We had a great time and enjoyed staying at the house .

Loved the house but the mattresses in the master suite and bedroom next door were extremely uncomfortable. Also 6 bedrooms not 8.

5/5 stars for their outdoor amenities. Great pool/spa. Nice beach cart for a beautiful beach just down the street. But, we had some issues during our stay that I couldn't get past. We noticed our bathroom counter was covered in black droppings. We came to realize that there was an issue with cockroaches (they will call them palmetto bugs but same thing). They were close to the length of my index finger. The property manager responded quickly, but basically told us that they come in when the doors are left open. We didn't leave any doors open. It was an obvious issue with that particular bathroom. Was left feeling like we were being blamed for the issue. Didn't sleep much the rest of the trip! Also, we were left with an empty tank of propane. Property manager said she confirmed tanks were on-site on check in day, then responded the next day that maybe she didn't actually check, as well as other random replies. I get that mistakes happen. Just acknowledge it was a mistake and it would save some irritation from your guests. Outdoor tables were filthy upon arrival. Never could get the back door lock to work properly. No dressers in our bedroom. No towel racks in a bathroom. TV only streams (hard for my parents). No plastic dishware. Only glass with kids around a pool? Yikes. Property manager responded quickly but left us feeling like we were to blame for issues. Never could directly reach the owners to discuss. Overall disappointed and wasn't worth the value.

My family and I spent a week at this property. The house was a perfect fit and the location was great. The pool was great and our family enjoyed it and the beach was not far. Thank you for such a great vacation!! It was to hard to leave and we plan on coming back to Anna Maria!!!

This is our second time staying at this particular property and we absolutely love it. We have been coming to AMI for 10 years and have stayed at 8 other properties. For us, this house is perfect. It accommodates our large family with plenty of room to spare, it is well equipped for long stays and having everything on one level makes everything simple. The beach is less than a 2 minute walk and the house is located close to a few shops, liquor stores and restaurants that are walkable. Publix is a quick drive away and by taking some side streets you can easily beat the traffic. There is plenty of sunshine poolside for those that want to sunbathe and a great covered patio space for people the prefer some shade. You cannot go wrong with this property. Your hosts are also very responsive and friendly. We had a mild issue with one of the showers (was not a big issue) and the management responded immediately and had the issue resolved without delay. This place is a must! We will be back as long as it is available!

It was hard to drag the kids out of the backyard. We had so much fun. The house had everything. We usually go to Sanibel/Captiva. This was a perfect “save” for our annual trip.

Lots of fun. But as a handicap person I wish the shower had a small ramp so that I could use it independently.

The house has a great location! Close to a trolley stop, 2 minute walk to sandy beach...and pool and beach toys provided, along with a cart and beach chairs. We had a wide range of ages and there was something for everyone to enjoy. From the pool & hot tub, gaming, putt putt golf and chess. Both the kithen and grilling areas were great. Well stocked kitchen. Beautiful and spacious common areas and enough privacy for all. We highly recommend a meal at the Ugly Grouper!

We have stayed on Anna Maria many times and this is one of our favorite houses. It's located mid island, and close to the beach so the location is perfect. The house itself is open and clean with a great back yard and pool.

The listed pictures did not do justice to how nice this home is. The kitchen and living space was much bigger than I anticipated, and the bedrooms made for a very comfortable stay for 9 guests. The owner was easy to work with and very communicative. We all enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back in the future.

Took a vacation with our extended family, we had 8 Adults and 3 Kids. The home was the perfect amount of room with plenty of space for everyone. We spent many hours in the beautiful pool and the location was perfect being a short walk to the beach, the trolley, and many restaurants. We would definitely book again, thank you so much!

The house was exactly as portrayed! Great pool, well stocked kitchen, bedrooms,...all as pictured. The location was great for a very quick walk, with little ones, to the beach with a wagon, umbrellas, and chairs provided. We appreciated having a great washer and dryer on hand. Loved this property!

We had a family reunion in HolmesxBeach and this property was the perfect house to get together in. Large, well stocked kitchen and multiple grills made meal time quick and easy. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and parking. Close to the beach. Everything was perfect.

Our family stayed for 2 weeks and wished that we could have stayed for 2 more. The house had everything we needed and wanted. The bedrooms were spacious. Having them on both sides of the main living space provide enough room and privacy for everyone. The kitchen was well equipped and room enough for multiple cooks. The real treasure of this house is the outside space. We enjoyed all the activities the putting green were the golfers could hone the skills to the children were it was a game of putt putt golf. The outdoor chess board provided hours of fun and conversation. The cornhole (bags) game made us feel at home. The pool and spa were both refreshing and relaxing. Our grandson even learned how to swim in the pool. Gramma and I were so proud of him. There were plenty of lounge chairs for all to catch some warm sunshine. The outdoor cooking area has both a grill and a teppan flat top griddle, great for cooking pancakes and bacon for the entire family. The owners were wonderful and pleasant to work with We will becoming back soon and hopefully for many years.

Arrival was disappointing. Dishwasher was broken for 2 days. Hot tub did not work for 2 1/2 days/nights. Grill had to be fixed. Exhaust fan in Master bath (west wing never worked), washing machine not good washing, and Keurig coffee brewed “vinegar” coffee. However, after 3-4 days of repairmen coming in the stay was overall great! Good house for 2 families. Large den and kitchen. Pool never heated but hot tub was great after it was fixed. Would I stay there again? Not sure!

The home was in a great location. Very clean and exactly as listing said. It accommodated our large family and everyone had space to sleep. The pool was dirty when we arrived from a storm the night before but the pool cleaner came out the next day and cleaned it. They are very responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend.
