Our time at Hidesign Villa in Sounio was fantastic. We were a group of 3 couples and the house worked out perfectly. We met with Hara and Pagona at Lavrio town and they guided us to the villa, showed us around. The villa is amazing . All the rooms have air-condition. The equipment of the kitchen and of the house is incredible. The location is quiet and peaceful . We also did star watching at night. Unforgettable!!!

For a quick city escape surrounded by beautiful swimming coves this is an ideal summer escape. This house has an incredible amount of space that is ideal for big families or large groups. Set up high on a hill overlooking the sea, it offers a quiet and peaceful environment to relax in. A fully functional kitchen with huge living areas. A short drive will get you in touch with traditional tavernas and major sites including the Temple of Poseidon. The management are extremely hospitable to ensure you have a pleasant stay.

Wir verbrachten 10 Wunderbare Tage in dieser Traumvilla. 6 Erwachsene mit 4 Kindern. Traumhafte Lage mit grandiosem Ausblick.Genügend Platz für jeden. Vor dem Haus ein Sandstrand in 5 Minuten Gehweg und hinter dem Haus nach 8 Minuten Gehweg eine Traumhafte Kiessteinbucht die wir unter der Woche fast immer für uns alleine gehabt haben. Im Ort sind ein kleines Geschäft und ein Bäcker wo man die notwendigsten Dinge einkaufen kann. Mit dem Auto ca. 5 Minuten zu fahren. Im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und in den Schlafräumen ist überall eine Klimaanlage.Da es den ganzen Urlaub lang nie unter 30 Grad hatte war die Dusche im Garten Gold wert. Im Umkreis von 20 km sind einige gute Lokale wo man ausgezeichnet Griechisch essen gehen kann.Im nächsten größeren Ort Lavrio sind zwei Supermärkte für den Großeinkauf, Fischmärkte und etliche gute Lokale. Bei der Ankunft hat uns Kostis ( Hausherr) mit seinem Wagen vom Flughafen abgeholt.Danke nochmals.Transferzeit vom Flughafen waren ca. 40 Minuten. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub den wir sofort wieder machen würden.

The villa is wonderful with a very clever architectural design, incorporating the fabulous view of the sea and the temple of Poseidon, while giving privacy to each room, perfectly maintained. We met the representative of the owner and she was very nice and friendly. The house was equipped with very good towels and lines, utensils, washing machine and dishwasher, washing and cleaning materials, fruits, condiments, basics and ouzo, more than for the first day as promised. We loved swimming in the see and walking on the colons, we loved waiting for the sunset at the temple of Poseidon and the food shops (fisher, butcher and even the supermarket) and the restaurants, especially in the market area of Lavrio. Somme of us visited Athens and we enjoyed the fact that the distance to and from the airport is short, so we did not loose a day travelling. We already recommended the house to friends and we will do it again..

We rented this house with 11 adults for a 1 week stay in October. Very nice location with nice views over the beach, bays and capes. Good for walking, biking and good starting point to make city trips to Athens. Friendly and accurate service provided by owner Pagona. Well equiped nice modern villa. We had a great week.

We had a pleasant stay in Sounio. The villa is excellent. With 4 adults and 6 children it was very comfortable. The terrace and the seaview is incredible. The owners are very nice and helpful. We recommend the house explictly.

We stayed at the villa in Sounio for a month in August-September, 2014. It was a beautiful, simple villa in the Greek island style at the top of a hill overlooking the beautiful Aegean Sea. It was indoor/outdoor type living as there were multiple terraces with our master bedroom terrace facing the sea and the living room opening up by multiple sliding glass doors onto a large terrace also overlooking the sea. We had our entire family there for half the time and friends the other half. Our family included a child and toddler who were delighted with the villa and playing and swimming on the beaches everyday. We had our choice of numerous beaches within walking distance and tons of beaches within 5 minutes to an hour driving. We went to the town for our supplies plus wine and liquor stores plus an amazing farmer's market every Thursday where we bought our fruit, veggies, nuts, oils, olives and even fresh fish! The town had lots of good restaurants and snack bars with cheese/spinach pies and rotisserie chicken, pizza etc. The kitchen in our villa was fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve our meals. The bedrooms were very roomy and comfortable and the bathrooms were totally newly renovated with beautiful sinks and showers. Everything was clean and well-maintained. If we needed anything it was a phone call away. Pagona and Maria did everything they could to accommodate us, our family and our friends. We spent many happy hours eating our meals on the terrace and just staring at the sea. We also were very convienient to the port and took several ferry trips to neighboring islands and even were able to hire a sailboat for the day to take us to Kea and swim at some amazing spots. The villa was on a hill so we would walk up and down the hill to the various beaches but for an elderly or handicapped person it would not be appropriate except for being driven down to the sandy beach. I would suggest water shoes for more ease of entry into the water at the rocky beaches, which were so breathtakingly beautiful! We were there for a month so we made many friends on the beaches and everyone was very warm! Its a very casual restful vacation in a beautiful home with very good air conditioners for the warmer months, although there were evenings when we didn't use them at all-the sea breeze was lovely! One more thing-when we go there (we rented a car from the airport), there was fruit, cheese, yogurt, wine coffee and other goodies waiting for us!

The place is great. Pictures give you a good Impression but in reality it's much better: the house is a unique architectural jewel but with understatement. I've never seen a Holiday home as well equipped as this one. Not to speak of the warm welcome they gave us that's above and beyond what they had to do. Congratulations!
