This rental was perfect in every way - you could walk to beach, restaurants and store. The area felt very safe with families all around & a laid back atmosphere. The unit was equipped with everything you would need to enjoy your time at the beach. The attention to detail and quick responses by the owners was very much appreciated. I would highly recommend!

The building, inside of the apartment and landscaping were very tidy and immaculate.
The location is a couple of buildings away from north ocean blvd and commercial blvd. There’s no need for a vehicle. The location is very good. We had luggage and they let us drop it off before check in. There were plenty of bath, hand, washcloths and kitchen towels. The washer and dryer is a community washer and dryer. There are only 3 units that share them.
The 3 units are all on the ground level.
In my opinion, it would be a little crowded for me if we had more than the two of us.
Not suited for people with a physical restriction as the beds are very high off of the floor.
It was a very comfortable and convenient place to stay.
The hosts were very accommodating and nice.
We would stay again sometime.

Location is right where the action is. Beach , restaurants and shops. The unit was fairy quiet . Definitely considering the vehicle and foot traffic . We would definitely rebook if we do come back

Love Tropical Garden Villa! Easy walking distance to the beach, many restaurants, Walgreen's, and the bus route! Plenty of space for our party of two, and everything you could need is provided - no need to try and pack beach towels or chairs because they're provided!

Staying at this place was great for us! The location had plenty of bars, restaurants, and a Walgreens within walking distance which made our stay great! Jan was a perfect host and communicated everything easily with email and text and the place provided us with plenty of amenities that made going to the beach, cooking, and laundry easy to do! Would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great location by the beach and we would definitely stay here again!

Cute patio, awesome place to be close to great restaurants in Lauderdale by the sea and super easy to grab your chair, shade and cooler and walk down the alley out to the beach. Being on the south side of the pier there's less people on the beach which is nice and being st the condo you don't have to worry about parking. It's like a block and s half to the beach and you pass public restrooms on the way. Ideal of you want to park it at the beach for a week but still be able to walk to a variety of food and adult nightlife this isn't spring break central.

Very clean.
The building has three units so the outdoor space is shared.
Free laundry was great.
Kitchen very well stocked. We even had a blender.
Owners very receptive. Came to clean a filter on the air conditioning units immediately after we called.
Air conditioners we a little loud so ear plugs would be good for light sleepers.
Beds were very comfy and seemed new (although very high off the floor - something to consider if you have small kids).
TVs have hundreds of channels. Wifi was fast. The unit is very well insulated for noise. Couldn’t hear a thing from outside.
It’s a two minute walk to the beach and pier. 12 minute walk to the Publix and Dollortree. Walgreens across the street (they sell basic food items and alcohol).

Amazing place and area
Tom and Jan were very accommodating. The place was quaint, clean and in the best area. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Saved us from renting a car. Would definitely come back!

Perfect Location
We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how close we were to the shops and beach. We rented a car and never drove it over our 4 day stay. Everything we needed was within a 2 block walk. The unit was perfect for our family of four. Great space, clean, comfortable beds, and it had everything we needed including beach equipment. Owners were very communicative. We will definitely stay there again when we return!

Wonderful location to the beach and main strip. The place had everything we could think of and more. Hopefully we will be able to go back again soon and stay there!

Nice place. Suited our needs just fine and was a good location. Beach was just a few minute walk and it was nice that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The a/c was a bit loud in both bedrooms, but it could be that we are just not used to wall units.
We definitely recommend.

PERFECT LOCATION! Walking distance to beach and central to restaurants. The house itself was perfect for the 4 of us. We really enjoyed that each room had its own full bathroom and that there was a full kitchen. They also provided plenty of beach chairs and accessories. Would definitely recommend and return stay there for future FLL vacations!

I have been to LBTS many times and this is now my favorite place! Spacious, clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location. Owner provides many amenities that are the perfect touch! One of my kids forgot his toothbrush and there was a brand new travel pack that saved us a trip to the store. I highly recommend and will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

Fabulous condo in a perfect location!
We stayed at this 2BR/2Bath condo for 5 nights in late April. Absolutely everything was perfect! The location cannot be beat! So close to the restaurants and the beach. The area has a great and fun vibe for all age groups. We easily walked everywhere. The condo was spotless and well equipped with everything you needed. It has a great courtyard with tables, chairs and umbrellas. We sat out there a lot and enjoyed the sunshine and ocean breezes. There's also a Walgreens just a block away in case you needed extra sun lotion, snacks, or drinks. The hosts were awesome and always answered our questions right away. We look forward to coming back to Lauderdale by the Sea, and we will definitely seek out this condo if it's available. Five Stars!

Awesome villa
Everything was beyond our expectations. Hosts thought of everything. It's location to Lauderdale by the Sea couldn't have been better. Two short blocks to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. If I could give 10 stars I would!
