Property was well maintained and spaces were artfully enlivened with Asian themed art and furnishings. Pool was beautiful. Only negative was the drain flies in the master bathroom.

Great house. Convenient to beach access and short drive into town for dining. Wonderful pool that our kids loved. Home was spacious and kitchen was large and well equipped.

This home is wonderful! It was perfect for our stay and we had an amazing time. Very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and lots of open space. The pool is fantastic and we spent most of our time between the beach just a block or so away and the pool. Sarah @ Georgia Coast was wonderful and always quick to respond to any question. We hope to come back to this one again in the future!

This home is wonderful! It was perfect for our stay and we had an amazing time. Very clean, well equipped, beautifully decorated and lots of open space. The pool is fantastic and we spent most of our time between the beach just a blockor so away and the pool. Sarah @ Georgia Coast was wonderful and always quick to respond to any question. This property is beautiful. The owners very obviously have a huge personal investment in this home. The home is very spacious and the pool is incredible. We were afraid we wouldn't be able to get our children to leave the pool to take the short walk to the beach! This island is a real treasure, and this house a gem. We could not have been more pleased with our stay at St. Simons or this house!

We wanted to go away for the month of July due to the pandemic and I wanted a house that was fit for a family of four. The house was beautiful, the pool was perfect for us. The proximity to the beach was ideal. We were so pleased with the help of the staff of GA Coast Realty and Sarah was the best. She helped us with every need we had.

It was a great house. The pool was so beautiful and warm. The walk to the beach was easy and straightforward. The beach was amazing and not crowed. This was our first time to St. Simons Island and we would love to come back.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were told the house would sleep 8. It did not. We stayed here last year and had a great time. Between the beds and toilets being so low not to mention the low furniture, we were miserable. My husband and daughter in law both almost ended up the in emergency room. My husband because toilets were so low and my daughter because pets had been in the house. I think you should mention in your description that a hard bench and 2 blow-up mattresses are considered part of the sleeps 8. I waited to let some time pass before I sent my review so I could calm down. I did call the realtor (Sarah) about this on the Monday after we arrived and she did nothing to help the situation. We definitely will not stay here again.

It was a little challenging getting tbe kids to the beach even though its just a long block away as you have to go through a wooded dune. The beach is wide, clean and spectacular once you get there!

Everything was clean when we arrived. The pool person came the morning after we arrived and wow it was beautiful. The kids loved the fact that the beach was so close and I (grandma)liked that the big pool with the grandkids.
