Zimmer groß, mit Kühlschrank und Safe Lift vorhanden SPA Bereich wurde nicht genutzt Parkplätze vorm Hotel vorhanden (Parkuhr, ab 20Uhr gebührenfrei bis 09:00 am nächsten Tag) Das beste Hotel wo ich in Foggia gewohnt habe.

Friendly, competent staff. Very clean and well organised facilities. Everything worked perfectly. Very nice and well cooled rooms! We will definitely return!

The room was clean and very nicely decorated. The bathroom was spacious and we really enjoyed the rainfall shower. The bed was very comfortable. We easily found parking on the street outside the hotel for a small fee. The hotel was conveniently located within short walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was delicious and abundant.

Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. No problem taking my bike to the room with me. An excellent breakfast

Girl at reception nice at the beginning but when we left we asked her help to make some people move a truck that was blocking the front door so we could load the car and the girl didd not care and kept talking on the phone…

Breakfast was good - Elena, in dining room, was so helpful, always cheerful and willing to fulfil any guests requests. She is an asset to the Company. One of the bedroom staff was very nice also, but i don’t know her name.

There was a lot of wall space either side of tv, in bedroom. As there were only 2 hangers per person in wardrobe, it would be a good idea to put a set of hooks either side of tv. Room size was ‘compact’.

It was a large spacious room, clean & breakfast was great!

Nice little balcony in the room, it does go out onto a very busy and noisy street, but nice balcony.

Breakfast is "included" but really its only a partial breakfast. Eggs are extra, orange juice is extra, etc. Only the basics are available, and when they are finished there seems to be no rush to re-fill them. There was a smoke detector installed right above the bed and flashed a bright light every few seconds, the strobe effect is not ideal for trying to fall asleep. Lastly, our plans changed due to circumstances beyond our control, and we needed to be flexible and check out two days early. Unfortunately the hotel management was not willing to also be flexible, and insisted on charging us for the full stay. I do understand that "rules are rules", but this lack of flexibility results in me mentioning this here as a caution for future travelers.

Entry ticket for SPA at 50€ is a complete rip-off and also the fact that in their Booking page they advertise free entry for the steam bath. This is very bad because I had chosen the hotel only for the SPA. Misleading advertising.

The Hotel location is perfect, very easy walking distance from the train station and rental car places right around the corner. Plenty of restaurants choices near by. The breakfast was plenty and fresh eggs made to order available. The hotel has a SPA in case you need some relaxing time before continuing on your trip. Everyone in the staff was very polite and had excellent customer services skill.

The only reason why I did not give a 10 is because the wifi and internet service is terrible. For the 2 nights we were there it would not work. We had to find other ways to do use our phones and tablets. "Business travelers be aware, this could be a major problem for those depending on WIFI from the hotel.

We liked the location, the room was clean and it had a balcony.

SPA facilities are paid extra even for the hotel guest which I find weird. Also even when we wanted to pay (40 euros) just to access the SPA zone (no treatments) we were told by one staff member it was ok and by the other that we need to book treatments - so they should agree on one version. The breakfast was ok but once they ran out of something (eg cheese) it was never re-added.
