Great stay in good accommodation but - Oh those steps lol.

My friend and I booked this apartment for a wee last minute chillout and that's exactly what we got. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Montana Tropical Centre next door was perfect for eating out and a few drinks hence we only ventured into town a couple of times. Also reasonably priced spar at the corner. Would definitely book again.

Have stayed on many occasions, apartment comfortable, everything there that you need. Good to see new mattresses. However, the noise from the bar next door, Hanky Panky's is too much. The noise level has to be addressed. If you're wanting a quiet stay this is no longer the place.

Ken and Penny, Kent We had a brilliant holiday in this little studio with lovely sea views. Martins directions were easy to follow and we were were able to get in as soon as we arrived slightly early and we thank Martin for that. The studio was very clean and comfortable and the air conditioning was most welcome. The apartment is in a great location with a supermarket and restaurants with sea views a couple of minutes walk away, Mario’s was our favourite. The harbour is very picturesque also with lots of bars and restaurants. The most direct way down to the harbour is out of the back gate and down the steps. There are a lot of steps but the handrail made them easier even for us in our seventies although getting back up was more of a challenge. The studio has everything you need for a fantastic holiday but to be picky, a parasol base would have been useful. It was very hot while we were there and sometimes windy and the brolly had a habit of trying to take off so a base to secure it would have been ideal. Would thoroughly recommend.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped with everything you would need. Great communication with owner. English TV channels and wifi worked a treat due to my work commitments. Highly recommend for a lovely stay away x

Very clean issues with tiny mites round cooking area ( but didnt spoil our stay ) Balcony not quite the size as it appears in the photos Very secure location outside door to apartment needs oil as lock is sometimes a little tricky Overall a very enjoyable stay

Great accommodation - good location, and sparkling clean

The property was perfect for us as two pensioners. Well equipped with everything we needed. Good WiFi and full UK channels including sport, There are a host of restaurants nearby especially Hankey Pankey. Food was great and really affordable. The Old Town and Port are a short walk downhill even for us old foggies.

Perfect location for old town. Restaurants next door. Safe & secure complex. Quiet location. Brilliant WiFi and tv channels. Small but well equipped kitchen. Good shower & hot water. Really comfortable beds & superb air con. Will return without question. Many thanks.

The apartment provided a very relaxing platform for our stay. It was very well equipped, comfortable and located close to amenities. Martin, the property owner always responded very speedily to the questions we had. We both were very happy with everything. Thank you Martin.

Stayed here 27 th dec to 5 th jan. very clean apt Everything we required. Great air con and tv with all channels , even sports. Nice sea view from sun trap balcony. . Martin, the property manager very quick to help out if he can. We stay in this area 3 or 4 times a year and we’d definitely stay here again. Jim and Tracy.

Spent a lovely week in this compact but well equipped apartment. Has everything you need and is within easy walking distance of Spar and a choice of restaurants. The excellent TV package was a big bonus in the winter as it gets dark early so we were not out and about as much. The apartment has a large sunny balcony with sunbeds and gets sun most of the day. Martin was very quick to reply to any queries and kindly allowed us a late checkout as we were on a later flight.

Had another great week cannot fault value for money Will be back next year

The studio was just as advertised and as other reviews said was exceptionally clean and tidy. The studio is in a great location with a nice terrace (with sun beds and cushions), sea views and more importantly very comfortable beds. Thank you Martin, we had a great stay.

Another great stay at no 22. Apartments clean and tidy with all the amenities you'll ever need, close to the spar, Mario"s, highlander, tapas tree and hanky-panky's. Martin prompt and professional as always. Thanks once again Martin.

This is our third visit to Puerto del Carmen (old town) and we love it. Apartment gave us everything we needed for special chill out relaxation time. The owner was very prompt with any communication both at home and away. Special thank you for the check out.

Easy to rent, be going back

"Did what it said on the tin" Really pleasant and what is pleasing little things such as washing up liquid, toilet rolls, salt etc...are on hand - may sound silly but valid. Will stay again.

As many have advised, great location. Studio is probably due a minor refurb. (sunbed's, kitchen area)

Martin was very helpful allowed us to stay on for a bit because of late flight would recommend to family and friends we will be back
