Alles bestens ...immer wieder gerne

Auf der Suche nach einer Auszeit haben wir (vier Stundenten/zwei Pärchen) in der Villa Laska eine gemütliche Woche verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen, an dem Blick morgens beim Frühstück auf der Sonnenterasse konnten wir uns kaum satt sehen. (Einen Stern Abzug für die Lage gibt es nur wegen der Erreichbarkeit, ohne Mietwagen ist man hier verloren, außerdem den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die eher weit weg sind. Aber nur dadurch kann auch diese schöne Ruhe und Abgelegenheit entstehen.) Die Gegend ist ruhig und unten am Meer befindet sich ein kleines Fischerdorf, sowie ein Stück weiter ein langer Sandstrand. Mit dem Auto konnten wir auch Varna sehr gut erreichen und dort den bekannten Goldstrand nutzen. Die Haushüterin war sehr hilfsbereit und vorallem flexibel. Vor der Reise standen wir in gutem Kontakt mit dem Besitzer des Hauses. Wir haben uns sehr gut betreut gefühlt! Die Zimmer der Villa sind hell und gemütlich. Alles war sehr sauber und schlicht ordentlich. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! An dieser Stelle, Danke für diesen Aufenthalt!

Hier kann man, mit traumhaften Blick auf das schwarze Meer, die absolute Ruhe auf der fast uneinsehbaren Terrasse genießen.

Es waren tolle Ferien wir haben den Urlaub echt genossen.. Sobald etwas war Suzi oder Chris kontaktiert und... Es war erledigt... Die aquaparks und der Strand top.. Gerne wieder

Sehr schöne Lage, wenn man ein Auto hat, es war alles da, was man braucht, die Villa ist aber nicht 100% gepflegt, was mit geringen Aufwand in Ordnung gebracht werden kann. Leider sind die Möbel sehr alt und abgenutzt. Ansonsten netter Kontakt und Empfang 👍

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem tollen Haus. Es war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Vor allem die Aussicht ist unwahrscheinlich schön, beim Blick auf das weite Meer kann man die Seele baumeln lassen und einfach nur genießen. Auch die Betreuung vor Ort war prima: gefragt - und schon erledigt, einfach super. Vielen Dank an Suzie. Wir können diese Villa nur empfehlen und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Villa Laska is a fantastic and spacious villa with stunning sea views. The Villa has everything that one needs for an easy and relaxing holiday. It is situated close to the village of Kranevo with its lovely beaches and near to the more commercial resort of Golden Sands. We hired a car for our holiday and feel this was necessary for easy travelling, although there are public busses with the nearest stop being a 5min walk away. Villa Laska provides the perfect base to visit many local towns and villages, that is if you can leave the stunning sea views behind! The Villa is very well equipped with all mod cons and provides a clean and comfortable environment to holiday in. As a family with 2 young boys it suited our needs extremely well, the addition of children's books and toys was a nice touch. The owner provided lots of useful information with regards to the local environment prior to our departure and the welcome and information we received on arrival was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Villa Laska.

Had a amazing holiday with friends at villa laska! We enjoyed everything from the night life of golden sands to relaxing in the sun at the villa and making the most of the beautiful views. Would love to go again!

The villa was just as described - very well maintained and quiet and peaceful and the view was amazing. The local beach and shops restaurants were all good - and incredible value. We really enjoyed our stay.

When we arrived it was just like the pictures on the website. An amazing view and a very convenient house with everything in and on it. There is always a wind and the high temperatures in July and August feels like it's cooler. We went out for the beach (off course) but also made trips to Varna and Balchik with his extraordinary gardens. The day we went back we visited The Aladzha Monastir which was quite impressing. Our thanks to Suzy for her great welcome and Nick for his hospitality and fine conversations and we'll be back! Family Petrovi's and Liedmeijer

A typical bulgarian Villa on a cliff above the black sea, providing a realy fantastic 180° seaview. (So dont go there if u prefer looking at big concrete hotels.) The extraordinary location provides quick access to the partyzones at the beaches of Albena and Golden Sand, as well as enough privacy for individuall relaxation at this sunfried retreat. Beside it is a good spot to explore northern Bulgaria from Silistra to Nessebar. Anyway: We would recommend to use a car to get there and for dragging the booty from the supermarket to the fridge. The house and the interior are in a good condition, nicely decorated and very clean (but it doesn't took us very long to change it to a more used state of untidyness ;). Cooking on your own was no problem and the washingmachine kept the after-holiday-laundry-party at bay. Conatct to the owner and service on the spot were perfect. Thanks for a wonderfull time - we will be back soon.

I spent a week with my family in Nick's villa and it was just perfect! The view is amazing and the place is so quiet and peaceful that you immediately forget all about busy holiday resorts like albena and golden sands. Would recommend it as the perfect place to stay on Bulgarian seaside!!!

We stayed in this wonderful Villa for one week. We have been travelling with our 2 children (8 and 4 years old) and we enjoyed our time there a lot. It is a beautiful Villa with a fantastic view! It is fully equiped with dishwasher, washing machine and everything else you need.You have a lot of space inside and outside and the Villa is cosy so for rainy days you will enjoy the time also inside! Everything was clean and well-maintained and like in the description! You have your complete privacy there as the whole Villa is on your own! Within a short distance drive you can reach wonderful beaches. We fully can recommend the Villa and will come back one day!

Of all the friends I visited in Bulgaria, none had a more perfect place (and they all agreed...). Great location, the best view you will find, kind and accommodating people. The resorts in the area are a joke in comparison. Highly recommended.

Out on business for a week and fancied a different accommodation than a hotel.This was perfect for my stay with 2 other colleagues as it was like home from home with 3 very spacious double bedrooms. All furniture and contents in the villa was like new and would definitely be back this year when we come over again on business.Varna 15 mins by car and Golden sands 5 mins. Perfect location!
