Overall: Great location, close to center and to bus stop, clean apartment, great value for the money. We will definitely stay here again, we loved Cyprus! Location: The apartments are 6-7 minutes walking distance from Ayia Napa square, where you can catch the local buses (one way ticket = 1,5 EUR, daily ticket = 5 EUR, weekly ticket = 20 EUR). In the same building there is a convenience store where you can buy basic groceries. The apartment we stayed in was located on second floor, room number 201. The apartment was facing the streets and at night it was getting a bit loud because there are a lot of buggies and ATV rented which are annoyingly loud. The apartment is located between the two oldest Ayia Napa taverns: Stamna tavern and Napa tavern, just 30 seconds walk to either of them. Parking: We didn't travel with car, so I don't know whether a parking spot is available. Apartment: When we arrived, the apartment was very clean, and it smelled really nice. The apartment had a small hallway, private bathroom and toilet, wardrobe, small kitchen with induction stove, toaster and electric kettle for water boiling, two beds, table with three chairs, TV, fan, iron, hairdryer, drawers, air conditioning unit (which is paid 7 EUR per day), balcony with table and chairs. There were pots, glasses and cutlery in the kitchen. There isn't a cleaning service planned for the apartment, so you have to clean it yourself. It's true, the apartments can use a bit of renovating, but everything that was there was functional and working! There were two beach umbrellas from the previous guests which we used, so thanks a lot!!! Host: We had a great communication with the host over WhatsApp. We were greeted and welcomed by the owner's partner in front of the apartment, although our plane and airport shuttle were delayed. We arrived around 23:30 there and there weren't any issues. The host was always available via WhatsApp to help us with recommendations etc.

Great location, very central, even if you don't have a car you can walk to anywhere, bars and restaurants are very close but didn't have noise at night. The beds were clean and comfy, the owner is super nice. Overall you get what you pay for. Can't expect a luxury for that price. 😊 It's a great choice if you need a place to shower and sleep for a couple of days.

the lock on the balcony door was broken and because the two balconies with neighbors are connected we didn't feel safe to leave there anything valuable while being out, but this can be easily fixed

Nice location, pretty central. Sweet balcony

Quite dirty to be honest. You can see the occasional cockroach. The shower is awful. Either you have boiling water or warm/cold water with no pressure, so it's almost impossible to use. The fridge is a nightmare. Old and shabby, makes so much noice I could hear it all night long even with my ear plugs on. The whole place deffinitely needs some refreshing.

The air con didn’t even work we asked for a refund but he said no because we kept the machine on. The toilet was black with dirt there were cockroaches everywhere and the entire place was just dirty

The location is great and the guy is great There is a fridge and cooker were good and blowdry given

you have to pay 7 per day for ac otherwise you get a small fan Also only two towels were given for two girls 6 nights you have to ask for more

On entering the apartment we were shocked to find dust/dirt/cluttered kitchen/work surface & broken wine glass. The bath tub was cracked/peeled unable to use in fear of contamination,on entering the bathroom a loose tile. The bed's base torn. The total experience not up to our expectations when booked with your company.We would appreciate our complaint seriously & appreciate a reply promptly.
