this hotel has already closed down , can’t even check in

location is ok although some walking distance away from met and limited shops/restaurants nearby.

1. room card key not functioning - need staff to escorts to open door with key everytime come back to room. 2. toilet water could not shut properly - keep dripping and noise disturb sleep. 3. window has no handle - as it was left slight open by previous occupant - no way to shut it back. 4. bed linen - has multiple stains on linen. also have few long hairs still on linen - initially hidden under blanket. 5. pillow case very dirty - not just have various stains but also can wipe dust from it. 6. pillow lumpy with grey discoloration can see thru its pillow case. end result - i just sleep on chair as bed just too unhygienic to sleep on. did not know that i can add picture in feedback, so did not take any pictures to share

Strategic location, near to shops, restuarants, cafe, mall and MRT station ( Surian ). Friendly front office staff ( Emma ) Lift is useable. Nice new aircond. Got toiletries even with the cheap price. Smart lock for door make in and out easier Good Fast Wifi. Got lobby to hang around. Clean room but not toilet. Toilet is not bad but need to have better cleaning. Water pressure is strong. Water heater is functioning well.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and everyday got summons by MPPJ for the charge parking coupon. Small pillow are smelly. Only one soft pillow provide. I asked for extra to the housekeeping but she said no. TV is useless. Not clear and only 3 channels. Housekeeping not cleaning my room everyday. I need to put my garbage outside the door to keep the lady clean it up.

Dirty bed sheets with stains. Room walls not maintained properly. WC doesn't hv cover.

Room was fully paid via online payment. Informed hotel via online wld be checking in between 8 n 9pm 7.38pm, male hotel staff called to inform that all rooms are taken. However, rcvd message from booking.com via email, my status was "no show". Actually it was not. How cld it be a "no show" when I was told all rooms are occupied. Hotel staff asked me to contact customer svc. A piece of advise, check with hotel first before you make any online payment to avoid the same situation I was in Now, waiting booking.com to refund or will I get one? Tq
