I consider myself very fortunate to have chosen this lovely apartment amongst all available at the time I wanted. It is just round the corner from the bus ( guagua ) station for visits around the island and a few minutes from the beach area. The building it is in is residential and extremely quiet. It has all the things needed for my 8 night stay. Tomas, the owner is so friendly and helpful, going out of his way to ensure I had the best of visits to his island, including recommendations for his favourite, best value restaurants and places to visit. It was so easy to communicate with him via WhatsApp. I have no hesitation in recommending Tomas's apartment and wish him well for the future.

posizione comoda e molto centrale

La casa è accettabile anche se i mobili sono molto vecchi. La descrizione dice che è presente l'aria condizionata ma è falso. C'è una specie di raffrescatore d'aria portatile. Per farlo funzionare bisogna mettere un grande tubo fuori dalla finestra ma non c'è modo di bloccare il tubo, è molto scomodo, inoltre si è obbligati a tenere la finestra aperta almeno parzialmente e quindi entra aria calda fuori. Risultato un caldo infernale. Inoltre ho trovato uno scarafaggio in casa (orribile). Avevo pagato per 3 notti ma dopo la prima notte (avevo dormito pochissimo e malissimo) me ne sono andata. Ho chiesto il rimborso al proprietario delle due notti che non avrei usato e subito mi ha detto che avrebbe parlato con booking per farmi avere il rimborso poi è sparito e mi ha bloccata. Booking non mi rimborsa le notti anche se non ci ho dormito e la descrizione contiene informazioni errate.

Every thing perfect

The appartment is fully equipped. We felt like we were at home.

Excellent communication with Tomás. Everything was easy and nice. The apartment has everything you need for a carefree stay. Easy to find parking on the street, easy to walk around town and easy to explore the island from. Excellent base 👍

1. Quiet, well-equipped apartment; it even has a medical kit, a backpack, travel information & books. (A previous guest suggested an anti-slip bath-mat, which is there now.) 2. The largest supermarket in the town (Tu Trébol) is under five minutes away on foot--located beneath the bus-station. 3. Helpful, informative apartment owner. On arrival, he had left large bottles of water, plus milk and biscuits.

Only minor things... 1. No washing machine, but there's a laundry which is a five minute walk away. 2. During the pandemic, I didn't want to take the lift. The apartment is three floors up, which means a lot of stairs to climb. (It's good for your fitness!) 3. The apartment is a few blocks back from the seafront and most of the restaurants in the town (but of course that's why it's quiet, you can't have everything).

The apartment is very nice, easy to find and in great location. Communication with the host was excellent, he went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable, and also gave great advice on places to visit.
