The space was perfect for two couples. We didn't cook but the kitchen was well stocked if we'd wanted to. We loved sitting on the balcony looking at the view. Communication and information given from the host and property management company from the time we booked until check-in was great. The restaurants within walking distance as well as the well stocked convenience store at the resort made it so we did not have to leave the resort at all. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo was perfect! Everything we needed was in the kitchen and there was a lot of attention to detail! My bed was right next to the ocean – very comfy, and I slept with the waves rolling in each night – pure bliss! I would recommend this unit to anybody and will probably stay here again, myself in the future

We were here just for the weekend. Beautiful views the place was just as listed and super clean. And walking distance to Bandidos and Changos. This place felt like home away from home!

We had a great 4 days at this condo. Love the fun, tropical colors and everything we needed was on hand. Reached out to owner about a few things and heard back asap. We’ll gladly return.

This was our 1st time staying at a condo and we loved it. Andrea is such a great owner always checking up on us and making us feel welcome. Condo is more than i expected, pretty spacious beautiful decorated and has the most amazing views. We'll definitely be back again.

This condo was absolutely impressive. Very well loved and designed with happiness in mind for sure! Perfect location, view, and the owner was very responsive. We would stay here again and again!
I only wish we could have taken our trash out, but didn't know where. We asked and they said to leave it.

We loved the Sonoran Sea property and were delighted that there are restaurants right outside the gate. The condo was clean and stocked well. We enjoyed some of the games that were provided. The kids watched a little youtube on the TV so that was nice to have to keep them occupied when we were getting ready. The views are amazing. The elevators were clean a reliable. We will be back!

We enjoyed the very large patio with plenty of comfortable furniture to relax and take in the gorgeous views. The condo is well stocked with loads of beach gear including towels and chairs. We found the owner and the on site management to be very communicative and responsive. The Sonoran Sea resort is located on a beautiful stretch of beach and is well maintained. We hope to return in the future.

We had an amazing time at this property. This totally exceeded our expectations, everything looks exactly like it shows on the pictures. This resort is very family friendly, everyone is very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend this property, we will definitely be back!

This condo is AMAZING for end of summer break vacation. The views of the property and sea will have you sitting on the patio for hours! The beach chairs that are provided were perfect for the hours spent on the beach. There's a great little breakfast place outside the resort as well. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed. Andrea is quick to respond.

Amazing Weekend
Hello there, We arrived on Thursday afternoon and this was our 1st time in that property and we were very Impressed with our arrival. Front desk was very prompt with our checking process. We got to our Condo and we were Impressed again cause the A/C was on and the condo was just Amazing. Everything was in place. Internet, washer & dryer, kitchen was equipped with anything that a kitchen needs. The Cleaning staff where on top of our needs so that said the only word I can describe what we experienced is OUTSTANDING!!!!
Please keep it like that so we can continue going to Rocky Point. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

This condo is just as described!!!! It was so wonderful, the views were spectacular!!! I will definitely be coming back. Very clean, beds are comfortable, pool is amazing, lots of places to sit on the balcony. Exactly what we needed to unwind!! Loved everything!!!!

Home Away From Home
We stayed at this condo for a long weekend in early July 2022 and had an absolutely wonderful time. Great memories that will last a lifetime for our family. The condo itself is spacious, nicely decorated, with a nicely stocked kitchen, which was important to me as we planned to eat in for some meals. We really enjoyed being on the 8th floor with beautiful views with easy access to restaurants and beach. The Sonoran Sea complex had a wonderful pool and beach area where we spent many hours (don’t forget your volleyball). We enjoyed having the ability to rent jet skis and quads at our finger tips. Overall this was one of the best, most relaxing vacations we had. Thank you, Andrea, for the wonderful place to stay!

Family getaway
The condo and the resort amenities are wonderful! When you step out on the patio you instantly are taking back by the panoramic view. Andrea is a gracious host and is completely knowledgeable of the area. It is the best place to stay at Sandy Beach. We will definitely be back!

Views from the balcony were amazing and it was great to awaken to the laps of the ocean.
We had a great stay and the property is well-maintained. It was the first time I had been in over 25 years and will go again when I have the chance.

The condo is perfect right in the center of Sandy Beach, up high so you have a great view.

Excellent
This was and excellent location. The check in process was fast and easy. Everything was done through the property manager. The place was clean, only thing was door was hard to open do to it rubbing on the tile. Only reason we went to office was to get the bracelets. Would stay here again.

Well maintained property
The property is exactly as advertised. Very clean which is the most important to us. The beds were nice and comfortable. Plenty of extra blankets. Ice cold AC unit. Washer and dryer were great! It was nice not having to go "oh darn we forgot that item" because it was already present (big bonus). Andrea was superb in communication response time. Would highly recommend renting with Andrea in the future.

This place was clean staff was friendly and it is larger than it looks in pictures. This was plenty of space for seven of us! The view was perfect we could see the beach and pool from our balcony it was quiet in the evening and I would definitely stay here again.

Quedamos super satisfechos con este apartarmento. Muy cómodo, limpio y equipado para todo lo q se necesite. Se puede disfrutar de las piscinas y el Gimnasio, pero. Lo mejor es la Playa. Recomendamos este lugar a ojos cerrados. Esperamos volver pronto.

Family getaway
Great room with beautiful view! Love the bunk beds in second bedroom, our kids all fit comfortably. Well stocked kitchen! Would definitely stay again.

condo was very clean and tidy. loved the bright colors. I liked that it had towels and chairs stocked to use. there was only 3 of us and had plenty of room. loved sitting on the patio every morning with coffee and listening to the waves. one of the door latches was broke and would not lock, property maintenance was on it the next day. did have a day delay in getting a water jug so burned through a lot of bottles prior to. would def stay here again.
