Nothing was lacking in this lovely, spacious home. The country setting was perfect, yet driveable to most places you’d want or need to go. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place for our short weekend vacation. The main drawback was that the playground advertised was not there. We brought the toddlers in ready to go play, and there was no playground.

My family gathered to celebrate mom's 70th birthday. We got exactly what we expected. The listing was accurate, the house was clean, and the manager was easy to deal with.
It was everything we wanted and expected, with no surprises. We would happily stay there again!

This property had plenty of room for my family that stayed from 3 differnt states. It had everything we needed plus more. I'd recommend this property to anyone going to Topeka with a larger group.

The house worked very well for our group of golfers. Clean, spacious, well maintained with plenty of beds. Good stay.

Worked perfectly for our group that was in town for an event at Heartland Motorsport park. The bedrooms were all very nice and the extra beds in the basement made it all work for our group so everyone had their own space. Kitchen was well appointed and TV area worked well for a movie at the end of the day.

Perfect place to have a family holiday. Brandi was great and very responsive! We enjoyed the proximity to restaurants and shops. It was so nice having everyone together, rather than in separate hotel rooms. We would definitely stay again!

The house was very nice and comfortable for our large family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We have stayed in Topeka before and really enjoy the area and this home was a great location for us too. Brandie is great to work with and is always so nice so we look forward to booking with her again in the future.

Property was lovely, good communication with management even though they were located out of state, everything exceeded my expectations. The only draw back was the cleaning crew used to clean the house did not do a thorough job prior to our arrival.

Property worked well for a large group. Plenty of sleeping spaces that were spread out so not on top of each other. Fenced in yard and large deck. Great for the kids to play in.

VERY roomy and VERY large; each room was spacious and we were able to spread out and have enough bathroom space to take showers and still do makeup for upcoming wedding of daughter/sister. The owner was very communicative prior to our arrival and answered any questions we had.
We were there at a time of the year when we had to decide to navigate between heat or air, and the nice thing is before we finally decided to turn on the heat there were SO many extra blankets to accommodate us for the night we didn’t turn on the air.
Lovely, updated and modern space in a beautiful and secure/safe neighborhood . We would definitely stay here again.

Our family is from Topeka but several siblings moved away to other parts of the country. Many returned for a recent family function and wanted to stay under the same roof. This house accommodated everyone and allowed for a great experience together. The only problem with the rental was deciding who was going to get to stay in the large master suite!

This VRBO did not disappoint!!!
My family and several family members all traveling to Manhattan, KS were forced to stay in Topeka for accommodation. We were able to find this jewel which is about 40 mins away. No regrets whatsoever in having to commute. The home is just off the HWY I-70 and is stunning. Lots of room as advertised and everything stated in the listing was to the letter. Being my first time using VRBO, I can say with out a doubt my experience was 5-Star. Thank you Brandi for an amazing family experience to last a lifetime.

Wedding Weekend
We stayed at this house because our son was getting married in Topeka. Our other children and grandchildren stayed with us. Lovely home. The grandchildren enjoyed the backyard and play set. It was big enough for all of us to have our own privacy. The manager, Brandie, was good about communicating with us and was very helpful!

Perfect in every way
This house afforded us some much needed family time during a difficult period. There were 15 of us in the house yet we never felt crowded. Ample sleeping accommodations and plenty of towels, etc. for everyone. We needed nothing that wasn’t already provided. It was beautifully decorated yet had a comfortable “home” feeling that felt welcoming.
