Beautiful decorated , extremely clean, accommodating, conveniently close to town square ( shopping ,restaurant's, music, golf and etc) enjoyed swimming pool daily without getting a sunburn . I have stayed at several VRBO throughout the years this was the best vacation and house. Definitely return

Beautiful home, great location close to shopping and the town square. Pool was amazing, didnt utilize the lifestyle passes, possibly longer than a week stay they may of been more beneficial. Very well stocked kitchen, will definitely be back for another stay. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday. The villa was exactly as described and the location was perfect being just 3 minutes away from Spanish Springs. It was very spacious and comfortable and had everything you could ever possibly want to make you feel like you were at home. On arrival, the host had left complimentary supplies to start us off with, which was much appreciated as arriving late evening, we couldn't shop until the next day. This was an extremely thoughtful touch. There was also plenty of bed linen, bath towels and pool towels for us to use and the laundry facilities was excellent and easy to use. We found that one of the big advantages to staying in this villa was having your own pool as this was very much needed with the extremely hot weather conditions we had throughout our stay. We were also very impressed with the regular communication that we received from Jen, our host and also, how well organised everything was from start to finish for renting the villa. This was such a big help and made our stay go really well, allowing us to fully enjoy our time away. Thank you so much for allowing us to rent your wonderful Villa..

Our stay at Paradise Palm was great. The house was just as described on VRBO. It was very clean and well equipped with sheets, towels, kitchen utensils and dishes. The pool was maintained weekly and the temperature was a warm 84 degrees. We would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to the Villages. 5 stars

Jen was very accommodating to us and made the house feel like we were at home. Very clean and neat. The pool was lovely! We didn’t get to use it because the evenings were cool. We golfed every day and it was close to a lot of courses. We would go again!

This place was great. Clean and comfortable. Check in was smooth. Had everything we needed. The pool water was really warm. Unfortunately the weather was a little cool, but we did go in one day. Highly recommend.

My family and I absolutely love this rental! The house is spotless and the beds are comfy. We've stayed here a few times, and it feels like home everytime we walk in. The owner is incredibly responsive and helpful. The private pool is AMAZING. It's under a covered porch and the water is heated when the temps drop. The golf cart is clean and functions well. It's super easy to get around to all the local spots. My kids have the best time....always a happy vacation visiting grandparents who live nearby. I highly recommend this beautiful house!

I will start by thanking my host Jen for sharing her lovely home with us. The day of check-in we got there before the check-In time and we were able to go in the house, that right there started our beautiful vacation because we were exhausted and we got there like three hours earlier. The house was very clean the locations to Square,supermarket, drugstores, gas station, restaurants are minutes away. I absolutely love the peacefulness of the neighborhood and the house pool is absolutely beautiful and refreshing. I love that the house is equipped with utensils and appliances. The cart is an extra extra bonus very convenient. Highly recommend this home.

We really enjoyed staying at this lovely pool home during our Christmas vacation. The home is nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The living area has an expansive view of the golf course, and we liked watching golfers play on the course.

House was nicely decorated, and more importantly very clean. The bed was very comfortable for both my wife and I. The house is located less than 10 minutes from Spanish Springs which made it very convenient. Jen answered our questions in a timely fashion. The icing on the cake is without a doubt the heated pool which was spectacular. Highly recommend. Would definitely return.

Great Stay!
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! House was clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of what The Villages has to offer. Absolutely loved the private pool! Spent more time swimming in 3 days than I have the past 3 years! Overall a nicely appointed home! Didn’t get an opportunity to use the golf cart, maybe next time. Owner was quick to respond with any questions. Also had a nice information book with a lot of good information about the rental and the area.

Awesome Getaway
A beautiful home that has everything you need for a great stay, to include a view of the golf course. The pool was exceptional and was used multiple times a day. The home is 1.3 miles from Spanish Springs Town Square where we enjoyed nightly entertainment. The golf cart is a nice extra to use for golf, shopping, or going to the Square. Jennifer was extremely helpful answering any questions we had. Thanks for allowing us to stay at your home.

Location is perfect
Great little neighborhood with a great view of golf course. We enjoyed the pool and cruising on the golf cart. Having the Villages GPS app was a big help getting around. We had a few questions and texted the owner and received a quick response. If we don’t buy here we would stay here again.
