A gorgeously cute country cottage off the beaten track. Burley a great location to explore the New forest. A great week.

Family loved staying at this house. It had plenty of space, a lovely garden and great walks nearby. Village also lovely, friendly, with great icecreams!

A lovely cottage in a perfect location. It has all the amenities you need, close to the village and walks. Excellent for families and quiet getaways.

We loved everything about our stay here. Nicole and Dave have thought of everything to make the cottage as easy to use and as comfy as possible. From the quality of the furniture to the soft towels it felt like a very clean home from home. It’s more spacious than the listing photographs suggest. We took a toddler and it rained a lot so we spent a lot of time indoors but there was plenty of space for her toys as well as for us to have some grown up relaxed space! Burley is a lovely village and is a great place to explore the New Forest and the coast. This really is the nicest holiday rental that we have stayed in, and we will be back.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Garten war himmlisch und sehr gut gepflegt. Das Haus war ebenfalls sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin und Ihr Mann waren sehr nett. Sie haben uns für Regentage sogar noch Spielsachen für unsere Kinder vorbei gebracht.

We loved our stay at Keepers Cottage. The house is cosy and spotless, the garden, pristine! It felt like a home from home and Nicole was at the ready to answer any questions. Will hope to return one day and would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful stay in the New Forest. The location is perfect, within the popular village of burley but away from the immediate hustle and bustle.

Our families stayed in Nicole’s two adjoining cottages and barn for my wedding. It was the perfect place to prep with the bridal party and accommodated everyone comfortably! Because of the facilities available we were able to have dinner with a lot of guests which allowed for us to all spend a great few days as a group. Nicole was very accommodating and has furnished each of her properties beautifully. Would definitely return to stay in the forest in the future. Only a short drive from other forest villages. 5-stars!

Lovely property. Really enjoyed the peaceful location within easy reach of village and forest in all directions. Furnished to very high standard with lots of nice touches and very comfortable bed. Would love to come back again sometime!

The location of the property was amazing, just a 5 minute walk to the centre of Burley. The property was beautiful and finished to extremely high standards. Perfect for a family stay with a lovely garden, peaceful surroundings and so much to do in the area.

Wonderful location that enabled us to walk from cottage to the village, but also within car distance of the coast. Beautiful garden, space to play games, but also relax.

Keepers Cottage is a very pretty cottage set in a lovely garden which was full of spring flowers. Unfortunately the weather prevented us making the most of it! Indoors we were very comfortable. The central hallway gives the cottage a spacious feel and the conservatory was the ideal play space for the children. The dining kitchen was ideal for us and it had everything we could possibly need. The fittings and furnishings are of a very high standard throughout. The owners were very helpful and responded very quickly to our emails and additional requests. The location is perfect for exploring the New Forest and further afield (eg. 45 mins to Portsmouth). If there had been a second bath or shower room, rather than just a second toilet, we would have given it five stars. But overall it was one of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed in (and we've stayed in lots!) and we would highly recommend it.

We have loved staying in your wonderful cottage. You have thought of everything! It made a stay with two toddlers very easy. The garden was also perfect and we were even able to sit and enjoy some sun. The shop in Burley was great and stocked everything we needed. If you have children we would recommend a trip to Farmer Palmers (a fantastic place for kids) and Weymouth; our children loved them. Thank you also for the fabulous welcome treats.

We had a fabulous time at Keepers Cottage, in the beautiful village of Burley. The owners treated us to a lovely welcome hamper, with great cake and the cottage we very cosy and stylishly designed. It’s also very well kitted out for a family stay. I would highly recommend staying here, we’ll be back!

Nicole ensured that myself and my extended family had a wonderful stay at her peaceful property. Nothing was too much trouble we had recommendations of things to do locally too. The house is lovely and we thank you for a wonderful stay!

Can't fault anything

We had a lovely week in Keeper's Cottage. It's a fabulous house in a great location in the village with a large sunny south-facing garden. Nicole has pretty much thought of everything you might need, even storage for bikes. Hoping to return before too long!

We had a lovely holiday with our friends who were using the cottage next door. It was spotlessly clean and really well equipped. The cottage is tucked away up a little lane so it is quiet but we could easily walk into the village of burley where there are lots of places to eat. We would definitely come back again.
