The best spot! A short walk to anything you could need or want. Very friendly and accommodating management. I highly recommend.

Great spot. Amazing location. Very clean. The building has three units so the outdoor space is shared. Free laundry was great. Kitchen very well stocked. We even had a blender. Owners very receptive. Came to clean a filter on the air conditioning units immediately after we called. Air conditioners we a little loud so ear plugs would be good for light sleepers. Beds were very comfy and seemed new (although very high off the floor - something to consider if you have small kids). TVs have hundreds of channels. Wifi was fast. The unit is very well insulated for noise. Couldn’t hear a thing from outside. It’s a two minute walk to the beach and pier. 12 minute walk to the Publix and Dollortree. Walgreens across the street (they sell basic food items and alcohol).

Tom and Jan were very accommodating. The place was quaint, clean and in the best area. The beach, shops, restaurants and bars are right around the corner. Saved us from renting a car. Would definitely come back!

Tom and Jan provide the beach towels, chairs umbrella and even sun protection lotions! It was so nice to not have to carry or purchase those items! The home was very comfortable and we felt very safe staying there.

The property itself was very clean and the floorplan was very practical. Jan and Tom were very thoughtful with the essentials and incidentals that sometimes people don't think of. We would definitely return.

We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at how close we were to the shops and beach. We rented a car and never drove it over our 4 day stay. Everything we needed was within a 2 block walk. The unit was perfect for our family of four. Great space, clean, comfortable beds, and it had everything we needed including beach equipment. Owners were very communicative. We will definitely stay there again when we return!

Wonderful location to the beach and main strip. The place had everything we could think of and more. Hopefully we will be able to go back again soon and stay there!

Nice place. Suited our needs just fine and was a good location. Beach was just a few minute walk and it was nice that there were beach chairs and an umbrella for us to use. The a/c was a bit loud in both bedrooms, but it could be that we are just not used to wall units. We definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed that each room had its own full bathroom and that there was a full kitchen. They also provided plenty of beach chairs and accessories. Would definitely recommend and return stay there for future FLL vacations!

I have been to LBTS many times and this is now my favorite place! Spacious, clean, well equipped, and in the perfect location. Owner provides many amenities that are the perfect touch! One of my kids forgot his toothbrush and there was a brand new travel pack that saved us a trip to the store. I highly recommend and will definitely be back when I’m in the area.

We stayed at this 2BR/2Bath condo for 5 nights in late April. Absolutely everything was perfect! The location cannot be beat! So close to the restaurants and the beach. The area has a great and fun vibe for all age groups. We easily walked everywhere. The condo was spotless and well equipped with everything you needed. It has a great courtyard with tables, chairs and umbrellas. We sat out there a lot and enjoyed the sunshine and ocean breezes. There's also a Walgreens just a block away in case you needed extra sun lotion, snacks, or drinks. The hosts were awesome and always answered our questions right away. We look forward to coming back to Lauderdale by the Sea, and we will definitely seek out this condo if it's available. Five Stars!

Everything was beyond our expectations. Hosts thought of everything. It's location to Lauderdale by the Sea couldn't have been better. Two short blocks to restaurants, bars, shops and the beach. If I could give 10 stars I would!

The property was like a little paradise with lots of palm trees and great seating areas outside. The inside had everything imaginable for cooking, entertaining, and rest. The location was incredible. It literally was a 2 minute walk to the beach which had restaurants, shopping, and I've entertainment nightly. One of the best places I've ever stayed at and the price for what you get cannot be beat. I will return without question. Fantastic experience.
