This is a good, comfortable hotel with a friendly staff in a great location. The breakfast is very good and my room was recently renovated. The halls were heavily scented, but my room was tolerable.

In September, the hotel mistakenly booked me for December 23-26 even though it was closed those nights. Compounding the problem was the hotel did not inform me of the problem until a week before I was scheduled to show up. Not a great time to have to find a room in a town with two hotels. To my great dismay and disappointment they did next to nothing to help me find alternative accommodations, which I found myself. I ended up staying 45 minutes from Gjovik for those nights and driving in to be with my family on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Although they sounded sympathetic and "upgraded" my room for the remaining nights of my stay, it was really not enough. One additional note, I emailed Booking.com a couple of times about the problem, but I never received any response, let alone assistance in resolving the situation. Lessoned learned. I will not be using Booking.com any longer.

the hotel has an AC, which cannot be regulated or turned off. It was annoying hearing the sound of the fan all night.

Affordable for a hotel. Clean and the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

The TV was not working. In all fairness to the hotel they said I could change rooms and that they have been having problems with the tvs. But in all fairness to me.. I am a pilgrim hiking the trail and I had walked 20 km that day in the sun. I had already unpacked and wasn't about to pack all over again. After 9 days of walking outside I was hoping for tv time.

Everyone was very friendly and always had a pleasant greeting. The room was nice. We appreciated the sitting area near the coffee.

The bed could have been better. It tended to sag in the middle.

Excellent rooms and breakfast. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The spa is also very nice.

I wish the hotel had an arrangement with the local parking garage. There are plenty of parking options in the area but it was slightly confusing to me what option was best.

The name Quality has given a justice! It's excellent! I liked that there was a note on the bed from the one whose responsible of cleaning the room. Greatly appreciate that you value the thought of your guest. It's a polite way. We like the breakfast buffet, plenty of varieties for people who has different appetites. And it's so great that you have cinema near or just inside the building. We could watch too but we were busy. Maybe next time. Nice to spend time.

Nice hotel,in centre of town, 5 mins walk from railway station, good spa, breakfast excellent 👌. Cinema in hse too.
