Place was nice although for what we paid I thought it would be a little bit nicer ! Place was quite dirty and the kitchen was poorly equipped! It said it would accommodate 16 people but had only 3 spoons to eat with . Cooking dishes are junk ! Had to go buy stuff to cook with . House is large and nice but can tell the homeowner is letting it go down hill or the people who take care of it .I have stayed at much nicer places for the money!

We really enjoyed our experience at this location. We do wish that they had given us a 24 hour heads up to have someone go and actually heat the pool before we arrived but everything still worked out very well.

House was as described. There were issues with the downstairs AC not being as cool as the upstairs but we had enough space to all move upstairs so we never even bothered to report it until we were leaving. Loved this house.

Home very nice and worked well for our family of 7. Just be aware that other than 1 roll of Tp in each bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels you must bring EVERYTHING else. Not a real problem, just be aware of it. Only REAL issue was negotiating down the streets with MANY cars parked on the street on both sides, even though the ‘rules’ say no on street parking.

Everything was how it was advertised and we enjoyed our stay.

The property and community clubhouse pools and amenities were nice. We had plenty of room in the house for 8 adults and 2 kids, beds were comfotable, dining and relaxing areas were spacious and the house met our expectations for a group of 10. Communication with the property manager was always easy and responses were prompt. We have stayed at many VRBO properties in the past and our primary disappointment with this house was the kitchen. If you plan to cook meals, check out what they have before you go to the store as there were limited kitchen pots/pans, utensils and no tupperware/containers for leftovers (other than what we purchased and left). There were no pads/oven mits and only one kitchen towel. We felt like this is a newer house and just hasn't accumulated these extra items from the renters or the owner yet.The pool and patio @ the house was very nice but you will need to bring or buy pool toys if you want any. The clubhouse pool also has many additional choices including a lazy river, slide, kids splash area and larger pool with a tiki bar.

Great house for large families! A full bath in every bedroom!!! Close to local attractions. Super clean. Communication with property management ran smoothly. Highly recommend.

Hi. The place was clean and beautiful. I might suggest a whole new full set of pots and pans and baking pans. They were all unusable and the Teflon was flaking off. I had to buy a new pan just to cook. New pillows would be great and the fan in the master was not working- just maintenance things. But overall - very nice place. I would stay there again.

Only issues were the dryer would not cut off with the timer and the coffee pot does not cut off automatically. Everything else was great. Very nice and roomy home

My family of 13 rented the house for thanksgiving. It was absolutely beautiful and everything that we excepted it to be. Not one single complaint. I only wish that we had more time to tour the beautiful resort. We’re definitely be back soon. Thank you

Super clean, spacious, everything as described if not better. All guests have their own separate space but at the same time still together.

Our family enjoyed spending time together in this home which was beautifully decorated. For us grandparents, it’s convenient to have two bedrooms downstairs. Our grandchildren absolutely loved the pool, and there was plenty of room on the covered patio for us adults to sit and watch them splash around. It’s Florida, so don’t recommend leaving anything on porch....we have bugs:). Made mistake of hanging wet suits and beach towels on pool fence over night to dry and they were covered in ants next morning. Also check chairs before sitting for same reason. We had a few issues which we felt should have been checked beforehand (remotes for gaming, ceiling fan, not working due to dead batteries, washcloths not provided as considered personal item), but were rectified next day after calling management company. There was only one dish towel for kitchen and no pot holders for removing pans from oven. Also first floor ac kept shutting off, but our son being experienced ac tech flushed the lines which helped. When their tech arrived was already cooling well again. He did check the system; however, our expert felt the part causing the intermittent issue of lines backing up wasn’t replaced. Overall, our experience was a good one and we would stay again.

House looked like the pictures. Beautiful and clean. Plenty of towels. Only had to call property management once for a replacement propane tank for the grill but they came within five minutes. Very nice polite people. I have no complaints if anything was to be said as any kind of a negative it would be that the pool light never comes on and we weren’t able to find a switch for it which made night swimming difficult but we never called about it either and the dryer never times itself off so it keeps drying until you stop it. The trash pick up is daily which is nice however having it sit in the bench on the front porch makes for a stinky entrance. Overall very pleased and would come back for sure!

The house was very big and lots of space there are some things that didnt work one of the fans in one of the rooms and we couldnt use the pool at night there lights did not work to use the grill is an extra 50 bucks they have a lock on it the ac dont run passed a certain point so prepare to be hot !! Other then that it was ok

If you want to use the grill, there is an extra $50 charge on top of the cleaning charge that is we paid when renting the house. The bed sheets had stains on top and it felt dirty, and full of some type of perfume to make the bed smell "fresh". One of the master bathrooms was missing the glass door for the shower. On arrival day we noticed a fire detector hanging from the wire after the house was clean and (prepared) for us to arrive. Not everyting was bad tho, we enjoyed the pool, the house is very spacious.
