Clean spacious rooms, free 24/7 access to tea and coffee station, amazing breakfast, friendly staff

Everything was exceptional

Rooms were great and very comfortable bed

Location. But I’m unfamiliar with a lot of Ottawa

The staff were very nice and lovely. They made feel comfortable. The room was a lot nicer and bigger than expected!

I do not think there is anything I would change

Included hot breakfast was great. Room spacious and very clean. Heated pool very clean and enjoyable with our granddaughter. Staff very friendly. Coffee and snacks available in the mail lobby.

The hotel room was immaculate. Nice hot shower and comfy bed. Kitchen was well equipped. Staff were excellent and super friendly and polite

Unfortunately, we were placed on a floor with a kids soccer team and their guardians left the floor and the kids were running rampant (screaming and yelling and running up and down the hallway riding in a laundry cart that had been left out in the hall). It was complete mayhem.

Superbe suite très confortable et très bien équipée. Grands lits avec une très bonne literie. Petit déjeuner varié et copieux. Facile d'accès en voiture. Plein de restaurants autour.

Best place to be, everyone was nice and the hotel was clean, the beds are comfy, we will rebook same hotel anytime we are in ottawa.

Amazing, clean and great service.

Spacious room, kitchen is bachelor apartment level, large fridge, two stove top, dishwasher. Pots. Funny thing is no kettle or electric kettle. Breakfast was great, you get to make your own waffles, under 2min.

They seemed low staffed during our stay. When calling house keeping we had to always go to the lobby to retrieve what we needed due to there not being anyone available to bring up to room.

The carpets need to be replaced with vinyl or hardwood.

We had to stand in queue during breakfast simply because all guests were waiting to make waffles so we had to suffer to have access to other servings.

Really close to airport, grocery stores and restaurants. Big room and bed. Gyms open until midnight.

Full window blinds are needed. The room has two big windows, which is great but with no blinds the room gets really bright really early.
