor and outdoor lounge. The outdoor lounge was just lovely at night with really nice lighting and it really complemented the jacuzzi tub and bbq. The rooms were very well presented and the internet very reliable (this is usually a real pain on holidays but not this time). It was nice also to be able to watch the Olympics on the BBC! I think the master bedroom with the large balcony with views to die for is worthy of booking just for this reason. We liked the location and loved the El-Perro bar and pizza hut just along the road. We give this house 10 out of 10 on value and function. Meant to say, thanks to the agent Sue who was just great in helping us find our way around. We'll be back! Cheers, Kenneth and family

Just a short note Ian to thank you for use of your lovely villa. It was so peaceful and spacious. You have thoughtof everything and we just loved the outside chilling lounge and the hot tub and barbeque area. It was a pleasure waking up each morning to the amazing sea views and we sat on your upstairs terrace for breakfast every morning. We ate lunch on your lovely down stairs terrace and drank bubbly on your rear terrace and in your jacuzzi by night. It was great. Lovely to stay in such a well loved house that has everything. My wife and I had a really good spell of weather and the house helped us enjoy this. We had breakfast on the upstairs patio watching the sea which was really relaxing. The downstairs terrace was very pleasent and private. The owners has just built an outdoor lounge which was great when we wanted some shade. At night we stopped in the villa. We had intended to go our but I became an expert on the BBQ and my partner became an expert in he outdoor jacuzzi tub !!! The villa has everything you need and is a proper villa and we wanted for nothing equipment wise. TV and Internet were just like back in Leeds. I reccomend the house and the great location. Lastly, I found the owner to be very attentive as was the lady Susan that looked after and cleaned the plcae. Frank and Isobel

Had a great holiday. Beautiful accommodation. The owner has just built an amazing outdoor lounge which we sat at every night. It truly complements the hot tub and ocean views. The house is spotless and amazing value for money. Very large and private proper home from home house. Wifi and TV worked a treat for Euro football and Wimbeldon. Wifi very fast. Great location. Helpful owner. Helpful agent on island. Would love to come back. Just great luxury really. Knocks spots off the countless apartments we have rented before. Dave N

This property is way way better than you expect. They have just built an amazing outdoor sun room with beautiful furniture. We just loved. Sun room to back patio and hot tub jacuzzi to front patio and a breath taking master bed balcony with views to die for. It's a massive house with huge rooms. Totally private and great decoration. It is clearly a labout of love for the owner. I dont think he bothers too much if he rents it cos it's his pride and joy but trust me you must. Best quality and value we have booked. We stayed one year at his Corralejo place but this is way better. Hope you do the mind me writing this pal but we just think you could promote the house more. Thanks for having us all.
