One of the best surprises when arriving at this condo was how well stocked it was. There was laundry & dish detergent, toilet paper, trash bags, spices, beach chairs and an umbrella! The condo was extremely clean and very cute. It is located on the eastern side of the building which means your ocean view is looking east towards the sunrise with a pretty good view of the gulf. My main gripes have nothing to do with the hosts as none of it is within their control. In the spirit of full transparency, I'll describe our experience. We visited during spring break so this feedback may be isolated to the month of April. We probably spent cumulative hours waiting on the elevators. It's a serious consideration when planning your day. Be prepared to wait in line and watch as people take down elevators to go up, etc. just to get a spot inside. The hot tubs were frequently closed as well. We never got a report as to why. I also need to circle back to the importance of the beach chairs that were stored under the bunks in the unit. If you want to reserve the beach chair set & umbrella that is included with the condo, you'll need to show up at the beach shack around 7:30-7:45am in order to get a pair of chairs on the front row. The line starts to build early and the shack doesn't start renting till 8:30. I never successfully got a beach chair on the front row so we just opted to carry down the chairs from the unit each morning. Again, great hosts and great unit!

A wonderful condo with excellent decor/amenities and cleanliness…it is a very large building so I am sure in busy season it is extremely crowded.

Amazing place go stay! The condo was super clean and had all the amenities of home. The view was beautiful and had easy access to the beach. The owner was super responsive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. We will definitely book with the Geddes again for our next beach trip.

The condo was very clean and had everything one needs, even a crockpot if you want one. All info I needed about the checkin and checkout process were sent via email.

Charla was wonderful! The condo was absolutely perfect for me and my husband. The condo was clean and stocked with things you usually have to bring yourself like trash bags, detergent, paper towels ext… She kept in contact and made sure we were happy and had everything we needed. The view was amazing! Thank you! We will definitely be coming back.

Loved the location in the building of this condo. Super quiet and clean end unit with amazing views. We loved the layout and how comfortable the furniture and bed was. The beach service provided by the owner was defining the icing on the cake. We will look into booking this condo for our future visits. Thank you for a great stay.

Wonderful get away! Been staying in PCB for years. Condo was beautiful and super clean! We felt right at home as soon as we walked in. We will definitely stay here again, great location.

The condo was just as beautiful as the online pictures. The views were amazing and the condo was very clean. I definitely would stay again and highly recommend it for your Panama City vacation.

The condo and amenities were wonderful. It was nice having an almost private balcony with a great view of the ocean. The beach chairs were a wonderful bonus. We will definitely be coming back and will request this unit each time.

My wife and I stayed here for our 15 year anniversary. It was our first trip in 14 years without our children. The condo is beautiful and very clean! We had no issues and the owner is very responsive. I highly recommend staying here! We hope to return again soon!

The unit is in Tidewater Resort which has great amenities but struggles with heavy elevator usage especially during high traffic times. Staff work hard to keep the property clean and safe every day and the pools and beach are very nice. The unit itself is clean and well appointed with a great view of one of the pools and the beach. The owner is communicative and provides lots of helpful info. The in unit laundry and kitchen are lifesavers if you have a multi day stay. Parking can be tricky but not insurmountable. We would stay again.

The condo was perfect! It was very clean and organized. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of pots, pans, bakeware, and dishes. We visited a nearby grocery store and seafood market and cooked almost every meal at the condo. The complimentary beach chair service was easy and greatly appreciated. We loved the view from the balcony. We ate our breakfast out there every morning and watched/listened to the waves at night. We will definitely stay here again!

Weather was not very cooperative but we enjoyed just relaxing. Many restaurants and shopping close by.

This condo is AMAZING! The decor is just right to make you feel at home. We loved having two recliners. The bed is very comfortable! The views are spectacular. It was so fun to watch the water at all times of the day. The kitchen had everything’ we needed to prepare our own little Thanksgiving dinner! We were able to walk the beach and spend time shopping at Pier Park. Checking in and out was a breeze. Bonus: Fireworks two nights in a row … we had front row seats from the balcony! We plan to return to this condo in the future! This may be our new Thanksgivings tradition!

Great location, wonderful view, listing was aligned with reality - highly recommend this VRBO. Very good communication pre-stay - almost too much, but better that than too little. 800M to race start and access to the mall that houses many restaurants and shops. Amenities look great, but wasn't able to take advantage of them during my stay. Downside, is the 21st floor, which means elevator travel is a small negative. Great spot for a couple - wonderful view of the ocean and it was great to take in the sunrise with a morning coffee on the balcony. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable king bed, small washroom, but not a big deal travelling alone.

We enjoyed our trip very much!! We definitely will be using this property in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!
