We all enjoyed our stay. We came down from northern Indiana with another family and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was in an area with a lot of other cabins, but was not too loud. It also was nicely close to the Island and Publix so we could get groceries. Our only challenge was with the temperature dial on the hot tub. It seemed to be difficult setting the right temperature. If we are back in the area for another vacation, we will definitely consider this place again.

We enjoyed our stay. Location is great to visit both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Beautiful scenery and easy to get from cabin to town. Highly recommended

My cousins, sister and our daughters all stayed for a weekend in Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the accommodations. The Christmas decorations were a nice touch.

The pics do not do justice for this home. It’s beautiful, roomy, comfortable, and a great location. We lacked for nothing. Hope to stay here again!

Everything about this cabin was great! There was plenty of room for eight adults to be together yet have their privacy. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows and blankets. The kitchen was well stocked and well organized. Will definitely consider this cabin again when we return to the area.

This cabin has lots of room for a large family and is located about 5 mins from the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. This was our second year booking this cabin. Better than any hotel! This is our go to cabin in the area.

It was great expected had no hot water the whole time we was there so we didn’t get to take showers the whole time we where there

This cabin was perfect for 7 adults and one toddler. It was very close to pigeon forge. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

The property was in a convenient location but still felt like it was quiet and wooded. Everything we needed was provided for a lovely weekend away.

We had two families that stayed and really enjoyed the cabin and stay! The kitchen was very well stock with dishes, etc, check out directions were understandable and the cab looked as advertised!

We had a great time at Bennett’s Tree House! Here are the things we enjoyed most: First, the cabin has easy access off Eagles Boulevard Way & enough parking for at least 3 cars. Next, the cabin had plenty of room for our two families (9 people) - to sleep, to hangout, to eat together… and had a nice two-story layout. We enjoyed the decor and the quality of the furniture. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, non-stick pans, even a hand mixer… and the spot for everything was labeled. All appliances in good working order. The game room was fun for the kids. The grill was hooked up to gas and ready for use. The hot tub was spacious. Plenty of working TV’s. And efficient clothes washer/dryer. When we come back to PF, we hope to stay at Bennett’s Tree House again!

Very nice stay

The check in and home were fine. There was not a lot of toilet paper or bathroom hand soap for 12 people so we bought some and left extra for the next group. There were also not enough towels but we were able to use beach towels to have enough for 12 people. The microwave kept shutting off if the oven was on. Owner was notified and had the breaker switched but will probably need to replace an appliance to prevent this. Never used hot tub because it was set on 80 but read 103 and we did not want to play with the temperature. Overall the family enjoyed the stay.

This is a great home away from home in Pigeon Forge! It's full kitchen with everything well labeled, hot tub and comfortable living provided a perfect place to escape from the bustle of The Parkway in Pigeon Forge, yet it's very close to the action. My kids loved the pool table and arcade game! Now I have to go home and buy my own pool table :) The owners have thought of everything and were very accessible for the one small fix we needed. Easy check-in and check-out. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay! We had an unfortunate glitch during checkin that Teresa went above and beyond to correct for us, then the rest of our stay was fabulous. There were 7 in our group and the cabin had spaces where all of us could gather together and room for everyone to spread out for time alone (important when travelling with family). We enjoyed rocking on the spacious covered deck and watching the fireflies dance while listening to the rain. Played pool and enjoyed the vintage arcade games in between excursions and everyone enjoyed a dip in the hot tub. The location is a quick drive into town for groceries or whatever else you need. I highly recommend this property.

We stayed here for my son to play in the Cal Ripken Experience. The location was less than 10 minutes from the park and close to everything. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax between games. The hot tub, pool table and grill were a big hit with my family. We fit 3 cars easily in the parking area. We would definitely stay here again.

The house was more than expected, close to everything, yet it felt secluded. Definitely will rent this property again

This cabin was perfect for us! It was close enough to the action to be easy to get to and far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. The cabin was big enough to spread out but small enough for us to see each other and spend time together. I loved the rockers on the porch while I drank my morning coffee. All in all this place was awesome and the owners did a great job with it. We're already talking about coming back for another vacation and the tree house will be my first pick for accommodations!

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's located in a very quiet relaxing area, but very close to the action on the main strip. Our 4 kids, 8-14, were excited when they learned we were staying here again! We've had a great stay both times. We did have a hiccup when we tried to unlock the door, but it only took a minute to have this the resolved. This was another family vacation with great memories made. We will definitely stay here again.

Property was great

This cabin was located in a great location. Overall it was a great cabin. There was a couple of things that was not working. One of the whirlpool tubs in one of the master bedroom was not working. This was not listed when the booking was mad and was one of the selling points for our trip as there was two couples traveling. In the same bathroom the ventilation fan was not working and would smell the bottom floor up when the bathroom was used. Overall we had a great experience with the cabin.

Cabin was better than pix indicated. Kitchen, dining and living room area was big and made space for lots of family activities including lots of cookie baking! Great location close to all activities.

We went in the fall when the leaves were falling and it was gorgeous! The cabin is near the parkway so you don’t have to go far to get to town. Roads are decent! The cabin was beautiful and the hot tub is large. I didn’t use it but looked nice. Beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our trip very much ❤️

This cabin was the absolute best. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a home away from home. Everyone in my family enjoyed it so much. And it is less than 2 miles from Parkway. Very easy to get to. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful cabin.

It was a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room and extras. I would definitely stay there again...location is perfect for easy access to the Smokeys, and the activities found in the area. We, as a family, had a great time. The only concern I would express is that one of the jetted tubs in the basement didn't work. My daughter was sad. After looking at previous reviews it appears the tub has been out of order for quite some time. Also, the owner had placed a label on the tub stating it did not work. It should have been disclosed or, better, fixed since it had been out of order for quite some time.

The bed sheets and pull out sofa bed where not clean other then that everything was ok
